I made the mistake of having the major service on my 1990 Ferrari 348 TS done by another shop... only to have the car leaking oil after that service. I immediately contacted Exoticars, who picked the car up, serviced it correctly, righting the wrongs of the prior shop made and the car is now back, better than ever. Thankfully the prior shop partially reimbursed me for their inferior work. Lesson learned. While Exoticars isn't the cheapest... you get what you pay for with this outstanding and professional outfit.

Mike @ Exoticars was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed on all aspects of the customization on my Jaguar F-Type front grill. Mike was always honest and his knowledge and suggestions were greatly appreciated. Pricing is extremely competitive and all work performed on my vehicle was of the highest standard. The custom grill the team at Exoticars created, is among the best I have ever seen. It looks as if it came straight from the factory. I am extremely pleased and grateful for all the hardwork performed by the entire team. The owner Wil has assembled a team of experts that are among the best in the State, if not THE BEST!! Wil and his team performed a transmission exchange on my 575M.Working with Mike was a pleasure. I was kept informed of the progress of the work and anything needed along the way. Any additions I threw at them were handled and the car has exceeded my expectations. I have been taking my Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder to Exoticars USA for several years. I have been 100% satisfied with the maintenance performed...but ...beyond this, the customer service/support is the BEST in the business barring none! I have had several instances where I had an issues arise and needed advise from one of the technician's on staff and had answers to my questions immediately! Wil & Sandy De Groot treat every customer fairly and with honesty! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking for great service at very reasonable rates go to Exoticars USA!

Had some minor defects and marks on the rear bumper from the middle by the license plate towards the left side of my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. They were able to to sand down and paint the aforementioned areas on the rear bumper in a very brief window and it turned out immaculately. When I dropped the car off I was greeted by Wil and was given a tour of the facility. I was very impressed both by the facility and the level of cars they were working on. It immediately gives you a feeling that your car will be well taken care of. Any times in the future where their services are required, I will not hesitate to give them a call. Wil and Sandy are great. I was getting ready to list our 1977 308 GTB for sale, and was going to have Exoticars do a pre-purchase inspection for any potential buyers. I had already planned on the shop replacing the tires. A number of years prior to the service I had purchased an aluminium radiator as a spare. A check of the coolant system showed a very small leak in the radiator. Good thing I had a spare in our garage. Bad thing was that the new radiator was not going to install easily and required Wil to do a bit of fabricating when it came to new brackets and hangers. I could not have ended up at a better shop. Sandy was even nice enough to place my for sale info on their website. I have a unique, and older Ferrari that also has a lot of custom features. Unfortunately that can mean many hours to trouble shoot, diagnose, then repair an issue. The guys at Exoticars are top notch professionals who are quick to troubleshoot and repair correctly the first time.Their prices are fair and have been very accommodating in picking up my car.I have taken my car there several times and will do so again when I bring the car back north.Mike runs a great shop and is someone I trust, he is very honest.Steven H.

Exoticars has been good to me. I ve had 3 different vehicles over the span of 8 years and every time I ve needed something done in a pinch the owners and staff have taken great care of me. Most recently my Audi needed a new battery and the dealership wanted $430 to change it. I live close to the Exoticars shop so they came and jumped the car, I followed them back and within 30min I was out the door for almost half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge me. A bonus- I didn t lose any of my settings and stations after they put in the new battery. They go the extra mile and complicate their process- connecting the car to an alternative power source before removing and replacing the old battery- allowing everything to stay as you like.

11 April 2020. We needed a place to do some work on our 1990 Porsche 964 and after doing some searching and making some calls we drove the car to Exoticars to have them look at it and discuss the work we needed done. It also gave us an opportunity to look at the facility which turned out to be neat, clean, and well organized. Paul and Will came out of the shop and looked at the car while we talked about the work we wanted them to do. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to and they gave us an estimated number of hours to do the work. We dropped the Porsche off three days later, a bit awkward with social distancing , but we got it done. While the car was in their shop getting the work done Mike kept us informed on their progress by email, phone calls, and even some pictures. We picked our car up a week later and were extremely pleased with their work. They cleaned the car and even disinfected it just before our arrival. All in all we were very happy with our experience with Exoticars USA, and we will take the Porsche there again. We also liked their location. No need to drive toward NYC and the associated traffic and pot holes, just a nice quiet drive on vacant back country roads to their facility by the Delaware River. Thank you for your help. Bob & Mimi

