Had aftermarket wheels and tires mounted, aligned and balanced on my performance vehicle. Chris was great to deal with and job completed in a timely manner. Great service and top quality shop. Well done !

New Palumbos is an amazing family owned business and they treat their customers like family too. The staff are awesome! Knowledgeable about all things cars and so helpful and accommodating when you call. Experts in their field who do their best for you each and every time you need your car repaired/serviced.It's the only place we bring our cars and you should too. Thankyou Chris Palumbo!

We have lived there n town for over 40 years and have known and used them exclusively! Chris and his staff are professional,courteous,and friendly. Always on point and thorough with services. Quality Service and I couldn t or wouldn t ever use any other mechanic to service any of my vehicles, not even dealerships!!! He is the like family.

I have been to a number of repair shops for years. This shop by far exceeds my expectations. They worked with my schedule in bringing the car by tow. And they had it ready the next day. I did not have to wait till after the holiday. They even helped me figure out how to change a setting in my car, and I asked at least two other shops. They were the only one that came through for me. Highly recommend. Wonderful work ethics and very professional.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Chris s New Palumbo is the most honest & helpful place. I ve been taking my cars for services over 10 years. Will never go anywhere else given I have someone who provides genuine advice and charges quite fairly compared to dealership costs and again proper advices all the time. As a local resident I am very happy to have New Palumbo s in our neighborhood. They have done 2 repair jobs for me recently. Both I am very satisfied with. The first one is replacement of the windshield due to a major crack. Initially I thought it will be a $1000+ work but they did it around $500. The second repair happened today. My windshield wiper was somehow stuck and they fixed it without charge. They told me it is not a mechanical problem and just needs to be tightened. I am blown away by the honesty and professional work of this place. Will definitely visit again if I have future car problems.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Chris and the shop were kind enough to work with me through multiple delays as my car came from Southern NJ for a custom seat install in preparation for a track event. They were also very transparent on what issues they found on my vehicle (hole in rear axle boot) and were able to fix it, do a full fluid change and track alignment for me on a tight schedule. I really appreciate it and the car was phenomenal on the track and reliable to and from NJMP over and hour of hard driving. Thank you again guys and I look forward to working with you again in the near future getting the C5 ready for longer and more demanding sessions!

Twenty years ago before I had children or a car, it would ever occur to me to be grateful for a mechanic. Today I walked into my home and said to my husband We have the best mechanics in the world. They are polite, efficient and trustworthy. I have never had an issue there. The work is always completed the same day and my interactions with Chris and his colleagues has always been kind. They explain the work that needs to be done and also explain why other work (replacement / repair) isn t necessary at that time. If it is necessary at a later date, I trust they will check the issue. I highly recommend them and am delighted to suppprt them. My car is 62 years old and most mechanics are reluctant to touch it. Chris was enthusiastic about working on it. The repair was done in a timely manner. Everyone was nice and friendly........a good experience overall! I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Extremely highly recommended. Very knowledgeable, very polite and very friendly. Had the A/C break on my Honda Civic, dropped it off in the morning. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within a day! I'm always skeptical when I see a car repair place with high ratings, but this place absolutely deserves it.

There are so many great things I can say about New Palumbo's I don't know where to begin. The first accolade that comes to mind is TRUSTWORTHY. I've been to several mechanics, some good, some bad, but none have made me feel as trusting towards them as Chris and Bob. They genuinely want help you and do right by you.I'm a working mother whose in nursing school. I NEED my car to be reliable and in running condition. And that was not the case, until the universe guided me to the angels. I wish there was more I could say or do, for them to understand my gratitude in their assistance to help me succeed in my journey. This team KNOWS what they are doing in car repair. They are reliable, honest, VERY hard working. They work so hard for your satisfaction it's crazy! You can't ask for, or find, a better group of guys to repair your car, and neither can I. I love these guys. If you've never met them, once you do, I'm certain that you'll love them too.Believe it or not, I am a REAL person and this is a REAL review.

Very popular shop, and for good reason. I've had my car repaired here several times. They were always very straight with me, no shady mechanic bs, did the job right and did it very quickly. Can't recommend them enough.

This is the third time I came to here because of a flat tire. They fixed it immediately without charging me. Unbelievable.Last two times, I went there for a state inspection and oil change. I got very good service. I also asked help to identify a problem of my remote key.So lucky we have such a good shop in our community.

My car needed A/C fixed on before weekend trip. I called Thursday afternoon and they said bring it Friday morning. Within 30 minutes they figured out the problem and ordered the part so it could be fixed by end of day. A few hours later, they called to let me know it was all fixed. They figured out that the hose leading to condenser was installed wrong leading to the leak of refrigerant which saved me $400 in a new part. Now A/C works better than ever. Highly recommend for service or repairs on your car.

Over all excellent. They fix it and don't try to add/pad the bill. Know what they are doing and keep my aging car on the road! Chris runs/owns the place and knows cars. He's been racing for years - and his guys know there stuff.

If it weren t for New Palumbo s, we would not have been able to keep our antique Mercedes 560 SEL running. This ride was my step fathers favorite car, and I remember when he got it in 87. Upon his passing, I was gifted the car after sitting for many years outdoors. We live in town, and Chris and Andrew Palumbo are passionate car enthusiasts who are talented and kind - and always available.Our 560 that lay dormant for many years was brought back to the way I remember it. When you re dealing with restoration of an older car, rubber gaskets get dry and leak from disuse and age. We are grateful for New Palumbo s Availability, Ability, and Afability.Additionally, New Palumbo s took care of my wife same day in need of an oil change and inspection before traveling to VT to visit our daughter.Lovely people in Millburn. I recommend without reservation. I was looking for a go-to local mechanic when I moved to the area but did NOT have a good experience here. I had a fuel leak problem that New Palumbo's attempted to repair but they did it wrong; the fuel gauge was incorrect after the repair. Turns out, it was a known fuel system issue and recall. When I returned to New Palumbo to ask if Mercedes would reimburse me for their repair, they said, "No way." I took it to a dealer and they corrected New Palumbo's error at no charge AND reimbursed me for New Palumbo's work. I went back to New Palumubo's for two other reasons: They left tools in my car and there were grease prints on my A-pillar and headliner. Sloppy work all around.

It's not always easy to find a high-quality, reliable, honest, well-priced mechanic. But you're in luck if you live near New Palumbo's. Chris and his crew are the real deal, offering excellent service for small to big problems. I highly recommend New Paiumbo's.
