Jerry Noonans is my go to Auto mechanic for any and all repairs, inspections, oil changes etc. Always courteous and respectful and a welcome atmosphere from beginning to end.Quick story:Several , maybe 10 years ago, Jerry (the owner) actually came out one rainy nite and towed my vehicle to his shop and then gave me a ride home. Never forgot that and will be a customer for life. !Excellent service !

I ve taken my 2018 Subaru Impreza here twice: once for a brake inspection and again for an oil change & tire rotation. They won t do anything without your permission and only after giving you as best an estimate as they can. Yes, they may be more expensive than other garages, but they re convenient to my location and take the time to explain what is going on with my car and the reason for the actions they re taking. (Saving up now because in 500 miles, I ll need new brakes.) The only reason I would have given them 4 stars is for leaving some sort of stopper apparatus on the brake that was causing noise. (It was a bit careless but they were able to remove it quickly.)

I m so happy I could find such a great auto shop so close to where I live. If you re like me and don t know much about cars or are nervous when it comes to bringing your car in for repairs then I completely recommend Jerry Noonan s. They are so patient and completely transparent. They ll walk you through every step of the repair process and even provided photos in my online service estimate. Any work I need done on my car I will bring to them first. Thanks guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used Noonan's Auto Center twice now and I am absolutely so grateful for their excellent work, honesty and awesome customer service. NEVER GO HERE!! absolutely horrendous service. had my vehicle dropped off for a bumper repair, not only did they scratch the vehicle past the clear coat in TWO different locations, they must have over sprayed paint on the car or something because there are FINGERPRINTS and discoloration ALL OVER the car that will not come off, feels like sandpaper too. these guys obviously show no care or respect towards your vehicles and could care less protecting the paint as they put my vehicle through some type of automatic wash and now needs a paint correction. i can not advise any of you enough, WORST PLACE IN NEW JERSEY!!!!!will send videos/pictures to you, what s a reachable numberService: Auto body & trim repair

What a great experience I had today. My tire has been losing air for months and every few weeks I had to put air in it. I finally decided to go to Noonan's and have it checked out. I've never been there before since I'm new to Monroe. I was greeted by Dan at the front desk and explained my problem. He took the time to explain everything to me and tell me the cost. They fixed it in under an hour. We also spoke about future needs, tires, etc. He was so professional and kind and took the time to explain everything to me. Not pushy or trying to sell me stuff. I've never had such a pleasant experience at a mechanic. I will definitely go there again.

I recently moved to the area and was recommended to Noonan s. Best experience I have had in a long time. Dan was incredible and did everything he could to make the experience an easy one considering there were a number of things to be corrected on the car that wasn t expected! From start to finish, the customer service was amazing and I will definitely make Noonan s my new go to no matter the problem! Noonans is the best!! I dropped my car off to have my rear brakes replaced (recommended by my Honda dealer at a recent visit). Come to find out my brakes were totally fine and did not need to be replaced at all. Dan and the shop were more than thorough and honest with their inspection. Someone else would ve easily just taken my money. Dan did catch something else though which the dealer didn t mention at all. When I came to pick up my car he had a full print out of my inspection complete with pictures. He explained everything to me showing me how my brakes were ok. A good mechanic is hard to find and Noonans is the best around. So trustworthy!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely Awesome! I have never had an experience like this with mechanic. The communication is awesome. Dan the supervisor spent so much time explaining things to me and really did everything he could to get to the bottom of an ongoing car issue I have been having for over one year.THEY DID IT!! They did not give up and they fixed it. They really listen and really care!! YOU GUYS ROCK!! Thank you all so much for your hard work!!

We've been customers of Jerry's for over 26 years. He's always treated us with respect and fairness - taking the time to explain repair issues in plain language, reccomending repairs when needed, (and not needed!) and letting us know when a repair might be required in the future. We're the type of people that keep our cars as long as we can, and he's kept our cars running safely all these years so we trust his expertise. Courteous, professional and honest. What else can you ask for from an auto shop? Brought in my daughter s 13 year old, high-mileage car and they checked it out and had it ready in just a few hours. My name is Georges.I originally went to Jerry Noonan's for specific issues with my Toyota Sienna 2013. Fix window, Fix inside light and rotate tires to address my issue because I replaced only one new tire. The front desk suggested to test all issues. This seems obvious that a car should be diagnosed prior to do the work ! I was tricked into a very expensive computer diagnostic and provided with a listing of issues and a $ 500 diagnostic bill to pay !This is a total scam I will never return there !!!!

Great mechanical work, honest, and do a great job, little bit on expensive side, but I know it's DONE RIGHT!! They do body work also, my car was hit by a deer and lawn Ryder, (2 separate incidents) and my Kia looks brand new now!!3/8/23 Again great work on my Cadillac Escalade, crew is great, no issues..A customer forever!

I hit a deer which caused 7500 worth of damage to the front end of my new Impala. Yup, the old Malibu I had for 11 years and never had a scratch versus the new car hitting an animal. Noonan's was fantastic in both people and professionalism and even managed to get authentic Chevy parts for the repair. (Price-match). They even cleaned the car up afterwards so my black beauty was sparkling at pick up time. Recommend WITHOUT RESERVATION.

