Staff was very professional and courteous! Needed a trim piece for my focus wagon, they were asking $50 which was reasonable. They ended up giving me the whole hatch for the same price! Would recommend!

Vern's place 4 parts are excellent to deal with. I needed a driveshaft for my 86 Ford F250 4x4 they did not have on hand but ordered one for me. The one that was shipped was the wrong one and they still tried to find the one I needed. I really needed my truck by the weekend and they did try their best I know the shaft I needed is hard to find but was lucky enough to find only one at a different yard. I do not blame Vern's for the mix up as they confirmed the information I gave them was correct. They did not even try to give me a hard time about a refund. I will continue to deal with Vern's Place 4 Parts as they are very friendly people to deal with and do try their best to locate hard to find parts. I will continue to deal with these people.Thank you again for your hard work trying to help me out.Sincerely,James

Prices were more then fair. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I showed up a hour before closing and left with every part I needed. Definitely will shop there again.

Those ladies at the desk are the absolute best, not one but two different women sensed my bad day and took my mind off it instantly with their friendly manners and jokes. Great caring people, i will now order all my parts here. Also the prices can not be beat! my part was half the price new here then used at any of the 15+ junkyards I called. And apparently they will come in fast as well. All around great attitudes, and very caring when they didn't have to be. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you, again ladies!

Bought a front axle for my truck and was very happy with my purchase, was kept up to date multiple times throughout the week. Great people and very honest. Will 100% be buying from them again

Nice people got the right parts. If they don't have them they will find them for you. Prices are very reasonable. I have Beavers Auto and use them every chance I can. Always my first choice. Thank you

Awesome place with very friendly staff. I expected some buff dudes with stern voices, yet I called and received a friendly voice with helpful instructions now to order parts from them. Drove up there and picked up some doors in under one hour. Awesome place, 5*!

Drove a 2 hour round trip not once but twice to get a part. I called and was reassured they had it in inventory. Get there and hear oh the yard guys said it's there even though 2 min prior a different yard guy said it was. Guess communication skills are definitely lacking in the establishment. Will I go again, sure soon as a green little man from a different planet is elected into the presidency. Advice call 20 times 10 min before you get there so you don't waste your time and gas

I will never purchase any parts from this company again. I was sold a totally defective Chrysler starter. for $65 and paid a $10 core return charge. My mechanic had to order a new starter due to this and, Verns actually Dwayne the owner will not give a refund. Very very bad unacceptable business dealing.I also purchased. an $1100 replacement Chrysler engine and there was a mandatory extra $100 core charge. This business also is refusing to refund this $100. Again very very bad unacceptable business dealings.

Great service and friendly staff! I've always gone here for my parts. If its something they dont have, they always see if they can get it for me within a reasonable amount of time. I wouldnt go anywhere else !

Definitely worth visiting. The people working there are knowledgeable about the parts and friendly. It's a little distance from where I'm located, but because of the people I would travel to visit this place again.

the staff is very friendly and its a great place to get new/used parts! even if they dont have it in their stock they will offer to o order it for you. When i needed my starter i got excellent service!

Buyer BEWARE! This dimwit woman at the counter doesn t give clear description of the part she was selling. I called her and asked twice if there was any tear in the leather seat and she said it was perfect. In the Internet, they don t show the torn leather area at all. All she wanted to do was to get me pay for the seat and even said someone at work wants to buy it .in a hurry for me to close the sale. Plus, the track where the mounting bolt sits was rusted. Well, when I got there, I immediately saw the tear on the black leather seat which exposed the white fabric. When I asked her about it, she said she didn t see the seat. Well ..if you didn t see the seat, then how come you said it was perfect???In the end, she didn t make the sale (had to do the refund), and I walked away pissed off. SUCH DECEITFUL PERSON. BEWARE! Never will I ever go back to this place with this lousy dimwit.

If you need used parts, get them at Vern's. New parts are available also. Knowledgeable folks and they install your parts if you need them to for reasonable service fees. Family owned and run. Liked them so much I got a job there!

I was looking for parts for my 2006 Chrysler 300 searched everywhere lotta places wanted to over charge for the parts Vern s place gave me a reasonable price and their staff was so down to earth even recommended a local Business for me and my wife to have a good lunch it was an amazing experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who s looking for Quality automobile parts at a reasonable price

called for 1990 k1500 tilt steering column . the lady told me she had one it will be $95.00 .so I drive there from s vineland But now they said it was not the right one . But they do have the one I need But it will cost Me $150.00 what a way to run a company!!! All my frends told me its BAD place & not to use them .

This is the best place to get used parts for any car.The girl Beth that works there, was the most amazing women to deal with as far as Goin outta her way for the customer ..she's a angle and so is the whole busines!!.take a trip or call them, for all your parts needs

Great place to have just a mile away from home! Anytime I need something I'm sure to call Vern's first to see if the part (parts) are available at a cheaper price.

Travelled 360 miles, called twice made sure they had the part in stock, lady said yes we do, guess what, dont have the part in stock(had the wrong part in stock), I mean you are in the auto parts business, act like it
