We sold my 2018 Mini Cooper to and then leased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson from Mina yesterday and he and everyone at the dealership were just fantastic. They went above and beyond to work within our budget, made the sale easy, and even hand delivered the car to us today with a full tank of gas. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommended!Really impressed with the service!I have been in many dealerships, but this is by far the best.Brian (the service representative) was professional, and polite.The service included a multi point inspection and the report was given to me for free.Ride back home and pick up the car (Lyft) with no questions.The lady at the front desk was also helpful.

Be careful/attentive of this dealership's scam tactics. Their advertised prices are deceiving. After the test drive, I agreed to purchase the car for the based on sales representatives (Christian and Gaurav who were very nice and humble to me) quote and persuasion. Also they didn t mention about the dealer discount which they mentioned on the website. When I pointed out that, they showed the fine disclaimer mentioned on site and high car price is due to market adjustment. Also they mentioned i didnt qualify for any discount and insisted that every dealer does this. This is utter nonsense and not something ethical dealerships engage in. After this, their Finance manager Aleef asked to sign the lease contract without explaining all lease terms and conditions. And when i asked him to deduct only a part of downpayment ,he deducted whole amount mentioning he did it by mistake. I did sign the lease and downpayment on good faith. Later when I went through the lease agreement, no where i see the my agreed price and also it was higher than my agreed price. I called the finance manager immediately to hold on transaction, but he said that everything is good as I am not charged anything extra. Finance Manager at this dealership doesnt have knowledge about money factor and lease/renting. When confronted, he just throw the jargons/finance terms to hide his incapability of explaining lease numbers on contract. I also talked to General Manager about my experience who was a nice guy and listened to my concerns patiently and I requested him to atleast update leased car to better one as car wasnt moved from the dealership from day of purchase. But he also held us for 3 days and after follow-ups, he denied my request by giving reason that contract was signed already. I had to wait more than 2 hour to get the car out from dealership on agreed day as no body is paying attention. I believe this is the end of my relationship with this dealership and may be Hyundai after such pathetic experience.

Michael Patrick was a wonderful salesperson, respectful and great to work with, knowledgeable and kind till last process. He helped negotiating the price to buy a new car and was explaining the features patiently late evening before handing over the key.There is an error in the financial processing, and he is helping to resolve after the sale and still following up to make sure everything is fair and correct. He is taking care of all our questions/concerns even after the sale and his customer service was amazing! You won't be disappointed with him! I will definitely recommend him to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience! The GM Manager Louis was also very helpful and provided wonderful support.

This review is for the service departmentI had an issue with my last service experience for my Sonata. The car was not repaired in the expected timeframe and my service advisor neglected to contact me.I do not recommend this service department, nor will I patronize this dealership in the future.

Purchasing a car is a taxing and tiresome experience in the US. I am glad I went to Route 1 Hyundai.The staff here ensured that the experience was nothing less than perfect.Right from the moment I stepped in to check what car I want to buy to handholding me to set-up license plate on my car. The staff here ensures my experience was nothing but the best.Hyundai like many others have great cars, it s the staff that made the difference here.Shout out to Fred and Christian. They are not sales staff but customers experience experts. Not to forget George. Very very helpful.Thank you Route 1 Hyundai.

Out of the many car buying experiences that I've had in my life, this was by far the most enjoyable. Our sales associate Rico Badillo was easy to work with and very straight forward. I would highly recommend working with Rico to anyone in the market for a Hyundai. He valued my time by being very direct with me, and in the end we were able to conclude the deal in a fair and transparent fashion and completed in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely choose this dealership and salesman when the time for my next purchase rolls around.I'll see if I can edit this and add pictures when I get home.

Awesome Dealership. We purchased our vehicle through them and they did an outstanding job with our pricing and with customer service. The GM Louis called me after my internet request for pricing and worked with me. there sales person Darren was awesome with talking me through everything. he was patient with me and funny! keep us entertained while we were waiting for our new car. Very happy with Dealership. We purchased (2) vehicles this year. A Palisade and a Santa Fe. Very impressed with the performance and technology. Our salesperson Darren was EXCELLENT!!! He worked with us throughout the entire process and was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles and purchasing options.NO PRESSURE. He even found an extra $500 veteran discount that we forgot to mention. Ask for him you will not be disappointed!

I had my first ever car for 12 years and I knew it was time to upgrade. I shopped around at many dealerships/brands and knew I had found the right fit with the Hyundai Tucson hybrid and with Darren as my salesperson. Darren went above and beyond for me. He was personable, honest, caring, and did not attempt to treat me as though I were ignorant to the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He answered all of my questions, promptly responded to calls and emails, and made sure I got what I wanted and needed. If you re shopping at route 1 Hyundai you MUST ask for Darren! You will be happy you did.Sales aside, I can say I didn t have the best experience with finance when finalizing my purchase. They had advertised no financing until 2024 on ALL vehicles, which was confirmed for me but apparently that didn t apply to my new vehicle. While I understands mistakes happen, it doesn t mean there aren t consequences. Additionally, there is no need to treat a customer with a condescending tone and then get annoyed when said customer becomes angry. I was able to work everything out thankfully and it sounds like marketing information will be better qc d in the future to better service customers.

Went in to buy a used car and was helped by Steve Rosen. Right from the start he was extremely personable and remained transparent through the whole process and was more than willing to help in any way possible. On the day I went in to finally purchase the car he stayed late just to help me and even went out in the pouring rain and wind to attach my temporary plates all while still remaining pleasant and cracking jokes. From start to finish the purchasing process was smooth and I felt well informed the entire way. Great experience! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of budget I had. Listened to what I was looking for in the vehicle and payments and totally delivered! Darren Lazare was so great to deal with!Almost 2 weeks later and my parents were in need of a vehicle. I ve complained on horrendous dealership experiences on google in the past, so it s only fair I comment when it s been a pleasure. Rico, Luis, and Dan were great in the whole experience to get my lease through the dealership. Luis was transparent and not just trying to reel me into the dealer, Rico was fantastic in the entire dealership process, and owner Dan tries hard to close the deal in a very direct yet creative ways that make sense for all that I appreciated.I will go to them again in the future if need another car they sell. Let's start with the crazy I dealt with before going here was ridiculous but Ashante, girl thank you for your professionalism. You were on it not harassing and it was a pleasure meeting you. Rico, what can I say you told me"i am going get you out of here. I won't keep you here ling and you did just that. You help me set things up.
