Chris is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He is a nice guy and his work is great. His prices are good. He doesn't charge an arm or a leg. If you pay him in cash he will give you a discount.

Empty and false promises to fix my cars relatively light transmission hose issue led to no work being done at all. I had to pursue the shop and see what was happening. Initially I was told 2 weeks and my car would be done. A month and a half later, with no communication, I finally dropped in to ask, and ultimately he said it would be another 2-3 weeks realistically. Really sad and unfortunate that there was no communication, even if the timeline had to be moved back.

Referred to Chris by Discount Tire and we were very pleased with his excellent work at reasonable price. Chris is very responsive and a honest businessman. He fixed our Grand Caravan within expectation and recommend him highly.

Chris is one of the most knowledgeable machanics you will ever meet! His honesty and work ethic are unmatched in an industry full of questionable and dishonest mechanics.Bottom line is, you get the service and attension you deserve on high end and low end vehicles, and his prices are fair. I would recommend Chris Gallo to anyone who is in need.
