These guys are great! My Mom has been getting her Mercedes serviced here for years & she is very happy with their service.I was there on Monday after work. John replaced my headlight bulb in my headlight free of charge even though I offered to give him money for it. It was very nice of him & I appreciated it immensely. First class service!!

I don't normally go online and do Ratings. But I wanted to give a rating for the Great Service!! John helped me with my BMW X3. very Reasonable. and willing to take a extra step to make sure his Customers are Happy and getting a quality Service. Highly Recommended

John is an extremely knowledgeable with BMW's, is an excellent mechanic and very honest. I got my oil change and brake fluid flush for my 2011 BMW 528i done at half the dealer rates and he rotated my tires and fixed my seat calibration for no additional cost. I would recommend him to everyone if you want to have good service. He checked all the issues with my car and explained everything to me and I was extremely satisfied. Going forward I will be going to him for all my BMW needs.

I work close by and needed a repair in a pinch to get me back on the road. I was having trouble finding anyone in the area that was able to help me until I spoke to Tony at Advanced German Auto who was able to assist with replacing the alternator I needed. They were quick, friendly, professional, very reasonably priced and easy to work with. I am so thankful I was able to find them on short notice and super grateful that they took such great care of me and were able to make my bad day easier to deal with. Thanks again for everything!

I have a Mercedes GL 450. Came across their shop, John and Josh are great guys and they are specialist in Mercedes. They use genuine parts and offer a good warranty on repairs. For the brake replacemnt, they offered me 12 months warranty on the repair. Wait time is much less than dealership and the cost is at least 30% less than dealer. Highly recommended

I have a BMW X5 diesel and needed some work done same-day. John immediately accommodated me, performed the work exactly as discussed on the phone, and had me on my way within a few hours. He was very polite and professional both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend him and his team for your German vehicle needs.

John is very knowledgeable, skilled BMW technician who gives honest repair recommendations and very reasonable prices. He is also very courteous and polite. John diagnosed and fixed a check engine light that had been recurring and had dealer fixed it couple of times in the past - all that good work without dealer pricing or attitude!

John is clearly skilled and unbelievably honest. I brought in my 2016 C300 because of a whirring noise after a small collision--he rapidly diagnosed a bad wheel bearing and then, just before he got to work on it, informed me that the repairs would be covered by a warranty that I didn't even know I still had, so I retrieved my car and took it to the dealership, where it was taken care of completely free of charge. Such honesty inspires trust, which will keep me coming back here in the future.

Amazing people! Josh and John are brothers, and they are super nice, I own a BMW and I have pricey bill of $787 for various work, but they have an amazing 88/hr labor rate, I needed another shop to work on my car because my previous shop was completely booked and my VANOS system and CCV was leaking oil and needed to be replaced, they do not intimidate you and treat you like family, something many shops lack to do. Keep up the great work guys! Not to mention the gas station on that lot is cheap! Even premium is practically dirt cheap at $2.61/gallon! Can't beat that.

John performed Service B on my GL 450. He was courteous, very honest and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote over the phone and stuck to that amount when I got to his shop. Why pay dealer prices when John can do the job at a much better price!

John at Advanced German Auto is a great guy . Very down to earth , honest , helpful and reliable. I was in stress on the road needing a battery replacement . Got 1 from Costco and since Costco doesn't do any replacement I saw his shop and stopped by. He offered to replace my battery for FREE !! Who does that in today's time ? Great guy. John and his team are great mechanics. Honest and reliable. Got my 535I serviced here many times for routine stuff like oil change, brakes etc.. You got a bmw or Benz bring it here.

great shop. brought in my mercedes sl 550 after some lights turned up on the dash. the guys there hooked it up to there computers, figured out what was wrong and got it running like new. no funny business here. straighter forward guys here. no gimmicks.

I will continue to return to this German auto shop. Jon is friendly and honest creating a comfortable environment, and the prices beat multiple other German auto shops that I have been to. I definitely recommend!

Two of my car's tires have metal valve stem caps and they became oxidized, sort of bonded together via the combo of freezing temps, cold snow, and a few Nor' easters.I took my car to PEP Boys in Edison and they would look at it, but I was asked to wait two hours, or schedule an appointment for 2 days from today.Thanks, but let me see who else might help.I know Jon, the owner at Advanced German Auto, so I drove there to learn that Jon wasn't in yet, but one of the other mechanics, Mike, was there. I told him my metal valve stem caps story and he said let's soak them with WD40 and he put a large pair of pliers and slowly turn them loose.... YUP!! it was muscle and WD 40 over metal matter....I tried to pay him a few bucks but he said No-Way.... wasn't a big deal . Well, I was grateful for the help and was in and out in under 5 minutes. Oh, and I stopped back with a hot coffee for him.Always treated fairly by Jon and by his workers and they follow up and do the job right.

Did oil change on my AMG. I'm very picky and I worry about my car a lot. John the owner treated me good. Much better than the Mercedes dealership.
