If could leave 0 stars I would. I called for help and was hung up on because my headphones didn t work and I said hey honey can you hear me! Very rude! Didn t even want to do business with them! Gentleman was a complete ***!

After contacting several companies who turned me down due to how long of tow I needed (about 40 miles) blue streak was available right away to help me out. Upon arrival the mechanic was extremely nice, honest and very knowledgeable. He ended up being able to take it back to his shop right away and got it fixed instead of getting the tow. All of this on a Sunday. Saved me a ton of money and was extremely fair with pricing. I highly recommend to anybody to make these guys your first call.Service: Long distance hauling

Absolutely saved my life, on a Sunday afternoon as well. Fair pricing relative to the competition.Called at 12 and they were by me at 12:25.Honest work is priceless, especially in the towing business. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with highest integrity. Roadside assistance told him over phone to dump my car at dealer parking lot with running engine overnight since dealer closed on Sunday. He didn't feel comfortable to do that and helped me to deal with roadside assistance back and forth. Dealer finally agreed to send a technician to meet us and helped to shut down car engine appropriately. Kudos to Mark. Thanks for rescuing me tonight. Nice job well done.

I have used Blue Streak for towing many times and Mark is the best.... Sometimes he has just jumped my truck to get it running.... Driver just left. Said his regular truck broke down on his way here and he was having a terrible night. Disrespected the young lady I m with whose car won t start. Refused to tow her car and left. I tried calling to handle and this 24 hour service won t even answer the phone. Stay away!!! As a matter of fact if all of their drivers operate like this they should just be shut down.
