Awesome place to buy a car from I have poor credit and went to a few other places and got turned down then I ended up at Cicchino auto sales and Luigi went above and beyond to get me in a new vehicle and was excellent service and stayed in touch every step of the way awesome experience with Luigi and will definitely be recommending people!!!

Went and looked at there 2007 Tahoe tonite , seen the recent reviews for for rust on cars so definitely looked under it , the dealer owner was yelling saying there s no rust so I got under it and took some off and showed him then he walked away from me didn t say a word so I left

After finding out that Cicchino Auto Sales had a vehicle I was interested in, I decided to explore my options to purchase it. I explained to them what I was willing to spend, what I wanted to finance and they guided me, seamlessly, through the whole process by working with me to achieve my goals. They were able to secure a very competitive interest rate and assist in trading in my previous car. Not only was the process easy, fast and honest, but they understood what I wanted to do when it came to purchasing. As a result, I am driving away in the ride I always wanted. From start to finish, the experience was the best car transaction that I have ever been a part of. I strongly recommend!

Cicchino Auto Sales is an awesome place to get a car. I met exceptionally nice and professional people from there and I am very pleased as received service was exactly what I was looking for. Great car buying experience. I'm now in an affordable, safe vehicle without breaking the bank. There is no high pressure here!! Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Enrico Cicchino. He worked hard to get things within my right budget. I appreciate being treated fairly and kindly, not what normally comes to mind when you think used cars.

Best place ever ! I was in and out within 2 hours. My credit wasn t the best but Enrico worked with me and was able to get me into an amazing vehicle. This would have been an easy dealership to simply drive past without a second look, but I m glad I got a tip about this hidden treasure. Their remarkably friendly staff made the process easy from start to finish, I never felt any pressure from the sales team. We got a good vehicle at a great price and there really were NO HIDDEN FEES! Luigi was great, Enrico in their financing office was so helpful... Highly Recommended! Thank you Cicchino Auto Sales!!!

After spending weeks online in search of the perfect used car, I found the vehicle that I was looking for at Cicchino Auto Sales in Millville, NJ. The folks at this family-owned business were very helpful from the moment that I first contacted them. Enrico was terrific. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided additional information along the way to make the entire purchase process go smoothly.I love my new car and I would definitely recommend Cicchino Auto Sales to anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle. They offer excellent customer service and have a nice selection of great cars to choose from.

I would not recommend anyone get a vehicle from this dealer!!!! They buy junk cars and don t fix anything before they put them on their lot. They act friendly to get you to buy a car and then after that they don t care about all the problems you have with your vehicle. I haven t had my car a year and it s been to the shop six times and counting!!! They had clamped a strut on because it was broke, they broke the sensor on the tire when they were fixing the other strut that had broke and now the car brakes randomly when your driving. Both struts had to be replaced and there s so much corrosion which leads me to believe it s a flood vehicle because even the inside of the car has corrosion and a hole in the floor that they hid with a floor mat. They didn t bother cleaning the car after we signed papers so it had an odor/dirty and the gas tank was empty so we had to go get our own gas. They also, will try to sell you an extended warranty with the promise that they have a guy that can fix your car with no problem but when you actually run into problems then they don t want to fix it and no one likes to do warranty work. You feel better about buying a vehicle because it has a warranty but trying to get someone to fix it and get the warranty to pay for it is a nightmare. We were told their mechanic could fix any issues and when we finally got them to agree to fix something they would break something else and get mad when we tried to get them to fix it. If you re lucky enough to get them to fix something then will not give you any receipts for any of the work they did. They will also, hang up on you because they don t want to fix what they broke and don t want to hear about all the problems you are having and then they throw it in your face that it s your fault you bought the vehicle. If you are looking for dealership that had good customer service and sells reliable car this is not the place to go!!!!!

Today we purchased a vehicle from this family owned car dealer. I have nothing but positive things to say. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly patient people. They allowed us to take or time and view there inventory. Speaking of inventory. They have the best used car inventory in south jersey. The car we purchased was nice and at a fair price. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a car to go to them first. I assure you they will not disappoint you.

I would give 100 minus stars if I could. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. As someone previously stated, they re all nicey nice UNTIL you have an issue with the vehicle. My vehicle has literally been in the shop now 7-8 times and I haven t had it 3 months. After the 5th time in the first month, I went directly to the owner. After explaining the issues to him and informing him that I cannot afford to keep fixing it or taking off work, his response was It s not my problem, what do you want me to do? I said seriously, that s how you treat your customers? STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Go somewhere else and spend your hard earned money where they RESPECT their customers !! Engine light is on AGAIN for the 8th time, soooooo back I go again to see what this issue is !! Good thing I did get the extended warranty but trust me, I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN AND I WILL ADVERTISE MY EXPERIENCE TO EVERYONE!!! How they are still in business is beyond me!!! $19,000 for JUNK !!!!!!UPDATE: Vehicle needs Lifters and possibly a new motor STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!

Bought a 2009 Chevy Silverado from them 3 years ago come to find out they like to spray undercoating on all the vehicles they get to hide the rust so the support for the rear shocks gave way will never go to them again for anything they are selling unsafe vehicles and ripping people off

It was a great experienceI went at the end of the day and the staff was great. . They let me test drive two cars even though it was late night and I believe if I wanted to test drive any more cars they would of let me. Not one complain because it was late and even though my wife asked over 500 questions they answered them all with no hesitation. But because it was so late I had to wait until the next day to finalize the deal. I came in and everything went smooth and I drove of in my new car. Best experience with a dealership period.Thanks guys see you again when it's time for a new car.

I purchased a 2014 Lexus ES350! It is perfect! All I had to do is tell Cicchino Auto Sales my budget and what I was looking for. They went to work for me! This was best car buying experience ever. I felt no pressure and salesmen was very helpful with all the questions I asked. Finance was so easy process and explained every page professional. This dealership had the particular car I was looking for. Had been to other dealers but cars were so-so and price too high. Salesmen were courteous, honest, up front and I got the price I was looking for. So very happy with my 08 Sebring Convertible! Beautiful car. Would highly recommend Cicchino Auto Sales. Not a small, corner lot dealer. Classy, respectful and fair. Go see them if you're looking for a used car.

Best car buying experience ever!! Enrico and his team worked on having everything approved before we went to the lot from Delaware! We love our VW Jetta and have had no issues what so ever with it! I HIGHLY recommended Cicchino Family Owned Auto Sales!!!
