One star is too generous for the disappointing service received from Millville Glass Center, LLC. I opted to support this local business for my shower door installation, but it turned into an arduous ordeal.The initial encounter with the technician left me assured of a seamless installation. However, the reality was far from it. Despite agreeing to a higher price and enduring a longer-than-anticipated delivery date, the communication with "Jenifer Harvey, Owner, Office Manager," was almost non-existent, limited only to sporadic emails. Attempting to reach them by phone was futile, and when I did manage to connect, the staff seemed clueless.The installation, delayed by 15 days without any proactive updates, was followed by a poorly executed job. Opening the door became a challenge merely 30 hours after installation. Repeated calls were necessary to rectify the issue, but the problems persisted. Water leakage from the supposed barrier became a recurring nightmare.Their technician, quick to deflect blame onto the ceramic floor installer, contradicted his initial assessment, causing further frustration. Despite sending videos and numerous attempts to communicate, the response dwindled after payment completion.Millville Glass Center, LLC demonstrated an egregious lack of professionalism, failed promises, substandard workmanship, and an utter disregard for customer satisfaction post-payment. Avoid the hassle and seek a reputable business that values its customers and stands by its work.

I would avoid this company at all costs. We have been waiting for an estimate for almost a month now. They keep telling my wife they have to get it from the guy that went out tomour place, but still we have nothing. I order a peace of glass for my China closet but doto covid they only had curbside pickup. I gave them the measurements and they had it done fast and accurate. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
