First of all I'm very picky of who works on my car and I will travel hundred of miles to the right and honest mechanic which is hard to come by now a day's. Justin and his team are one in a million when it comes to honesty, respect and getting the car done right without cutting corners or taking advantage of customers. What i respect about Justin as a mechanic is, he's always upfront from start to finish when working on my car. I think apart from being a great mechanic, he's also a genius and very talented because the guy can basically fix anything from motor bike to all makers of car not forgetting bodywork also. His attention to detail is top notch and I think he's really passionate about what he does because he makes it fun when working on cars. Check him out on Instagram!Lastly, him and his team makes you feel like you part of their team which is always a plus and all of them are very polite and respectful.The only thing I am mad at, is myself for not finding him sooner because he is only 8 minutes from home and I have driven pass his shop many times and never stopping to check them out.

I was working on my valve cover and had a stuck stud and brought it to JZ and they helped me out with it real quick. I trust these guys to do the job right! if you need stuff done come here!

I highly recommend Justin and his team. The service provided was done very professionally starting with a very accommodating schedule (there is no need to take any appointment for them to look at your car and will be very transparent throughout the whole process), the conversation was very respectful, knowledge was shared with before/after repair pictures, extremely efficient team and very kind and stress-free experience. Definitely my new to go place to check and do any repair on my car! Thanks again for helping me today. I highly appreciated your help on fixing my car.

I don t drive my car very often, so when my oil replacement alert appeared, I considered ignoring it. But JZ Auto performed my last oil change, so I called them. They were polite, responsive and gave me an appointment the next day. Justin was attentive to my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The service was friendly and professional. He emailed me an itemized electronic invoice for my review and approval. Because I live nearby, he was even able to pick me up to get my car. Earlier this evening my breaks started making a loud grinding noise whenever I attempted to slow the car. This was unnerving given that I recently (in November) had all four breaks replaced at a local dealership during a routine maintenance check, costing me a pretty penny. I was concerned about my hour commute the next morning and whether or not I would arrive safely. This was around 6:40pm when most places had already closed for the day. After desperately calling a few local places (with trustworthy reviews) I got through to Justin from JZ Auto Worx LLC. Even though I had no appointment and his shop was supposed to close any minute, he agreed to see the car and assess whether or not it would be safe to drive. He was able to quickly determine and fix the problem, document everything (so I could escalate things with the initial dealership), test drive the car (more than once), and overall was just a patient, understanding and amazing human being. 10/10 would highly recommend Justin and his business!Service: Auto brake repair

Justin and his team are amazing at what they do. I would fully trust them with my car and have come here for all my repairs. Justin gives great advice and a good breakdown on what will be done on my car and the costs of providing the part myself. The Instagram story updates of the work being done is also a nice touch.

Got a single new tire installed same day. They were chill down to earth and not pushy to sell me more tires. Excellent communication throughout the entire process and prices are reasonable. All in all a 5 star experience talking to like minded car guys.

I originally found out about JZ Auto Worx through a friend, who recommended the shop to me. My car was due for an oil change, so I initially set up an appointment for that. However, I also started hearing a groaning noise from my car whenever I braked, so I asked if they could check that too during the oil change. They were more than happy to do a car inspection for me, which was free of charge with the oil change, and they ended up finding that one of my wheel bearings needed to be replaced. They showed me how loose the wheel with the bad bearing was by comparing it to the other side that was normal, so I could see for myself.The shop allows clients to bring their own parts for any replacements, and they provided me with an estimate for if they bought the part vs if I brought my own part. They were transparent and provided estimates in advance with a breakdown of the cost, and what I ended up paying was exactly as quoted.They were helpful in answering any questions I had and were quick to answer my messages since they also do text messaging, which made it convenient to communicate with them. It was very easy to schedule an appointment for the oil change as well as for the wheel bearing replacement. They even prepared a table for me to use so I could work on my laptop while waiting for the service to be completed.Even after the replacement, the shop owner Justin and his team took extra time to double check my car when I had additional concerns because they wanted to make sure that everything was good to go and that I left satisfied. They were extremely professional and took the time to answer questions and address concerns. Justin was knowledgeable and patiently explained things in detail but also in a way that was understandable to someone who has little knowledge of auto mechanics.All in all, I highly recommend JZ Auto Worx for any auto services you need, whether it be standard maintenance, repair, or cosmetic upgrades. I ll definitely be returning to them for any future maintenance and repairs for my car.

