What a terrific experience buying my new Triumph Bonneville T120. Dustin was amazing, his no pressure approach puts you at ease and you feel as if you re talking to a friend. Cross Country Power Sports in Metuchen is my favorite motorcycle dealer in the region. I just bought a new Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR from them, the experience was excellent and couldn t have been easier. Joe took great care of us from the beginning. The bike was in a different location, Joe arranged to make it available for me to see, gave me a fair deal straight away, and followed up regularly every step of the way. Thanks to everyone at Cross Country, especially Joe, for a great buying experience. I will definitely plan to buy my next bike from Cross Country, and there will be a next. There always is.

GREAT customer service! Everyone is friendly, no attitudes and up front with pricing.While my bike was in the shop they told me what else will need to be taken care of soon and didn't pressure me to do it that day, but when I told them to just go ahead and take care of it now they accommodated me. The only thing I'd ask them to do is put a TV in the wait room, but luckily I killed time watching TV on my phone.

Service review: Tom and June are great people to work with. I ve been taking my and my fianc�s bikes to cross country for years. I always trust them to do big services on the bikes so that way when we are on our 2 week trips we have peace of mind everything has been looked over prior to leaving.Thank you guys!!

I recently purchased my third bike from this dealership. Everytime I've had a great experience which made me come back to dealership. This time Maire helped me with my BMW R18. She made my purchase easy, answered all my questions and went above and beyond from what you would expect. She's an excellent salesperson! I highly recommend her if you want an BMW. All the staff is pleasant and accommodating. Also I'd had all my bikes serviced there and no issues. Great dealership!

Buying process was seamless and stress free. Mike, my salesman, was friendly and took the time to explain payment options and accessories for my new bike. He made me feel like a valued customer and their sales floor had lots of bikes to choose from. All the staff looked happy to be there and Mike, specifically, made sure I was completely satisfied with the options and bike I had selected prior to completing the sale. Would highly recommend this dealer to friends and family.

It was the best buying experience ever! Alex is an outstanding and honest salesman. He knows his bikes, doesn't hide any fees, offers the best deals, and assists with any questions you may have. Additionally, if you need new gear, then go and see Alison. She's extremely friendly and informative and will help you with your gear; there is a lot of stuff to choose from! I will stick to this dealership for a long while.

Regarding the used department and in particular Henry Martinez.He had a great pre-owned HD CVO. I spoke to Henry and he seemed like a stand up guy. I flew 900 miles from Atlanta based on the pricing and Henry himself. He was even better in person. I've owned many motorcycles and done many deals. Henry was as good as they come. This motorcycle was as good as advertised. I rode this bike back from NJ to GA. Not one issue. Easy deal in person. Great bike. Great customer service. As stated, Henry is a true stand up guy. I would 100% buy another bike from this dealership. Customer service was amazing. Do not hesitate to do business with this company. 5 Stars!!!

I bought my used BMW R1250 R, sight unseen, money wired up front - and I'd not hesitate to do that again if Henry is selling the bike.The smoothest vehicle purchase ever.Henry was quick to provide the requested information but never pushy to make the sale.Bike was exactly as described, and paperwork had no surprises, no attempts to upsell - sign here and here and here is your bike and enjoy.

Lots of inventory, but I was really disappointed. I called to ask if they had the bike I wanted and they said they did. I drove 70 miles to their store and they didn't have it. The said the guy I talked to was new an made a mistake. Then they offered to find me a bike if with a $500 deposit and sell it to me a list price plus their $399 Dealer rip-off aka documentation fee. The next day, the guy texts me and asks me what bike I was interested in again. I would have thought they would have done something to make it worth my while, but they didn't even make an attempt.Update: Next day, the sales guy texted me asking what bike I was interested in, like it never happened. I told him he made me drive 140 miles for nothing and I wasn't coming back. Two days after that, another sales guy calls me and asked me if I found a bike. I told him they greatly inconvenienced me and offered me nothing to make it right. They were going to make me pay list price, plus and outrageous documentation fee of $399. All he said was he understood and wouldn't call me again. I wouldn't spend a dime in this place if there weren't any other options.I'm only giving 1 star because Google thinks everyone should have at least 1 star. If it were up to me, this place would be rated 0 stars

I have been coming to Cross Country Power Sports for several years to service my 2014 Triumph Rocket III Touring. I have my bike serviced every year at the start of the season. When I came to pickup the bike after doing an oil change, installing a new battery and brake pads, the bike would not start. I had to sit around for over an hour while they put it on a charger. It seems to me that the very least you should expect after spending $800 on maintenance is for the bike to start. I should not find out after I pay and am trying to leave, that the bike won't start. There should be some accommodation made for having me sit around for an hour. Not the best customer service experience.

