Alex the store manager was very helpful and pleasant..Jon was pleasant as well..They were very informative on what I needed done to my vehicle. All the guys got to work fast and efficiently. I appreciate the great customer service that I have received with my visit today.

Excellent service for an oil change on a 98 Porsche Boxster 986 base. Everyone at the front was very helpful, even helped me save some money on the job, the mechanic Jose was informative, helpful, and went above and beyond. Have brought many vehicles here to this Vineland location, and will continue to, Thank you again!

They were available and convenient and able to get me back on the road in under 2 hours. Staff was nice. Cost was higher than I expected and while they revised the tire, brakes, and shocks cost breakdown, they neglected to discuss the oil change cost which was more than I thought. I should have asked ahead of time but was distracted by needing new rotors as well as brake pads and the extra cost that added.

Our car started to make a noise Sunday night. Called the next morning, spoke with Alex the store manager and said he could see the car immediately. Alex called within 45 minutes with the diagnosis and had our car ready same day. Amazing customer service, professional and very friendly!

Chris, Miguel, Johnathan were so amazing! They fixed our corvette so fast. We came from NJMP after an oil spill on the track. They are car guys and will take extremely good care of your car. Highly recommend coming here!

Very nice people here at your Millville nj store - I would have been stuck on the road somewhere. Jon took great care of me at the counter looked my car over to make sure which tire I was talking about . Listened to my crazy day that led me here! Watch out for the Parking garage exit at Philly airport when coming off the upper floors . Gash in tire wall & rim bent . They took great care of me and the assistant mgr Javon corrected my account and explained everything very patiently ! Much appreciated ! I called and spoke to Kirby and Linda too they were also very nice . I ll be back ! Thanks again !

These guys are the best! Was traveling from upstate NY to NJMP for a track event and noticed my alignment was off. Called at 3pm on a Sunday (Fathers Day) to see if they could squeeze me in before they closed at 5pm. The 1 guy working that day stayed 2 hours late to make sure my car was ready for Lightning the following morning. Not many folks care this much but these guys did and I cant thank them enough!

Tire pressure was low so I was putting air in it. I saw a nail in my tire so I needed to have that taken care of. I went to Mavis to get it taken care of. Javon was so nice and professional. I didn't have to wait long at all. He even gave me a discount on the service. I really appreciate that and the great service. Thanks to the young man that did the work.

If you want to support a garbage business that only cares about its bottom line then go here. They do not care about SAFETY!! They did a "mount and balance" on the rim that has chunks missing. When I called and asked to speak with someone about it they hung up on me. There are plenty of local shops that care about your safety and would appreciate you as a customer. Mavis has never been a "good" company and this just shows how low they are. (posting this review for a friend)

Unfortunately, I needed a tire after 5pm when they close at 6pm. I got to Mavis at 5:30pm and explained my situation and asked if they were able to help me or if I needed to go the next day since it was so short notice. The management and staff told me not to worry, and they did my tire. I was so very thankful. I definitely recommend going to Mavis for all your tire needs, it doesn't hurt to ask to see what they can do to help you.
