My experience with Rainey's has been completely positive. I trust Rainey's; they are the only mechanics I use. Dave and Rob on the service desk are helpful and professional.Their mechanics are experienced and thorough. Rainey's policy is to note any potential problems noticed by the mechanics (like small leaks, etc) on the invoice. Very helpful to know of any upcoming issues.The waiting area is very comfortable for while-you-wait oil changes, but I also really appreciate the complimentary shuttle service. And love the complimentary vacuuming!

They find problems that many different dealer mechanics cannot. I had an ongoing (10 years) problem with my van blowing the fan resistors. Three different dealer services could not find a problem. Raineys found it the first time I had them look for a problem.Why can't dealer trained mechanics be as good???? They also stand by their work and inspect your vehicle each time they do work on it. I find them willing to discuss repair needs without pushing you to "get it done" now. Update: Raineys always give great, professional and honest service. They are true professional mechanics that always have the customers best interest at heart. I would not go anywhere else. I will use them for all my warranty work. Update 4/2022: they found a leak and suggested I go to the dealership as it is covered under warranty. They even gave me pictures to show the dealership. And they vacuum the front of your car.

The staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They take great care of your vehicle and the customer. The services are clearly explained and questions answered. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. The vehicle is completed when they tell you it will be. Always friendly and professional.

This place has the best service and the kindest mechanics! I called in for an emergency service as I lost my wedding ring within the car seat and the middle compartment and needed the seat to be removed. They were so understanding and kind the whole time as I was franticly worried that I would not be able to find this. They were able to take me in right away without any wait, and let me watch the whole time as they removed the seat to of course find my ring right under the metal compartment. Jim and Juan were amazing! Thank you guys so much!

Absolutely love this place! Dave is so nice and very honest about what is wrong with your car! Raineys is very fast when repairing your car. Had to get new rotars, calibers, two new tires and got my car back the next day and it drives like it's brand new! Going to come here for all repairs/maintenance from now on! Thank you so much!

We took a vehicle we had just purchased in for some work. We got a call that there were more serious issues and they wanted us to consider whether we wanted them to proceed or not. We appreciated them giving us the choice instead of just forging ahead and receiving a big surprise in the final bill. They are definitely very customer service minded.

I go here for all my auto needs. The owner is truly a Godsend!! He found a major problem with my brand new car! Had 14,000 miles. Leaking seal AND metal contaminates in my differential fluid. He referred me to the dealer with pictures to assist me. These people are the best on the planet!

Stopped into Rainey's today while traveling from Pa to OC, NJ because my Audi was "howling" with a unknown noise. Rainey's helped me begin to understand the problem and directed me to another shop 5 miles away with more experience on this Audi specific issue. Service was friendly and directions were easy to follow. We've put Rainey's on our "good guys" list for auto service for the many times we travel through the area.Thanks Rainey's staff!

Spent over $200 @ a local chain trying to resolve a bad vibration and loud noise. Finally went to Rainey's.... They efficiently diagnosedthe source of the problem and conducted the repair. It now drives like a new car. What more could you ask for??? Well...they also offer alignment services for about 33% less than tire chains stores! We will always go to Rainey's first!

The Most Honest Service that I have ever received. The Service Check alone was worth more than I can express. You Honest Response was so valuable, not just to my pocket but to our safety. In all the years I have dealt w/mechanics (including family) they all just kept costing me more and more money for nothing. I so respect your words to save my money. Time to look for something else. The email alone, explaining in detail my issues. (know that was time consuming for you) lol Everyone I have spoken to and shown what you sent were so impressed to the extra length you went (my feelings) to protect me. You have earned my respect and only wish I could take someone from your team with me while looking for another vehicle. I only gave you 4 stars for the moment. I'm sure the day I come in with something for you to fix, you'll get the 5th. Looking forward for many years of being under your companies trustful hands.Bobbie Jean

Such nice people. They'll take care of you and your vehicle. If you need a ride to or from, they have a shuttle van driver that is more than happy to give you a lift.

They are very experienced in the knowledge of cars and take the time to explain in detail what your car needs and when it is needed to be done. They are friendly and courteous and care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

Well what can I say today was my first day going there after referral from my grandmother she since passed away spoke with Dave in the morning Without any hesitation they had a courtesy shuttle service to my home and drop me off and the soon as they diagnosed issue they called me back right away explained everything to me and I went along with their services and I couldn t be happier as soon as the vehicle is finished they called me right away and currently waiting for the shuttle service back to the vehicle without any hesitation they had a courtesy shuttle service to my home and drop Me off and as soon as they diagnosed the issue they called me back right away explained everything to me and I went along with their services and I couldn t be happier soon as the vehicle is finished they call me right away and currently waiting for the shuttle service back to Their location now I am severely happy with this and will continue to use them and refer them as much as possible thank you guys for being so responsive and quick to take care of my issues

Great mechanics here. The location is terrible, so unfortunately, most times that I took my vehicles here was to have them fix something some other mechanic had messed up. They're always good for that, though, and I've always trusted them to fix it the right way the first time.

My first experience was a good one. Car check engine light was fixed after another mechanic failed twice. It's close to me so I will likely be going there again

RIP OFF!!!!! My poppop took his truck there to get fixed and charged him almost 2,000 dollars and fixed stuff that didn't need to get fixed and didn't even fix the reason he brought it there. Charged him 2,000 dollars and his truck still isn't fixed and now has to take it to a different shop because this place ripped him off.