In July 2021, I purchased a used 2019 BMW 440i with 18k miles. The car was in great shape but had some rock chips, light paint scratches and swirls marks in the paint from the previous owner. Exotic cars went over the entire car and corrected all of the imperfections. The paint on the entire vehicle now looks brand new like it just tolled off the assembly line. Next year I will be purchasing a 2020 Porsche 718. If there is any thing that needs to be fixed I will be back to watch them perform their magic again.My 2013 Viper GTS was hit by another driver. I was prepared to sell my car because I never thought it would look good again. Well I was dead wrong. Exoticars did such amazing work the car looks perfect. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the repairs from start to finish. I would give them 6 stars if I could. They exceeded my expectations.Services: Painting, Car waxing

I cant say enough good things about Will & Sandy and the crew at Exotic Cars. I feel like a part of their family when I take my Ferrari California there.The shop is clean and up to date. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They explain exactly what my car needs in detail along with the price before they begin.I made the right choice. I highly recommend Exotic Cars.

I have used Exoticars USA for about 15 years. They have serviced and repaired my Aston Martin, Ferrari and Porsche. They even sold a Lotus for me when I made a poor online purchase decision. Wil, Sandy and the team at Exoticars have always done a great job for me over the years. Their pricing is fair, customer service is great and their skill level on repairing virtually anything is extraordinary! I just wish I could buy a few more cars for them to service!

I can't thank them more for what they've done for my Maserati. This is my first time to deal with them, and without doubt I'm already a loyal customer of them. They are the only one that I can leave my car with without any worries because of their expertise and competence. As a particular person I'm always unsatisfied with dealerships and other average body shops' working attitudes as well as qualities, but Exoticars made every single idea in my mind come true, and they've totally live up to, even beyond, my expectations. The Service Manger, Mike, is so welcoming, professional and helpful that I hardly had such a pleasant service experience with any auto services before. Communicating with him is a breeze and he really knows what you want and how to best take care of your cars. All in all, it couldn't be wrong to leave your car with them, and honestly if you own such a kind of exotic car you shouldn't be stingy. Why not spend a little more while having the best service for the car you love.

I own Alfa Romeo 4C, and being relatively rare car in US, a dealership is not that geared to provide a competent service for the car.Through extensive internet search I was able to find Exoticars who specialize in Ferraris, Lambos and Austin Martin and any other complex brands. From the first call and conversation with Mike, a Service Manager, it was clear that they live and breath cars. Competent, professional, on-time. These are the most important attributes for any high-end car service when you feel comfortable to trust them with the car.They performed precise alignment to address handling issue on a road and on a track, oil change, bolt tightening, that is required for carbon fiber tub, brake service and fixed other small issues the found during comprehensive inspection. I am lucky to be able to find this reliable, professional shop and not to worry if my dealer will break something in a car if I bring it to them. I have both a Stallion & a Bull and Mike and his team are by far the most talented, seasoned and experienced shop I have ever dealt with. I choose Exoticars over the dealership because they treat me like family. I really had to change my review from great to amazing. This place is amazing, and they have the absolutely most humble attitude you could imagine. When your reviews are as good as theirs for restoring old Italian exotic cars, that probably were not perfect when delivered new, you know they are great. They can walk the Pebble Beach Walk, and are humble as can be. Husband and wife both work there, nicer then nice, all employees nice, they could be arrogant and in today s environment probably do better. Mike and crew did an awesome job repairing my F430. In the early times of Covid, Italy had shut down and acquiring parts at that time, even the after-market manufacturers, were equally as difficult. After waiting months, as we all did during that time, the parts finally arrived. The repair completed and alas one of the parts was defective and so, the entire process occurred again ..8 months later and allot patience from everyone, everything on the list was completed. ExoticCars honored the defect part and the effort to swap out. What can I say after multiple calls to other shops and the dealer I couldn t get anyone to explain to me the correct and proper measurements for an alignment on my Maserati QP GTS. After many searches and phone calls I found Exotic USA and decided to give them a call hesitant they would be expensive and an over an hour away. I Got Mike Forman on the phone (service manager) at Exotic and talking to him was music to my ears. He very patiently explained to me exactly what needed to be done and how. The rest is history and I m one happy Maserati owner. I will be using Exotic for any needs I may have in the future. Everyone there is polite speak to you with knowledge and respect. Highly Recommended! I had my 91 Skyline GTR worked on by them now multiple times. From having a Titanium Exhaust done to paint work and interior. They do it all and I am very happy with the work performed. By no means is my car an exotic but it s not a car I trust many people to work on. Best at what they do and they are so pleasant to work with which most shops are not!

