Jack's auto has gone above and beyond for me twice now. I was broke down once in their driveway with my business truck. They were nice enough to replace my alternator and gave me a ride home as well. I high recommend this business! Just yesterday I broke down with my business truck in the middle of nowhere. Rich came and towed me in and they gave me a ride home again. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality.

Me and my mother went here to retrieve my car after it was towed the day before, and let me say these people are the most miserable nastiest people I ever met. Me and my mother are already having a rough couple days and they absolutely made it worse, Also the young man who was working there began to yell at me about something that was incorrect and absolutely none of his business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The whole experience was very uncomfortable for me as a young black woman and frustrating.

Went in on Thursday to explain the problem with my box truck that I run my business out of. Was told to bring it in that day, and they would look at it on Friday or Monday. I waited until Monday at 3pm to call for an update. The lady on the phone told me that they haven't looked at it yet, but she heard them talking about looking at it, and would probably be on Tuesday. I wait until 4pm Tuesday to take a ride there and see about the progress. They hand me a quote for almost $5,000 for a new transmission. I told them that I would just pick the truck up in the morning and made sure that I did not owe them any money for "looking" at it. Wednesday I go to pick the truck up and realize that they never even opened the cab to the truck, to which the mechanic did not deny. He stated that they should have never taken the job because they do not work on those trucks. I explained that I was given a quote for a new transmission, which he replied " it probably does need a new transmission." How do you know if you didn't lift the cab to look into it? Once I told them that was terrible business to keep a vehicle 6 days that you never had intentions of fixing, he called me a ****head and told me to take my truck and get off of their property. I guess they are in the business of giving out quotes for work that doesn't need to be done, and getting mad when they are called out on it. I would definitely steer clear of Jack's Auto.

We have been using Jack's Auto Services since we purchased our diesel pusher motorhome about 5 years ago. Jack and his staff are true experts, and honest mechanics. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Prices are very fair, and the quality of work is the best!

Very good, clean and experienced group of men who take care of your vehicles. Ive personally known them my entire life and have always steered me right. Theyve done custom work for me and have always delivered and done an amazing job. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else.

It was Thursday night, 5:30 pm, my truck broke down on the side of the road and I was 20 miles from home. I called a number of garages, most were closed, the ones that did answer said they couldn't help me, I was too far away. I called Jack's, I was outside his normal tow range but he was willing to help and tow me home. Great guy, family business for 50 years, Jack and his 2 sons run it. Need more people like Jack in this world. Thanks for the help!

Great people very friendly courteous and on the ball!My new go to mobile mechanic. They serviced my work truck with new clutch and all associated parts. Very through ! Nicely done and quickly done.

My tire fell off my truck today, and this shop was the closest. The gentleman came right away, and got me back on the road in no time. I'm very thankful for his help. He charged next to nothing, so I tipped him. Thank you for your help, I am thankful!

at this time you are asking for, the have not even take a look in my car and they don t even tell me when they ate going to look out it, this is the worst mechanic ever see before, do not visit this place

My car needed an new rebuilt engine ( not due to Jacks mistake) A few days and a few thousand dollars later my car is running great with 1 year warranty or 100,000 miles.

Very unprofessional and another mechanic I've been to that once my money is in there hand , they don't care anymore if the job gets done the right way . I was charged for parts that were clearly never replaced on my car . Everything was overpriced to begin with . Total waste of time and money
