They told me no appointment was necessary for an oil change which I love the idea of because my schedule isn't the most flexible. When I got there, Holly told me the wait was about an hour, so I asked if I could run a couple errands instead of sitting at the dealership. She said yes, and when I got back, they took my vehicle right away! They offered coffee and other beverages to those waiting, and I was out of there in no time! Great experience!

Over All purchasing a vehicle can be stressful, The sales associate Dave D'Agostino worked to make the deal ,and overall a good experience ,We love our Ram truck.and would recommend Lilliston !

I went in for tires, my first major maintenance purchase. I have a 2019 Compass-1st owner. Had the buy 3 get 1/$1 coupon! Thought I was going to have to wait longer for this than an oil change-not so. Got in at 9 and was out around 11:30. Another bonus, when I read my receipt in more detail, saw that the tires were cheaper than I originally saw. This location has outstanding staff, in all areas and was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. P.S. Holly has usually been the one to greet me and take info. She is very helpful and attentive to all the customers

People there are excellent, my only concern was we had an appointment at 8 am for an oil change, tire rotation and balance and sat for over 2 hours to wait for them to complete the job.They said the reason it was going to take so long was because there were people in the express lane. An appointment should be serviced before someone that does not have an appointment.They need a better system when it comes to express lane and appointments. Possibly only use so many lifts for express customers and other lifts for appointments.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I highly recommend Dave at Lilliston Dodge. While casually vehicle shopping on our way to target we noticed our dream truck at the Lilliston Ford Dealer but wanted to keep looking. After stopping at smaller dealers with no luck, we ended our journey at Lilliston Dodge. After test driving a new dodge with Dave, we weren t completely sold. Asked for information on the Ford we originally saw back at the ford dealer and what they were asking/what were the specs. Dave had the truck to us in 20 minutes for a test drive. Obviously we fell in love. He was unbelievably patient with us as we decided on trading our truck in (to which we got a great price) and financing the new ford. I would suggest Dave and the Lilliston Dodge crew to anyone looking to buy! Any of their lots, they can make it happen!

Lilliston has been my go to for service for years now. I live more than 45 min away but they are worth the drive. Very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend them and Holly was fantastic. Thank you for being awesome Lilliston!!

In an effort to supplement the winterization of my vehicles, Oil changes and routine maintenance are equally as important. I was able to have 2 vehicles serviced confidently by competent service techs in the same day. (Without an appointment). Tire rotation and visual inspection of wear and tear parts are all necessary at times and more importantly with the winter season approaching. I was glad to be able to get this all done in 1 day in a timely manner. Holly was very friendly and courteous to all my questions. And Brian R. doing the maintenance work was professional and equally as nice. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The employees at Lilliston Dodge always seem to be able to take care of my needs when I have them no matter how busy they are or shorthanded. The facilities are very nice to hang out in. Never returned phone calls at service desk. Never informed me when my part came in. Running behind schedule, so had to wait longer 1 1/2 hours. Didn't check my tires after I asked them to.

Dropped truck off for oil change service counter people was nice picked up later in day my oil percentage gauge was not reset and was no little sticker in window to show next service so I reset gauge myself was easy not big deal but was little disappointed that my tire pressure wasn't checked not even sure if they greased the drive train or is that not included with a $120.00 oil change? This was first time using them for oil change so not firmilyer with what I get with it if anything.

Can t ask for better service. Very helpful super friendly.Stopped In for a headlight flickering while driving didn t have a appointment and they got me right in and looked at the headlight and took care of my vehicle recalls on the spot. Couldn t have asked for better service on the fly

I was not happy with the wait. I arrived at 7:30am and was first for an oil change and tire rotation ration yet it took 1 1/2 hours to complete. When I inquired why it took so long I was told the service was finished, we just got backed up with paperwork.Not happy about this

I took the 1 hour drive to lilliston for a recall, a mirror motor getting stuck and a oil change, by the time I left it was 3 hours later and the mirror not fixed. I really didn't appreciate the women working in the garage, nothing like the girl I had dealt with before. She passed me off to the guys inside and they didn't seem happy about it and even when I asked her how much longer and she answered quickly how am I supposed to know. You dealt with the guys inside., and nothing like the young lady my last 2 times there. And then it cost $80.00, which the sign read $44.99, same amount of oil but said to use sinthitic oil, that seem like the added $30.00 was a lot. Although the guys inside looked tired they were kind.
