Bought a car from this south Brunswick location about a month ago and it was the easiest experience I ve had with any dealership thanks to my sales rep mark. I love my vehicle and I ll be recommending car shop south Brunswick to my friends and family. Mark worked with me through every step, answered any questions I had, and was very transparent with the entire process. Carshop is different in its approach when it comes to transparency and fairness. Carshop if you re seeing this, give mark a raise.

This was our first time visiting and buying a vehicle from Carshop and Mark made it so incredibly enjoyable!! We didn't know what to expect so when he first approached us my husband and I both grumbled under our breathe thinking here we go and the beginning of the nagging starts!! Boy were we wrong!Mark calmly and easily explained how Carshop works, some of the benefits to buying a car there and all they do to take the normal "ick" feeling you get at a dealership away! He was so easy to get a hold of, answered all of our questions and was a wealth of information as we went through the process!Next in line was Patrick in the finance department and once again the service was amazing! None of that usual nonsense you get from the person in this role who pretends to have your best interest at heart when really it's their own. He was great about making sure our options were clear and was so pleasant to work with!Last up was Max who walked us through signing all of our documents. I CANNOT say enough what a breath of fresh air it was to not be directed into another office to sign paperwork where you are typically bombarded with a million different options to drive up the payment you thought you already agreed to. Since Mark was so very thorough in the very beginning we were able to pick and choose any additional packages we wanted and knew walking into this last step EXACTLY what our payment would be. Max was great at walking us through the signing and explaining any last minute info we needed.I can hunk it s also important to mention that the facility itself is so beautiful! It s bright, super clean and well maintained! The awesome coffee bar is a definite bonus as well!!I have never enjoyed buying a car so much and look forward to every opportunity to recommend Carshop, Mark and the team at the South Brunswick location!!

My experience with CarShop South Brunswick was great! The responses were immediate and the staff, especially April, the Sales Consultant was amazing. She made my buying experience smooth and very positive. She was pleasant, readily available and very knowledgeable. She was opened about all the details. My car was delivered on time and I am very happy!

My husband and I had a great experience buying our new vehicle, Toyota Rav4, from CarShop on South Brunswick. They have a very professional and friendly team on the floor, which was a bonus point for me. The Sales professional, Ian Simmonds, was very knowledgeable and a very patient guy. He helped us choose the right and reliable car, and made us very happy with our purchase. All in all, it was an easy and smooth process that did not take much time. Purchased a 2021 Subaru Forester from Mark and had a great experience. He wasn t pushy and gave me time to test drive and go over features. Once I made my decision, it was an extremely quick and stress free process and I was out the door.They also honored their promises by fixing a small dent and some scratches that were on the vehicle when I test drove it-and it was repaired not even a week later.I would recommend Mark and the service team to anyone. There is no better place to buy a car from.

The customer service we had hoped for was delivered. The site is amazing and colorful and clean. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional and smiling. It felt very much like a family atmosphere, you can definitely feel that. And, they worked with us on exactly what we were looking for on every level. We are completely happy and satisfied with the outcome as well as with Karina who assisted us every step of the way. She was great and helpful and funny. I will be due for an upgrade on our second vehicle soon and will definitely be coming back to Car Shop. Great job everyone! We are so very happy with our SUV! You have two new and VERY satisfied customers. We highly recommend CarShop for your next vehicle and ever one after that.

Selling my car was a breeze in and out within an hour. The agreed-upon price over the phone held, and the process at the clean and pleasant location was smooth. Ian made the experience easy, and I'll definitely do business with them again.

I saw the car I wanted at their PA location, but I live in NJ. It was a Sunday so I called and left a message at the South Brunswick location. Monday morning Ian Simmonds called and told me the car was on its way from PA to their location. I told him I wanted the car put a $500 deposit to hold the car. On Wednesday that week I went to pick it up and it was more than I expected it was 2019 Toyota CH-R Ruby Red with black roof awesome wheels and black interior.The process was not five hour ordeal . I was in and out in two hours. I have gotten so many compliments on the car. It does not look like every car on the road. Everyone thinks it is new it was impeccable clean.The people at Car Shop including my sales person Ian Simmonds are all good people.This is how all cars should be sold new or used. Their cars are all used, but u be quite surprised how good they are. Highly recommend.Car buying from dealers is a hassle this should be the future of car buying. Car Shop should be able to get new cars too and put a good set price and get u in and out in less than two hours or you get a $100 back.I bet a ton of buyers would jump on easier buying experience.