Justin the owner is one of the most genuine and professional people to do business with. Don t really leave reviews but this one is long over due! I brought my bike in for work and had a vision on how I wanted to customize it. I wanted a certain manga panel throughout the bike in Japanese, he provided very insightful feedback on how we can make this work. His creativity and ideas surpassed what I could have envisioned! We decided to hydro drip the artwork and he even went as far as purchasing the manga from Japan to make it as authentic as possible!Due to unfortunate circumstances, we had to put the project on hold for some time however, during this time, he was very understanding and worked with me.I never had to chase him for updates on my bike. He kept me posted through emails and phone calls along with texting pictures of the progress he made with my bike and never kept me out of the loop.Pricing was more than fair and even after the job was finished, he still offered assistance till the very end. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Justin and his team are awesome and for any future projects I would 1000% go back to him! I can honestly say that JZ Auto Worx is the best auto repair shop I've dealt with. Justin, the owner, took car of my dad's car when it desperately needed repair after an accident. He was extremely transparent about what needed to be done, took me through the entire process of how things are done & how long it would take. I never had to follow up because he updated me pretty much every chance he could; he even sent pictures. Amazing work ethic & the best repair shop. Highly recommend the place !

Justin and his team were amazing, high quality work, good vibes from everyone, definitely recommend to those in the central/north Jersey area for any work automotive related! I stumbled across JZ Auto Worx a few months ago. I needed an oil change and every mechanic near me had closed. I called, left a message, and received a call back in less than five minutes. I asked about prices and was told upfront exactly what everything would cost. Now, I did not expect to get my car looked at in great detail, as I was there for an oil change but Justin and he is crew went above and beyond. I was told about a few issues my car had. Normally I'd be skeptical but Justin showed me a video of my car and exactly what needed to be doneHe explained everything in detail and gave me prices upfront. I called my family mechanic (who is too far for me to go to) and asked his opinion and he said everything Justin had said was true and the prices were more than fair. Everytime I have gone to get work on my car done, I am greeted with the same respect as the first day. I've never been to a business that is run as well as this one.A few weeks ago I needed a light bulb changed in my car. I stopped at a mechanic close to where I was and he couldn't figure it out. Neither could the people at AutoZone. The YouTube videos didn't help. I drove 30 minutes to JZ Auto Worx and Justin changed the light bulb in no time at all. I recommend Jz Auto Worx strongly to anyone who needs wany type of work done on their car.

Going to the mechanic is not fun especially when you are a female who has no idea about cars, but when I came here to JZ Auto Worx, The owner Justin was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions without blowing me off. Sending me a quote of the labor and parts my car needed made me feel good to have so that I wasn t lost in the process. I needed my car serviced because of a check engine light caused by a bad evap sensor, so that I can get my inspection. Justin not only finished my car in time for me to get my inspection, he actually went out his way and got the car inspected for me. Now that s customer service. I will continue to take that 45 minute drive to continue coming here to this hard working mechanic. Oh and let me tell you about this 5 star bathroom they have in their shop. I was so hesitant to use the bathroom because come on it s in a shop where men work, but I kid you not this bathroom is something out of movies. So clean, such nice decor, so unexpected. From the beginning Justin was very helpful and understanding about my past experience with my old mechanic. He let me know everything step by step that he was going to be doing, and was so quick and professional. My car is driving like brand new now! Justin is awesome! My husband and I are new to the area and were looking for a mechanic to help us with the engine/transmission of our car. I just moved to this area from Northern NJ and have been looking for a new mechanic. This was my first time using JZ Auto Work and I was so incredibly WOWED by them! Where do I even begin? My car needed to be towed to them and as soon as AAA got there with my car they sent me a text letting me know that my car had arrived there safely with a picture of it! I was so impressed with their level of communication and professionalism. Justin is so knowledgeable and did an absolutely outstanding job of explaining to me exactly what the problems with my car were and gave me a highly detailed estimate of what it would cost to fix them. He even texted me picture of the mechanical damage he found inside my car. I really appreciated his honesty and directness with me about everything that was going on with this car. He is hands down the best mechanic I have ever been to and I can't recommend him enough. If you're looking for a good, honest mechanic then stop looking because you've just found him.

