Magann store 333 receptionist was fantastic very welcome greeting as I entered, took care of it with All .on the details and I need to do to be done to my car. Fantastic people are most recommended. did no charge rotation? Exceptional service!!!!

My 7th time visiting the place. This time was for an oil change on my RX. I went to a different place but they had a 2 hour wait. Came here and there was no wait. Jonathan made the process quick and painless. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Give these guys your business, they will do a great job for you.

John was very helpful and he was amazing with communication when I had came in to get my oil changed. He let me know exactly everything I needed to know with my car and the prices were very reasonable. I definitely will be coming back to change my tires with STS.

Just to start I don t really give 5 stars and the same on Yelp but for STS service I had today I would go 4.5 stars. I brought my car in for a brake inspection after noticing some vibration, STS was referred to by a friend. Evans the employee I worked with was very knowledgeable when showing and explaining what repairs I needed and answer all the questions I had. I have a second vehicle I plan on bringing bye in a couple of weeks for a regular inspection and if all goes well with this vehicle, I will definitely keep coming back and refer STS in Metuchen to family and friends.I brought my car to Pep Boys right up my street for the last eight years and lately their management and pricing has gotten worse, this was the reason I want to STS for a second opinion And very happy that I did

Ian and John were absolutely incredible. They helped me evan though they were busy, the found solutions to my problems quickly, and they were very thorough with the other issues I need to fix on my car. I will never go elsewhere, these two men have gained a life long customer. I will definitely be reccomending STS!

Great service. Been taking 3 cars here for years. Never recommend something that is not necessary. Always reasonable price too. Today came in for a headlight bulb and they replaced it in 10 minutes with no charge!

My car was way overdue for a brake and tire replacement. They didn't screw me around for being a woman like other places do. They didn't do that thing where they show me my air filter to upsell me a new one. I originally came in for an oil change and asked them to check my brakes that were grinding. They were able to do a tire and brake repair in the same visit and gave me average price while making the oil change free. Good people, will probably come here again.And their bathrooms were clean! Sweet bippy, did I appreciate the clean bathroom!

I had done the 1st survey and without even stepping foot in the car and driving it. It was solely based on john scanning my phone and asking me to do the survey. He was very Nice from the customer service aspect of it and said everything was done in the car. Then the next morning after I drove the car home I called back, saying that the car was making all this noise and the car was pulling in One Direction when they told me, the alignment was done. he said that the car was making noise when it was dropped off and there was an issue with something so my question was that why wasn t this told to me when when I picked up the car and they said it was their fault. Another thing was that they said the alignment was done But the car kept pulling One Direction, so at that point shouldn t they have been honest with me that the car is pulling even though the alignment was done?

Excellent service. Came in with a flat tire and they were courteous and took their time evaluating tire. Decided that it required a plug and did not need to be replaced immediately. Due to their honesty, willcome back to replace all four tires shortly.

Jonathan was so kind and thoughtful helping me out today in the snow. I came in in a panic in a snow storm and Jonathan was so easy to work with and gracious when helping me replace my two tires. I am so grateful for his help and look forward to coming back again!

A few months ago replacing a used tires wasn t a problem and now they will work with brand new tires with a sticker on it. how about seasonal tire replacement?

STS is the best. They do great work at a reasonable price. Jonathan took care of a flat tire for me in record time. Correction 24 hrs later. I just learned that they replaced the wrong tire. I informed them that it was the front right tire and repeated myself that the front passenger side tire has a slow leak but I just learned from my daughter stranded 30 miles away that her front right tire was flat and that there is a brand new tire on the rear of the car. I thought maybe they rotated it but sure enough she texted me the receipt and it doesn t say they rotated the cars and in fact the receipt says they replaced a rear tire. Also not sure why the reply to my original five star review from STS says it is from 4 years ago.