Wil, Mike & the whole team are truly exceptional and an asset to the collector car community. They recently provided me a complete turn-key solution to alogistical nightmare on a new exotic acquisition. From transport, to major service, to paint work, and even integrated laser system removal, they can truly do it all in house and for a fair price. My Aston Martin Rapide has weird electrical problem and the official dealership can't do or fix anything about that. They did a decent job in re-tightening the connections and as Mike told me they used enhancement in connection parts. Even the car still fails frequently after their workmanship, In speaking of result: "I spent $2k to repair my car and there is ABSOLUTELY no difference after they done their job." However, I'm still giving a 4 star review because they are professional and it is a pleasure to have conversation with Mike @ Exoticars. I would recommend this business. and I decided to avoid AM in the future. Mike said that to fix the car completely its gonna be 4 months and 25k$ :( It's professional and skilled technicians but bad quality car.Service: Electrical

Recently arranged to have Exoticars repair a couple leaks and do a "mini" undercarriage restoration on my S54 MCoupe.... and what can I say, wish I had come across them sooner! The team is great to deal with and their own enthusiasm for the cars comes through in how they run the business. Their knowledge, quality of work, and customer service is top notch. They have just won my repeat business for the future.

I never write reviews but feel compelled in this case. My Mini Cooper was in and out of three shops that could not figure out the issue. Then I found Exoticars! They set expectations from the start and diagnosed the problem quickly. The work was completed swiftly and communication with Mike was awesome. These guys are experts!! I had a separate unrelated problem a couple weeks later and experienced the same professional courtesy and skill. If you want your repair work done right and with confidence, I highly recommend Exoticars USA. They were very thorough and accommodating, seek them out! Thanks!

A nightmare! They said they can match a quote to do a clutch job on a Maserati. They picked up my car 117 miles from their shop. After 5 days received a new quote over $2000 more for reconditioning a few parts and not covering all the parts listed in the "matched" quote. They listed an $1800 quote to repair rear shade when there was nothing wrong with it. Said rear tires were shot, steel belts showing through when they are only 30% worn and wanted $180 for labor just to change them. Held my car for 2 weeks I finally asked them to return my car. Mike said he would return my car within next two days, then received an email billing me for over $700 and was told to make arrangements myself to pick up the car. If these clowns try to tell you otherwise I have everything documented. Cost me two weeks in uber, car rental and $400 to ship my car back home with nothing fixed. Nothing but trouble. Steer clear of this bait and switch shop.

I brought my prized 1995 993 to Exoticars for routine maintenance this week and was so impressed with the hospitality and high quality service I received. I really appreciate that Tom, Ryan, Mike, Wil and Sandy were so nice, knowledgeable and giving of their time. If your sports car is much more than a car to you, this is the only place to bring it.

in the spring of 2019 Exotic Cars did excellent work on my AustinHealey 1967 BJ 8 . this included essentially a sorely worn and out of line front suspension , rear leaf springs , new battery and four new Vredestein tires .Although the tires had very few miles on them they were 8 years old. Lucky they didn't come off the wheels at speed at that age ! Not to mention replacing the cross-over hose between the carburetors which was leaking gas directly on the manifold- very lucky didn't have a catastrophic fire . and they delivered the car to my home as well . The price was well worth the security of having it all done perfectly . they are perfectionists !

Based on a personal reference I chose to have my DB9 serviced by Exoticars USA . Considering I am employed by a luxury car importer who calls on new car dealers everyday I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. I was provided with a detailed estimate. No surprises. They took the time to review the vehicles needs and kept me updated on the vehicles progress and completion time. Once the work was completed they gave me an ETA on when they would deliver it. It was on time and cleaner than they received. Quite impressive. They've earned my business.
