Louis does an outstanding job. Had 2 cars done here and could never tell they had major work done. The issue with the last car is it took almost 2 months. I never got updates unless I called.I understand there is a backorder issue, just wish the level of communication was better.

I highly recommend Tierno's Automotive for all your automotive needs. Our truck's transmission failed and we were given repair estimates that were higher than what the truck actually appraised for. Louis has an established reputation for excellence, integrity, and outstanding customer service. We contacted him to ask for his professional opinion. He was happy to assess the truck and assured us that the vehicle was worth repair. Louis gave a totally affordable quote on a transmission. He completed the repair in a timely manner, reviewed all work completed with us, and provided all necessary documentation. With heartfelt gratitude to Louis and his crew at Tierno's Automotive, our truck is now top notch! We would trust any of our vehicles in their capable hands!

I could not have been happier with the outcome of my car! My car was in very bad shape when we brought it in. The rear was smashed in as a result of a hit and run. Being that my car was made in the last two years getting parts for my car became a little difficult due to covid and shipping delays. Other than that all the staff was extremely helpful and communicative. I would get updates on the status of my car without having to call. Overall extremely happy with my experience though it did take longer than predicted which I honestly expected I am glad I chose a shop that cared as much as they did. Highly recommend!!

Fixed my car so well i cannot even tell where all the damage was. Car looks like it just rolled off the dealer lot. service was fast and friendly.

This company does decent work. They cut me a deal for extra work I needed done by giving me the insurance rate so that was good. However the job they did seemed to be rushed and not complete. The paint was shoddy and their repair of my wheels were noticeably done. They forgot to tighten on of my wheels and it almost fell off driving on the highway. The other tires were tightened down way too tight and I could barely get them off (even with my power drill) to tighten them to the recommended specs. Also, my car key was returned to me broken and taped together. That cost me 240 bucks to replace as the FOB keys are expensive. Overall, they were decent enough but just seemed careless and not very diligent with they work just be extra careful when you get your car back and make sure to double check everything they did before you drive home (it could save your life).Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I want to use this review to express my sincere appreciation to Louis, the owner of the Tierno's Auto Body, for his professionalism and assistance for fixing my car.One of my car's mirror was damaged by a Car Wash before the pandemic. When the owner of the Car Wash asked Louis to inspect the cause of the damage, Louis confirmed honestly that it was caused by the Car Wash. Due to the pandemic, I was afraid to go out and fix the mirror. When I finally had courage to go to the body shop, many months had passed. Louis helped me to talk to the owner of the Car Wash and replaced a new mirror perfectly! Without Louis, I would have to pay the damage myself. Louie is a great guy who possesses a warm, friendly and caring attitude which helps in achieving and guaranteeing a fantastic customer experience. I had the opportunity to find this out for myself when I brought my car to him for repair after being involved in an accident where another driver was passing on the right. I was extremely upset and yet right from the beginning in dealing with Tierno's Auto Body to the end when I received my car back just like new, I experienced top notch customer service. It was so nice to be treated so well and where "caring" and professionalism was taken to the next level. It was beyond my expectations and greatly appreciated. "Thank you" does not seem like enough. A great place to do business with and I will continue to come back as well as tell all of my friends and colleagues.

Tierno's does an incredible job. Our car looks brand new! It was parked in front of our house and was hit so hard by an impaired driver that the airbags deployed and it had to be taken away on a flatbed. So glad we used Tierno's. They were great to work with!

Lou and his staff were professional and courteous. Lou explained the repair process and that there may additional damage once the repairs began and there indeed were. The work was completed in the time frame he estimated and the quality of the repairs was above expectations with attention to every detail. Highly recommend this facility for a professional job !

Louis from Tierno's absolutely changed my mind about "car guys" trying to rip me off! I was referred to him from my insurance company after getting into a fender bender after Thanksgiving. He worked with me & my insurance to make sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. He even came to pick the car up from my house and brought it to the shop (didn't have to pay for a tow). He did an excellent job repairing the front end, it looks even better than when I bought it used in August.After getting the car back, I ended up having another issue (that had nothing to do with the original fender bender) and Louis took care of it for me, from picking the car back up at my house, to checking to see if the warranty covered the transmission, to taking it to the Dodge dealership himself. He didn't have to do that AT ALL. He could have just said, it might be the transmission, go take it there, but he went ABOVE and BEYOND! Louis and all of Tierno's automotive is professional, compassionate and they won't gouge you! I highly recommend giving them a call for your car needs!

Beautiful work! Great fender reapce.e t. Perfect painting. They also replaced a sideview mirror that was eoken. Looks like a rand new car. I cant say e ough about the professional work that was do e. My 2000 BMW M Coupe had serious paint issues from a previous owners frontend fix. The facia previously was not prepared properly. Lou stripped and repaired all my paint problems and repaired the front spoiler curb rash, matching the paint perfectly. Excellent service... highly recommended!!!

This is about the 4th or 5th time I've used their services as an Allstate preferred vendor. Each time the body work and if necessary, mechanical work was exceptional. This last time, the top of my car and windshield incurred damage from my portable basketball backboard being blown over during a strong windstorm (which was covered by my comprehensive coverage) . Not only do they do EXQUISITE detail work, they do it expeditiously (within a week and a half) and add their own touch - my car was CLEANED and vacuumed and smelled good! Who does that? They didn't need to do that, especially for someone who is only going to pay an insurance deductible, but they did it. I HIGHLY recommend them. Lou is personal, professional, and no-nonsense as is the crew. WELL DONE!!!

Over the past three years Mr Tierno has carried out major repairs on my two autos one of which Repairs cost $17,000 and the other, $5,000The work performance, and the professional attitude of both the Tierno brothers could not be faulted and, furthermore, I have to congratulate them on the finish and appearance of both cars.To say that both vehicles came out looking as new is no exaggeration.I have absolutely no problem in recommending their work.Anthony Tucker

Best repair shop I have ever been to! They fixed my Honda Pilot extremely fast and the work was exceptional!!! They even cleaned the inside of my car!!! Over and above service! 5 stars is not enough!!

Got my car fixed her numerous times before. Great service and staff
