Love the female staff that helped my husband and I. She's one of the best. Very friendly and so helpful. Love her personality and professionalism. The next timei will ask for her name and write a better review.

A very good place to get any parts/pieces needed to work on a vehicle at home. This is My Hometown store... Prices for parts are not too bad. They usually have what you need, in stock, however if they need to order it, they can usually get it in fairly Quickly!

I'm only sorry I didn't get the young man's name who helped me. New battery & wipers, popped them in within minutes. Was so curteous & kind. Great job helping a senior

I feel very happy for having gone to your store with my problem because the employee assisted me with great calm. I was lost looking for a solution and she came kindly and asked me what I needed. She took me to the right place and showed me the right solution I am very happy with the service I hope you continue to improve the service God bless you

I went and looking for a particular product and to my surprise none of the employees came to ask me if I needed help or anything. There is a lot of stuff out of stock. But other than that my experience was pleasant I did not make a purchase. Was a little disappointed with the lack of customer service.

I came here to get wipers for my car, the gentleman at the register helped me get them AND he took my old wipers off and replace them with my new ones! I truly recommend Millville Advance Auto! I was in and out,15 minutes! Thank you so much!

Staff is lacking in customer communication skills . Not rude just not efficient in explaining minor details to people who are not mechanically inclined.

I d definitely recommend this place for buying car parts. Braeden (or Branden, I forget) was very pleasant and helped me pick out brakes for my car. He gave us great service! We came here after going to autozone where we were given an attitude.

My go to spot when I need parts for my car or accessories always have what I need if it's not in stock they will make sure to have it asap from another store for you ,, Never had a bad experience, Employees always helpful and kind ...

They don't install automotive bulbs. It's strictly a parts store. There's nothing wrong with buying parts from an automotive parts store. Although it's nice if someone, anyone could help out if you really need the assistance. I'm not sure if the lavatory is open to the public. I should have asked, but didn't think about it@,the time.The prices seemed ok. But I'm not sure if they're low enough. Might be best if you can shop around for the lowest price, within reason!Sometimes specialty stores just open in the morning.

Very helpful and quick. The part for my car was correct, but, the blades got my friends car needed a clip. They did correct it right away and the person I spoke with made sure all staff knew so no matter who she went to it would be done quickly. Great experience! Keep up good work!

I was in the store Monday and my boyfriend dripped something on my toe and it was gushing blood. The staff at this store were very professional and accommodating. Tammy and another worker were right there with a first aid kid very fast and were very kind! I was glad they were so kind I was even offered a chair to sit in. Love this store and staff, thanks guys!

I went in Monday evening after dark to purchase wiper blades and have them install them (they have a free installation offer). The woman I spoke to told me they cannot install them "after dark" (apparent fear of being robbed), and besides they didn't have them in the store and would have to order them. I told her I can come back Wednesday after work during daylight to purchase and install them, and she was good with that.Come Wednesday, I called the store to say I couldn't make it until Friday same time if that was ok. Good thing I called, because I was told they only hold parts for 24 hours and then 'send them back', so they weren't even in the store. I would have went there for nothing. What kind of ridiculous policy is that?! First, she should have told me that Monday. Second, the cost of having them shipped there, then shipped back was possibly more than the blades cost themselves. I won't be doing business with them again.

Older lady that works there was extremely rude. She made me feel very uncomfortable because she had to assist me in looking up a part. I get like I was at the DMV in NJ. And then when I confronted her about her poor attitude by saying "you don't need to give me an attitude" she responded by kicking me out of the store right there on the spot. I didn't say anything back and just walked out. FYI I had well over $200.00 in merchandise on the counter that I was going to purchase. Has to be one of the worse retail experiences I have ever had.Will never go there again! Advance Auto needs to keep track of there employees people skills abilities.

Although they were very nice representatives my part was suppose to arrive at store first thing Tues. morning.I called Tues. And they informed me deliveries would be 1 day late because of the holiday.Understandable but now here it is Wed. 1 pm.I took off work to do this repair because it's causing major problems with having transportation to work.Its still not in!!! I'm so @#$&in frustrated wasted freaking day.

Went in today to pick up parts for my husband. I showed her the old part. Older woman behind the counter had a scowl on her face and shoved it back at me and said we don t have that and pointed to a rack for me to pick something different. There were no other customers in the store and three people behind the counter. I went around the corner to NAPA and they hooked me up in less than five minutes.

millville deff has one of the better Advances ,Right in the center on town, clean , well layed out and organized, help full people , never really long lines or ever long for long. pretty basic chain auto parts spot , I do all my own wrenching and for basiclly any of my fam not willing to pay a pro wrench and they've allways had what was needed and charge pretty much charge what everyone else does. well worth the visit as long as a visit to center city millville doesn't bother ya.

Manager, was very helpful. I went in to buy some parts so I can pass inspection she looked at my failed inspection slip and putting me in the right direction to hold off on buying the parts just now and do this that and the other instead first save me some money I passed very thankful good job Advance Auto

Had to stop in real quick on a Sunday for weather stripping adhesive. It closes at 6 and I pulled in at 5:58 and I watched the female employee literally run to the door and lock it before I could get in.

Usually no cashier so if u just want to buy something off the shelves then u have to wait for the people looking up stuff, heres a clue::: call the person in the back room behind the oil making all the noise get on the regular register at the front of the store... Thanks

Came here for a new battery and free battery change service. I was in and out no problem. Affordable prices and cashier/serviceman was both friendly and helpful.

Customer service isn't that great. Employees aren't very helpful and aren't all that familiar with parts so unable to answer certain questions. Had to return last 2 parts bought there because they were similar but not exactly what was needed (i.e. for wrong model car, for wrong side of car)

I went to Advance Auto Parts to pick up a catalytic converter for my car. The representative helped me with the part by using her computer as well as identifying the type of gaskets needed for the front and back of the converter. We also looked at a diagram of my exhaust system for my car. The converter was an exact fit for my engine.

Went to return some brake pads and rotors I had same day delivered (only reason I give two stars) I never even opened them never even took them out of the box they came in, but when I tried to return them they fought with me saying I had used them because they had use marks on them but if course I argued because I never touched them, eventually I got the refund but I found out they sold me a used rotors when I bought new ones, they weren't even the kind I bought all around bad and very rude service
