This place was literally down the block from me for years. We used to go to Mr. Tire in north Brunswick until they ripped us off one too many times. A friend recommended Joe's and they exceeded our expectations. The prices were very reasonable and they took us immediately both times we went there. They also have an oil change program when every 5th one is free.

This place is one of the best car repair shops in New Jersey. The boss Andrew is a really nice and outstanding guy and the secretary at the shop is a really nice lady. I had an incident whereby I had my alternator and electric system not work properly and they were able to get the source of the problem in a couple hours and had my car ready to go the next day. This shop always makes sure that my car gets the best treatment. The pricing here is also good and I never had any issues when it came to paying. The service was always worth the pay and my car always left the shop feeling brand new. When I had all sorts of different lights go off, I knew going to this shop will fix everything. I am very happy and pleased with the services they provide. If I could I would give them a 10 star review.Services: Electrical repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

What happened today is utter bull. I spoke to Andrew at 8 am this morning and asked for a quote on Cooper Discoverer SRX for my Acura. I was quoted $500 + tax. I said to Andrew, Mike's in Spotswood quoted at $504 with tax can you match he said "Bring it in and I will work with you". I brought it in and prepaid the work. I get a call at 1:25 from Andrew and he said, sorry I have to charge you the $37 in taxes. Thanks for working we me Andrew. Literally, I only went to you because I thought you would actually work with me. My fault. Will not use you again.Service: Tires

The best in NJ! Joe's Service Center is a very good mechanic spot. Freddy has worked on my vehicle on several different occasions and every time he has made me feel like a VIP. Every experience I've had at Joe's has been professional and my repairs were completed in a timely manner. It's difficult to find a good mechanic with honesty and integrity thats not too expensive these days, so Joe's comes highly recommended by me! And while you wait go inside the office and talk to Claudia....she's a pleasure as well!

Love this place!! The mechanics are knowledgeable and the support staff is professional all are personable!! Their fees and pricing are competitive, even lower than anywhere I ve been before and I always get my car back in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Joe Service Center 3!

My car's check engine light came on while I was driving pretty far from my destination. Called to see if I could bring it in immediately. They were very understanding and were able to help me, were very fast with fixing it, and incredibly friendly. While the mechanic were nice people, I was not happy with the service.After doing a full brake job, my brakes were still spongy. I don t think they drove the car to make sure the brakes work as expected, or they did and didn t care about their work. I thought the sponginess was due to the newness of new brakes and rotors, but the issue continued for another week. Their recommendation was to bleed the brakes, which didn t do anything. Only after taking it to a new shop, it was discovered that the wheel bearing was bad, the tire was loosely connected to the car and it could have collapsed at any moment in time.To top it off, I had to to do two jobs with grindy power steering. First they recommended replacing the power steering pump. During the job, they didn t realize that there was a leak in the hose leading from it, so I had to go in again. The icing on the cake was that the price they gave me for the job, when broken down by labor and parts, was 3x higher than if I had gone to Autozone and bought my own parts, which I ended up doing anyways. Sadly, I will not be going to this shop again for anything other than an odd oil change.Edit: I was at the repair shop by BP. I know where I got my car serviced.Service: Brakes

Been coming for over a y never disappointed service and the atmosphere is always pleasant and the repair is hands down excellent so where ever you Been goistop give Joe's service center 111 a try you won't regret and the girl at the front desk is always friendly and the won't let you break the bank

Not only did I set an appointment with this mechanic and they failed to to follow through with said time but they also charged me an outrageous price. They also did the same with my mom who has no clue about cars. It honestly feels like they take advantage of people with prices.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Called a half hour before closing and asked if they could put a license plate on. Showed up 5 minutes later and he put them on and didn t charge me anything. Swift, helpful and fast. Great place to get your car back to its original state .... My car was vibrating with failing brakes. Door had electrical issues and had a tire pressure light on the dash.
