Erik came out and picked up the car. He was excellent. Got there even earlier than expected which was great cause I really needed a little earlier very courteous put the car on there. He didn t excellent job where he picked up the car was on Flack Avenue. I think his name is Erik

If I could leave TEN stars I would! We had the WORST day due to something in the road ruining our tire, FOUR bad towing outfits, 5 hours and NJM so called roadside assistence. It was not until Guillermo and Rose rescued us that we could rest easy!! Guillermo came and knew exactly what needed to be done! After four other terrible providers I was livid and rather rude to Rose the dispatcher and she calmed me down. Even though she didnt deserve my rude attitude, she promised me an ETA and guess what? They met the ETA after others left us stuck for FIVE hours! I am not joking! Go to these others jokesters if you want but these guys are THE BEST!!!!!!!

I got my car towed on a Friday night and when I called the place up to get it out they told me Monday I can pick it up because they re closed Saturday and Sunday. They re stealing in my opinion, they re getting two days of tow storage for what? It s the holidays too. Feliz Navidad. It needs the option for no star and the middle finger.

Defalco s really helped me out last week when I got a flat tire- Rose and Angel saved the day for me. Angel came before the time he was supposed to and told me what to ask my mechanic for so that I stop getting flats. I definitely recommend them!

Geico connected me up with this company when I was stranded on 95 after someone hit my car. I informed them where I was and it was a 90 minute wait. No problem.They arrived about 2 hours later the tow truck driver informed me it was unsafe for him to be in the median with me and he needed the police to block off the road to tow me away. Fine. I called the police. While I was waiting to hear back from the police he left. Once the police arrived I called him back multiple times. He did not pick up.I ended up being on the side of a major highway in the dark for 3 hours yesterday.Would advise anyone to steer clear of a tow truck driver that would leave you on the side of the road and not come back.

Defalco's was sent by my insurance carrier after my vehicle was disabled. The driver's themselves amicable, no issue there, typical tow truck driver/driver interaction. However, wow - if you have to interact with the dispatcher, prepare yourself. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name however, talk about unbelievably and unnecessarily rude and nasty for NO APPARENT REASON.Look, I'm sure you talk to like-wise rude people all day. Some of those people are probably rude because I'm sure you're in the business of repossession (what tow truck company isn't, gotta pad that bottom line amiright?), but do you think some of these people are being discourteous because their vehicle just broke down? Perhaps it's their only one? Perhaps they have a screaming baby in the car? Maybe they know they don't have the money to fix it once it gets to wherever the tow truck is going to drop it? Bottom line is: LEARN SOME EMPATHY, perhaps the people one the other end of the phone who've been sitting on the side of the highway for 2 or 3 hours just might be having a worse day than someone sitting at a desk with a phone and a can of diet coke. Or here's a couple suggestions, find a different job if you don't like talking to people on the phone and don't take insurance carrier contracts if they are too troublesome.

Very disappointed in how they handled my situation! I was behind one of their trucks on the parkway on Monday, April 1st at 6pm. My passenger and I noticed a large chain flying dangerously around from the back of it. If it broke off, it would have killed someone. We called the number on the truck to let them know. Obviously they quickly called the driver because he was pulling over into the shoulder to stop.I had already moved into the other lane because I was worried about being behind the chain but when I was passing him, a rock came flying from his truck into my windshield, doing enough damage that I need it replaced.My mistake was not stopping then. I was getting off the exit, it was a difficult place to stop, I had just landed from a trip and wanted to get home, and kind of thought it would just be on me. When I called my insurance company they asked if I spoke to the company because usually any reputable company would take care of that, especially after I called to warn them about the chain that would have done much more damage.Well I was wrong. I called 5 times. The first guy made it seem as if they were going to help but no call back. The second, which I found out later was the office manager, said the manager was out sick all week and would call me as soon as she was back (lie), and so on and so on. The last time I called Dan just told me just do what you gotta do (basically you re on your own).Now reading the other reviews, I realize this company is shady and had no intention of calling me back anyway. Bad business. Don t Trust them with your real issues!

It's great to find a place where you feel comfortable leaving your car for service. I bought two different cars into the shop to be checked out before purchasing and both times the cars were checked out thoroughly and issues were found that I would not have known about and I saved a lot of money by not making the mistake of buying the cars. Kevin the owner seems like a knowledgeable reputable mechanic.

This was the WORST customer service I have ever received. I was in a car accident this evening, and my car insurance got them to tow my car. I have already notified my car insurance company of the poor service.1. The woman who answers the phone was yelling and aggressive from the FIRST moment she answered the phone. She only changed her tone when I told her I was going to alert my car insurance of the poor service and begin to apologize patronizingly.2. THEY LEFT MY CAR AT THE WRONG ADDRESS AND DROVE AWAY WITHOUT CALLING TO CONFIRM THE LOCATION. The car was unlocked with the key in it at the WRONG address. When I called wondering why it was taking so long, they said it s already there , and tried to convince me that I wasn t looking closely enough when I said it wasn t there. It s a giant black car... I don t believe I can miss that. I had to drive around my neighborhood trying to find it because the tow truck was already 10 minutes away.3. After a car accident, this was an unacceptable and unnecessary hassle and source of emotional stress. Do not use this service unless you are okay with being treated like you are worth nothing and stupid.

Found through Geico roadside assistance app. Was told that tow would be there in one hour. Driver arrived is less than 40 min. Was friendly and knowledgeable and confirmed the problem I thought I was having. Alerted me when vehicle arrived at location. No complaints whatsoever.

Terrible experience fixing my car over there ! Bill came up to almost twice much as estimated, they charge per hours but my car wasn't touched for first two when left, it happened that I came back for my DL left in the car and it was still untouched. Unclear pricing policy as it changes every time you talk to someone over there, I could have done same work in authorized Ford dealer for same money and the owner was very helpful offering me taking back my car in parts in the middle of work if I don't wanna pay the bill !!!

Steer clear of this business, this guy is a crook!! He will tell you, " This truck cost 2 million dollars I can charge what ever I have to until I get my investment back". He did, $10,000.00 to upright an empty truck and tow it less than 5 miles. He might have worked 2 hours maybe. But, he's the one the NJ state police called, I wonder how much of a kick back they get. There were no thieves at my accident until the police called them in. makes me wonder.

Eric and Angel (we think that was his name) were great. They were careful in handling our car once for a jump start and a second time for towing. Thoughtful and courteous at a stressful time. Can't thank enough.

To be honest they saved me a lot of pain and money by fixing up the auto transport to the truck and doing so meticulously. Defalco's Auto double and triple checked to see if everything was done right and ready to go, which is what I needed moving 600 miles away with my belongings and car in tow. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The dispatcher, Ruth was incredibly rude and unhelpful upon answering my call. I am still waiting for assistance 2 and a half hours later. Disgusted. God bless whoever deals with her, be forewarned.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very good service. The owner called twice to coordinate the timing of arrival for towing my car so that I can minimize waiting. The driver is also very friendly.
