I had an issue with my mobility scooter where it was squealing badly and it seemed like the wheel was rubbing against the brakes. I took it in and the man working (didn't catch his name, argh!) took a look, fixed it up in a few minutes, and also reattached a wheel that had fallen off with a better bolt. He even helped me load it back into my truck bed and fold it down. When I asked how much I owed, he just told me happy holidays. It was so nice. I just lost my dog of 13 years a few days ago, so his act of kindness meant a lot to me. I will definitely be coming back in the future when I need more substantial repairs!

Update: The company is operated by different ownership. William is no longer there. Best wishes to the new owners!I am very happy with the service I received from Mr. Mobility in Middlesex, NJ. William listened to my concerns; I felt he had my best interest to heart. He was easygoing, friendly and very knowledgeable too. I needed a charger for my Hoveround and I received it the very next day, wow, that's impressive! I'm pleased to be a customer of Mr. Mobility. They are outstanding!

I was recently in need of repair for my electric scooter. I searched the web in my area and took my scooter over to Mr Mobility.. The employee whose name I believed was William was very friendly and quite professional and knowledgeable. He listened to all my concerns. I had my chair back the same week. Then even fixed a few other things on the scooter and it looks great. I would highly recommend this facility as well as the employees for professionalism, friendliness and quick service

Very poor and irresponsible service. Brought my scooter in for repair because it was jumping forward, to check brakes and get new batteries: also if they could repair a broken plastic wheel fender. After waiting 2-1/2 months and being told twice that it would be ready, when it was returned it came back in the same condition with the exception of new batteries and a new fender. When I went to drive it it jumped into the street and the brakes didn t work I stopped by slamming into the curb. My view is if they did not know how to repair it they should have been honest about it. I since had another scooter repair look at it and they said it has a broken brake mechanism which probably is causing it to jump and stall. They should not have released it in that condition without telling me they couldn t fix it. Instead they said it was fixed with a smile with no remorse of the consequences to their customer. Bad service bad technician.

I can t believe what great service I received from Mr Mobility. From the beginning Mariana confirmed my coverage and arranging to pick my chair up and providing me with a loaner. I also wanted to mention Ben (who repaired the wheelchair) and returned it promptly. I would like to say my previous wheelchair provider who I dealt with since 1995 wouldn t be able to look at my wheelchair until September 7th or provide me with a loaner wheelchair. That s why from now on I will only deal with Mr Mobility.

I'm lucky to have found this great wheelchair repair company. They're located in Middlesex, NJ, 1.5 hr from me. They DO take Medicare assignment. There is another company much closer in my area that also accepts my Medicare as full payment... but they told me parts for my Quantum R4000 were not available anymore from the manufacturer, and they would not seek or install 3rd party aftermarket parts.How grateful I am Mr Mobility would! They somehow got and installed two new motors and now I have a perfectly functioning wheelchair again. One week turn around during which time they provided me with a high end loaner w/c. I recommend you try Mr Mobility.I donated my old Quickie P300 to them in case anyone out there needs some P300 used parts.I agree with all points mentioned by other 5 star reviewers earlier.

Picked my wheelchair up before 4th if July. Left a loaner. Had my chair back in less than a weekThey even cleaned it!Works great.Excellent customer serviceFast reliable workAt no cost, used my insuranceI highly recommend this company

William, the representative who assisted me regarding a lift chair for my brother was such a pleasure to interact with. Also, he was very knowledgeable about the lift chair he recommended and knew and made sure that it was suitable for my brother's needs. Please let William know how much he is appreciated.

Great experience Ben was running late showed up anyway after his shift was over with a wonderful attitude stayed and got the wheelchair working again