Great experience. Sales people aren't pushy and very understanding. I was suspicious about them providing "the best" trade-in value but they 100% do. I was actually kicking myself for not asking for more with how easy it was to get the amount I told them (which was also more than any other dealership).Car purchased was basically new (40 miles) so can't really speak much on the condition of more used cars.

We had a friendly, and seamless experience purchasing our vehicle from CarShop. Tom and team were very helpful and helped us narrowed down our options without overly pushing us on choices.Few weeks later we took the car we purchased to Audi for full inspection and everything came out great.We definitely recommend CarShop! Nice place with lot of options to buy a good car.Staff are very friendly and helpfulHad car servicing done here and the service was really good and at affordable prices than many other car servicing places in and around that area.They have corporative seating style at waiting area for customers. Very peaceful place with colorful interiors with nice quotes aroundThey give best deals even while selling our cars to them.Deep car clean services are also available.If employees are busy, we also have a kiosk where we can browse around.Joseph Hobbs helped us and addressed our requests Highly recommend this placeThey also have water and coffee while we wait for someone to attend/help us.Restrooms are available and are maintained cleanly.

Ian Simmonds was so warm and welcoming. When he first called me, I gave him a list of cars I wanted to drive, two of which he got transferred from another location. However, I ended up with the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude that Ian selected for me. I drove it and fell in love. Ian was patient and explained everything to me, which was so amazing being that this was my first time buying a car. I couldn t be happier with the service I received, and will always rave about my CarShop experience.

The Car Shop was absolutely phenomenal! My wife and I were cared for by Joseph Hobbs and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The process was quite easy, simple, and no hassle. The price for our Land Rover was great. We would recommend Car Shop to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle online. They are very reliable and the service is amazing. If you re apprehensive about CarShop, don t be. I wasn t sure what to expect initially and was fully prepared to not have a great experience given my previous experiences at dealerships. We worked with Sunny, and after a few exchanges via text, we walked in, they took a look at our car, and offered us exactly what they had committed to via text. We were in and out within an hour and a half. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I could not recommend it enough. Not to mention, they gave me a better price on my car than three other buyers we checked out prior. Couldn t be happier!

I purchased a Jeep gladiator from Car Shop South Brunswick and had an amazing experience. Ian Simmonds my Sales Consultant and Greg the GM showed amazing attentiveness and care with my purchase. The experience was quick, easy, and professional. A crack was found on the windshield of the jeep when test Driving. By the time I left the dealership in the jeep the windshield was fixed. I would highly recommend reaching out to Ian and Greg when looking for your next preowned vehicle.

Great experience! Had two tires blow. Towed to Car Shop which is AAA recommended. Excellent service,reasonable price points. Knowledgeable and efficient. Will consider a car purchase in the future. Highly recommend them.

I bought a car here a few weeks ago and really enjoyed my overall experience. it is a clean well run facility with a nice lounge and a service center. Ian was my sales rep and drove from the South Brunswick location to Glen Mills to make it more convenient for me. He was great and very knowledgeable. there was a few issues with getting the car to pass Maryland state inspection but car shop took care of it promptly without any issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stress free car buying process with great customer service.

Wish every dealer was like this. Honest, competent, professional.The bought from us our much beloved 2021 Kia which we sold as we were no longer using it anymore (less than 2000 miles a year).They tested and inspected the car left and right.The car was found to be in perfect conditions (original paint, perfect maintenance record and no defects) so they offered to buy the car for a good price.We will definitely consider them should we ever need to buy a car one day.

My wife & I had an INCREDIBLE experience in selling our LEASED Honda HRV to Carshop in S Brunswick. MOST other dealerships, outside of Honda, were NOT allowed to buy our car from us as we were within the lease period, according to Honda...Since Carshop is part of Penske, who is part of the Honda umbrella, they were able to negotiate a price, and give us the difference between the "payoff amount" and the current market value.They gave us a very generous price.. No haggling necessaryWe completed the entire process in about an hour from entering the facility, getting the car looked at by their shop, completing the paperwork and leaving with papers stating our check should be in our hands within 10 days or so.Patrick and Manish were so friendly and made the entire process super easy.. Best car buying experience I ever had. Very welcoming upon arrival. Building is clean and bright. Tom who handled all the paperwork was wonderful. Very personal able. It was a busy Saturday but even while waiting we were checked on frequently. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, the paperwork process went smoothly. I would recommend Carshop to anyone who is looking to buy and have friendly non pushy service. My son was beyond excited with his new vehicle.

Car shop completes everything you can imagine in this area. They have very experienced associates who will guide you through the whole process and make car buying or selling super easy. The inventory is limited to newer, low mileage vehicles. Like CarMax, CarShop is no haggle. Also they offer beverages. Overall experience was very nice.