Justin is a great guy. He is very fair and passionate. He is honest and lets you know what exactly is wrong with your car. The great thing about his service is his instagram stories. When he is fixing the cars he makes videos of all the steps, details, and changing the parts then post them on his Instagram stories. Our car had issues with coolant, check engine light and transmission. He fixed them all while posting all the details of repairing on his Instagram. I m always very hesitant on trying out new mechanics because I always end up getting a bad experience. I was so close to going to the main dealership to get my car fixed, but when my friend told me about Justin, I decided to give it a shot. My car s engine light was on and my car would shake every time I would come to full stop on the road. Just by talking to Justin you can tell he is the type of guy that knows what he is doing. He is very friendly, professional and super detailed on what was going on with my car. Aside from that, he was super quick. Justin is very knowledgeable, keeps his customers in mind, and is thorough with his explanations.Although he may notice more things about your vehicle, he will alert you, but also honestly recommend if the maintenance or repair does not have to be done right away.Scheduling an appointment was a breeze.After my own independent research, I believe the price to be reasonable as well.He also shares work being done on public social media frequently and I oddly appreciate that.Not much more I can ask for in a mechanic really...Would highly recommend!

My car sustained a significant dent in the rear passenger side which involve the gas tank. Initially, I took the car to a local body shop and was told that it would require $7,000 of work. I was referred to Justin by professional or colleague who had used him in the past for a second opinion. From the moment I started working with Justin, he was knowledgeable, responsive and very communicative. I sent him a picture of the car and within a few days he had given me a quote for $1,700. We drove the hour drive in order to have him work on the car. His new shop is in southern Jersey, right off Route 1. It is a little difficult to find (200 yards off the main side road), but once arriving, his employees were very knowledgeable and thorough. Justin kept us fully appraised of the progress of the repair through the following week with pictures and text updates. The repair was completed exactly on time, and the work was outstanding. The final invoice was exactly the same as the estimate. All in all, this was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a body shop. Excellent service from the start! Justin was amazing and patient with me over the phone when I explained the issues that I had with my Subaru. He performed the necessary diagnostic assessments and found out the root of my problem. I appreciate his prompt service and his explanation of what needed to be done. Had an emergency with my car and had to pull over and look for immediate help. Thank god I was right around the corner. Called them up and right away they were able to help. The quality of care they give to each vehicle, and the top tier customer service they offer is what makes these guys great professionals. Definitely will do repeat business with them and recommend them for all your auto repair needs!

I brought my car to Justin after reading all of the reviews and I must say they are all spot on. By far the best and easiest experience I ve had with an auto mechanic. He let me know within a few hours what was wrong with my car with details and pictures. Told me how much it would be, got to work on it right away and during that time kept me up to speed with the repair. I got my car back the very next day. If you re looking for an honest and fair auto mechanic, Justin is your guy.

Justin has earned every 5 star review he has received. I came into his shop a few weeks ago for a machine on machine noise that started suddenly. If you are like me, you might be worried bringing your car to a new mechanic. Justin made the process simple and stress free because he was communicative, both in his honesty with information and his fast response times to my questions. If you are looking for a mechanic, I definitely suggest you give Justin a visit.

Justin is an honest mechanic , and a high quality one too. He is very skilled more so then many other mechanics I know. His service was impeccable and he took care of my baby, all while taking the time to point out what was wrong with my car. He even gave me a ride home right around the corner to my place . If you re looking for a trustworthy, honest skilled mechanic , look no further .