Bought a preowned BMW R9T Urban GS from Henry, who made the entire process dead simple and as quick as possible! He valued a trade in for my current bike, was super honest, and gave me a fair cash price once I was ready. If you re considering Cross Country Powersports and feel unsure about their practices, rest assured they will treat you with integrity and respect. Highly recommend and will likely shop here again in the future!

Kevin took care of me and made sure we were able to come up with something that works for the both of us. I had some custom work done on my T120. It came out much better than I expected. Justin was so patient to hear all the things I wanted done, and recommended the best options. John and the team did an outstanding job doing the mods! Thanks guys, as always!

Cross Country Powersports is the best! Joe was very friendly, professional, and took his time to help me when buying a new bike. Tom over at service is just as great. I'm like a kid in a candy store there, so many bikes to look at and their gear selection is great. I've been to a lot of other dealerships that have not impressed or made me want to visit again but here is a different story, its hard to leave! I highly recommend taking a visit here, I plan on buying more bikes from them in the future.

My experience with Cross Country was absolutely smooth and easy to wrap up the purchase of my Tiger 1200. I knew exactly what I wanted so most of my interaction with the Sales was over text messages and calls over 2-3 days. I just went in once to sign and pick up the bike. The salesperson was Dustin and he did a great job to help me with the discounts, picking up my trade-in from home etc. I will definately recommend Cross Country to others and will go back for my future needs if any.

Had my 23 Goldwing serviced at 8500 miles. No issues. They got me in first thing on a Saturday morning (with an appointment) and i was out in about 90-minutes.One thing . They need to do better with displaying Honda and Honda merchandise and not hide it in a back building. When they first opened it was HONDA. Not any longer

Cross country powersports is a great place to buy a motorcycle. Knowledgeable staff and wide variety of motorcycles with the best prices in the region. Henry in preowned is a no nonsense straight shooter and can get you in, out and riding under an hour. Quick, efficient and is a fellow military veteran. I have bought several bikes there and have always had a good experience. It s a place where both the customer and the business can feel good about a fair deal. Do your homework. Get lied to buy all the other places and waste a lot of precious hours of your life, then buy your bike at this place, you will be glad you did Bob P

Good experience at cross country I brought in my kids electric bike after purchasing it 6 months before. They helped me with the warranty repair and serviced another part that needed to be fixed. They followed up and I would go back if I needed a repair or to buy again.

I never review but am making an exception for the excellent service that I received. Dustin Giuffrida is a friendly, honest, straight forward, knowledgeable no pressure salesman who is easy going and a pleasure to deal with. He introduced me to the sales women in charge of the riding gear, the parts department and offered to show me the service department. The Triumph that I purchased exceeds my expectations. Cross County Powersports is a very well run business with an excellent staff and a remarkable inventory.

Had a great experience purchasing a new Royal Enfield Himalayan. Joe Vitale made the entire process nice and easy. He had all the answers to every question. Even though I live forty-five minutes away I would definitely come back to this store to make another purchase.

Major shout out to Mr. Tereance Stokes sales specialist, by me being a newbie and purchasing my first motorcycle any question I had he answered honestly and helped me from the beginning of the process till the end even went out his way to help me load the motorcycle on my trailer. I'm a business owner myself, and that's the only reason I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to diminish their high rating. However, I walked in there looking to purchase either a new Kawasaki ZX6R or Suzuki GSXR 750. I walked around for at least 15 minutes, and not a single person (besides the young lady at the front desk) even said hello. Maybe I came too early (10:15 am) and employees were still getting settled in ? Either way, from one business owner to another, best of luck to you all.

I invested a weekend and traveled from NY to purchase a Triumph Tiger 1200. I decided to purchase accessories and have them shipped to my home. Everything went smoothly! It's a very nice dealership with a lot of brands. The location and traffic sucks, but I'm use to a rural experience!

Was looking for a Mini Moto like a Grom to enjoy the Jersey Shore and I asked Alex if he had any. Alex introduced me to the Honda Monkey to which I had no clue existed and I immediately jumped on it as the deal was perfect. Best decision I have made this bike looks perfect and will never age as it is a classic design. I just love this thing and the transaction couldn t have been easier. By far the best I ve had with any vehicle purchase with a dealership.