My engine was making a whirling noise. I mentioned that it sounds like the water pump needs replacement. Their mechanic said the tensioner needed replacement . When I went to pick up the car it made the same sound. Apparently they misdiagnosed and charged me almost $400 . Then they said something about a bearing and it would cost another $800. I went to a different mechanic who diagnosed it was the water pump and replaced it for $500. This mechanic gave a straightforward diagnosis and repair at a reasonable price. Noonan s wanted to keep changing parts and up charging . I would never use them again.Service: Engine repair

Finding an honest and trustworthy mechanic might be the hardest thing to do in today's world. Ever since I started going to Noonan's Auto center I have ceased worrying and stressing about the work being done on my vehicle.Quality work for a fair price in a timely manner is what you will get if you get your car or truck serviced here. Give them a shot and you will be glad you did.

The only place I will ever trust taking my car to! They do amazing work and the customer service is phenomenal. They give you a physical printed rundown of everything done to the car as well as a nice explanation when you pick the car up. From oil changes to accident repair I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

Absolutely great work every time!!! I have no complaints regarding any work done to any of my cars from body to mechanical work. They always provide a step by step diagram to what was done to the vehicle and they take their time to explain it as well. Overall excellent work and customer service 100% would recommend

I have always had work done here . Never a problem that they can not do. I have my 88 year old mother in law who until this year due to buying a new car came here. My kids car needed body/ paint work due to accident . It was repaired and they helped with collecting from other insurance company. My cars range from a 1950 to a 2014 . They are fast at repairs and I never have had to return other than for a new repair needed to be done. Right now They are doing a oil change on one of my cars and I know I am good .

This auto center goes above and beyond in every way possible. The staff is knowledgable, professional, and personable. I have never had a bad experience here and won't go anywhere else. I took my car here after being involved in a minor car accident. The car was fixed quickly and came out looking brand new. My mother brought her car in for mechanical issues and the owner, Jerry, took the time to ride with her in the car and wait for the unusual "noise" to happen. He then explained to her in detail what was causing it and what had to be done in order to remedy the situation. He was able to fix it that day and even called her the next day to see how the car was running. This place really cares about the customer and provides quality work, both cosmetically and mechanically.

Mundane attitude @Front office yet professional n courteous for sure. David from Noonan's was accommodating but his overhead prices are schemed to sound previlant. Ask for righteousness they might accommodate. Good luck.

My vehicle was kept for 3 days to be serviced because of an alleged TPS malfunction. When my Jeep was returned the part needing service (TPS) was not replaced or fixed. I was told it was working correctly. I was charged $192.38 to keep my car for 3 days. The issue was not only unsolved but less than 2 weeks later it became worse. My Jeep is now barely driving and does not feel safe to drive with my family. For example, it has stalled on me in the middle of an intersection twice since it was returned to me. I was initially told by Jerry that if there were any future related issues they would take care of it. For about a week I called repeatedly and each time was told, by Jerry, that he would call me back to schedule an appointment because they were too busy. This continued repeatedly for about 3 days. When I called again and spoke with someone else they told me that Jerry was now out of town. It has now been over two weeks and for lack of a better term, I have officially been "screwed over" by this body shop. Thank you Jerry for charging me nearly $200 and putting my, and my family's, safety at risk.

Last time I went there they did my ball joints and an oil change. 2 times after that I had to bring it back 2 times due to their neglect of finding the problem as to why my car was not driving properly like it was before they touched it(the ball joints). Not only that, but then I come to find that they DIDN'T EVEN tighten the oil filter causing 4 quarts of oil to leak out of my Jeep. So my mom (the old school mechanic that she is) with her RA Hands had to tighten it...which is what THEY should have insured since THEY did the change TO BEGIN WITH.. This is a mechanic shop for crying out loud. For them NOT to be able to do a simple oil change correctly... for the amount they charge... is just absurd. I won't be coming back can't risk my engine seizing up or any other issues due to their neglect.

"If I Wouldn't put it in my car why would I Put it in yours" quoted by Jerry Noonan 9/2016Kindly remember the above credo as you follow my tale.Mr. Jerry Noonan's Auto Repair Center is a proud landmark in Monroe Township, NJ.. I discovered this facility when my Auto club allowed me a tow in Winter 2016 on a Sunday.I had not started my car in about 3 months and I was hoping for a spark.On Monday Mr. Noonan' called me after analyzing my car's mechanisms. He really strived to stay within my budget and fixed my 2011 Kia Soul in a timely fashion. He was extremely sensitive to my unique situation and my Mom's recent death. Miles were put on the car as recommended.The Car was in good shape.About 6 months later the smell of gasoline seemed to permeate the interior of my Kia. The famous "Check Engine" light appeared as well.I called Jerry Noonan immediately as I trusted his expertise. Again cost was always a factor but the job had to be addressed immediately.I wanted a safe car prior to any sale. Mr. Noonan again researched parts carefully. My gas tank had to be replaced. As each step was taken Jerry called me prior.Again I received exceptional customer service by Jerry Noonan and his talented team.Prior to taking payment Jerry explained patiently each step of the auto repair.In my life no repair center ever broke the procedures down so I could understand them.The Gentleman who purchased my Kia naturally took it to his Mechanic prior to sale.His experienced Mechanic I was told said the Kia was "immaculate". This was not just the interior of the car but the work Noonans had done with the replacement of the tank etc.I believe that is a huge credit to Mr. Noonan's Auto Center. This landmark is on it's 29th year. Remember the sentence that opened this story. "If I wouldn't put it in my car why would I put it in yours?".

I've my battery replaced at this place. Few days after replacement, new battery was dead and I couldn't start the car. I went again, and I had a disgusting experience at this Auto center, and they charged me for diagnosis and charging the battery, and they had no expertise to find the reason for battery draining. I would recommend not use this auto center and there are other good auto centres in Monroe, NJ who responsibly fix any issues, if it was repaired at their facility, at no cost.
