For general repairs, recommend. For body work, they're booked 1 month in advance, they don't do full paint jobs on cars, and they never got back to me even after a follow up call to get a quote. Disappointing but par for the course. Who wants to blow up another afternoon getting quotes? Of the 3 shops I visited, only 1 quoted, JDT collision in Phillipsburg.

Very kind and incredibly affordable! we were on a road trip and needed speedy repairs. Jim was able to fix it up and get us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

I had a flat tire on my trailer and was 1hr from home. As soon as I pulled up they fixed it right away, no waiting!Fastest repair I ever had!!!

Their work is top quality, their prices are fair, the staff is friendly. A long time family business that can be trusted with ALL of your automotive needs. Not only they do maintenance but also auto body! This establishment can be trusted not only for your daily drive vehicles but also with any other special needs. I won't go anywhere else for anything!

I was in dire need of having brakes replaced in my Santa Fe, as I had tow a my horse to a show the next day. I had all the parts and planned to do work myself, but ran into issues I could not handle. Jim graciously got my car in and not only replaced the brakes, but scrambled to get parts to also fix the emergency brake. Wonderful folks to work with!!!!

The other day, my car "met the guardrail" on the Frenchtown Bridge. I was sick when I saw the damage--I've only had the car just over a month. Jim and his son were so helpful and gave me an estimate that was, by far, the most reasonable in the area. In fact, they stayed UNDER their estimate!! The best part of this is that you would never think my car was damaged to begin with--it's perfect! Friendly service, a great price and perfect repairs--I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Just moved to the area a year ago and whole family now goes to Jim's. Happy with the individual attention, great quality service and friendly, professional staff. Fair prices too!

Outstanding service!!! Had a flat tire and called Jim s auto body and Jim care right over to Milford with a portable air compressor and filled up the tire so we could drive it to Jim s auto shop. In no time at all the tire was plugged and ready to be picked up making my week sooo much better! Thank you again! :)

They don't really get more honest and down to earth than Jim and Jared. They are full service and then some. Some of the most trustworthy and knowledgeable around.
