Best service ever by Jon L and Doug. I just rented my second unit to store my husband s valuable paintings. The spaces (and building) are super clean and well maintained. Security is great, hallways are well lit. Discounts were given as available and lots of information was given on how to save money and get the most out of your unit.

I am thrilled to share my experience with you! Let me start by saying that Jon is a gem of a manager - he's professional, courteous, and simply amazing! My day started with a small goal but was a grand project overall. I have a large storage unit in this location, and when I tried to open it, I noticed an issue with the lock I had used for years. But guess what? Jon came to my rescue and replaced the lock for me free of charge! Not only that, he even helped me with some supplies to start organizing my unit.That's not all - Jon was ecstatic to introduce me to a new app that allows me to open the gate to the location without having to roll down the window and manually input the PIN. And let me tell you, I downloaded it immediately, and it works like a charm!I highly recommend this location, not just because of the availability and cleanliness of the units but also because the management takes safety and security seriously. Trust me, you won't regret it!

We've only been renting for a few days now, but been over many times in the past few days moving stuff into storage. Everything is clean, there is plenty of carts which makes moving large items easy and the evalators are large enough to fit all our furniture into without hassle. We had some concerns originally about a second floor unit, but those concerns have not been justified given how we have not had any issues. For us, as a temporary measure whilst moving house, this place is brilliant and a perfectly affordable cost.

John Lee, the manager, clearly and concisely explains everything you need to know. Even better, he does it with intelligence and humour. The facility is cleaner than I was expecting and lots of working hand carts. Would definitely recommend.

The service and people that work there, John and Doug, are outstanding. Five stars easily. However, there are three things that bother me about the facility that don't measure up to other facilities that I've been to.1. Only one bathroom available from the outside. Other facilities I've been through have bathrooms on every floor.2. Unloading your vehicle. There is no alcohol to protect you from inclement weather. If it's raining or raining heavily, you're going to get soaked emptying your vehicle to get it into the facility. Other places have a nice alcohol you can take your time, dry.3. I've read other opinions about this place and they mentioned that they were helped with getting a van Etc. I didn't experience the same. I was just told there's a facility for such rental this direction for that Direction to rent a vanor truck. They offered no support to help me get one. So I had to make a number of trips 35 Mi away to empty my previous facility to this one, instead of having the van or truck to make it in one trip.To me, though, customer service is everything. So I'm very happy being here because I know they're reasonable people and are willing and able to do whatever they can to help.To John and Doug, sorry I couldn't give you a five star, but it's not because of you. You guys are terrific.

Jon L. Just met with me and gave me a tour of the facility. He was so thorough and pleasant that I m not even going to consider other storage facilities. The I information he gave me was invaluable and added to my comfort level in going with this facility. Its no wonder that he gets great reviews. The property is very clean.

Nice facility. Jon L, the staff at the storage was super helpful. I had to change my unit since it was too small for my stuff and Jon did not even complain about doing the paper work all over again. He found a great bigger unit right away and updated all the documents quickly. I Highly recommend this facility and look for Jon if you need anything. He is amazing.

A great location to sign up for a new storage. I was impressed with the willingness to share details of everything that any new renter needs to know and the manager Jon at their office did a great job, including walking us through the accessing the storage spot.
