I had a good experience coming here! I feel it went quickly and smoothly. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Craig was very straightforward with what I needed fixed on my car. I was looking for somewhere to take my car that would accept financing with little to no credit after a string of bad luck and experiences elsewhere. This was the perfect place for me! Now I know where to take my car for any other issues or services in the future. Thank you guys so much for being there and fixing my car. :)

I wanted a trans fluid flush and asked my brother-in-law for his recommendation. He strongly recommended Aamco on Amboy Ave and Rt 27I phoned the manager, Craig, on Friday for a Monday appointmentI was able to bring my car Sunday evening and leave the keys in a drop off box. That way the car was not hot and they could service it right away.Not only did they do the transmission fluid flush they change the transmission filter did a synthetic oil change and rotated my tires, which they threw in for free because I was getting all the other services done !I asked for the vehicle to be ready for 1230 and I got a phone call at 10:30 telling me it was it completed !I couldn t be happier with the service friendliness of this place, and I will return to them for future work not only Trans work, but brakes, etc ! Big shout out for AAMCO,Metuchen NJ.2021 HONDA PILOT EXL 156k miles.Done Transmission fluid,Engine oil, break fluid and rear differential fluid in about an couple hours. Excellent service guy s. About pricing factors, i did all this job done at half of dealership prices. DAVE, CRAIG AND FRANKLYN you guy s are awesome. Very professional and honest about their job. Definitely stop by again for next maintenance ( timming belt kit ) on my truck.Highly recommended AAMCO metuchen NJ.

Highly recommend, they are honest, friendly, and have very fair prices. We have been bringing our two cars here for a couple of years and they are always done quickly, and they guarantee their work which is nice. They also communicate with you before doing anything and they explain everything well. Today I had what ended up being a very quick and minor repair, and they were able to take my car in right away and fix it within minutes. What a relief! Thank you!Service: Exhaust

Welcome to your one stop shop for all your car needs. My guy Craig will able to diagnose and fix your car when other shops won t/don t know where to begin. I was referred to this spot by my local firestone when they said it wasn t a problem they specialize in and Craig was able to diagnose my Wrangler s rear wheel speed sensor problem, order the parts, and fix the problem all in ONE DAY!Definitely will return for all my car needs and trust them with my wrangler!

Used there services as they were approved for my car repairs from Carvana. They answered all my questions and concerns and fixed my vehicle in a timely fashion. This the second time I've used this shop. First time with my civic that the trans stopped worming and this time with my tucson that had a gear shift problem. Both times were a great experience. Excellent and friendly customer service. Speedy turnaround time on my vehicle. I'll definitely be bback again.

Service was excellent, Craig was wonderful, honest attentive knew exactly what my car needed. Craig and his team are great! Very friendly, honest, and happened to get my car in and out of there same day (battery replacement, new alternator, new belt, new tail lights, and replaced and welded new section of exhaust pipe). They applied coupons for me when I didn't even know about them, replaced my bulbs free of charge, and saved me $$$ on cost to repair the muffler when the dealer was charging an arm and a leg. Definitely appreciate the kindness, efficient service, and trying to save me bucks where they could. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!Services: Exhaust, Battery, Oil change

I am mostly a do-it-yourselfer for most things, but when it comes to the really complex things I find the best I can to fix it. And these guys are the best. Customer service is second to none - they call when they say they will and they work hard to fit things around your schedule. They listen when you talk and they explain all of your options. Let s face it - transmission repairs aren t cheap. But with Dave and Craig I feel like you get a real fair deal. I ll be back.Service: Transmission

This was my first experience at this shop and I cannot say enough good things about my visit. Craig was friendly and pleasant and immediately made me feel like I had known him for a long time. I cannot remember the young lady's name at the front desk but she was equally pleasant. They were quick and efficient and I will definitely be a returning customer.I've been a customer now for over a year and I couldn't be happier. Craig is a great guy, very honest and reliable. I needed my rear breaks replaced as soon as possible; the parts came in quickly and the work was quick and efficient as well. Dave and Craig were both extremely personable and thorough and I m so glad I found this location to help me out. I ll definitely be relying on them for any future issues I run into with my vehicle.

I've lived in town for 26 years and only recently started going to Aamco in Metuchen when I decided the dealer was expensive for maintenance, and this place was just down the street. What originally prompted me to go were all the great reviews online. But what keeps me going back (other than it being a 5 min walk from my house), is the service. This location is a franchise that runs like a mom & pop shop. Craig really cares about his customers. They'll top up fluids and do a quick once over on the car for free right before a big trip. And they don't try to bend you over on pricing. I regularly get some service recommendations with a timing of how long I can go without doing repairs, if desired. There is no hard sell and as a woman I don't feel like I'm being talked down to or tricked into doing more than I need. They always give you the best price, especially if you forgot your coupons at home. And for those who need to take the train into the city before or after, it's a short walk to get there. As long as I live in town, I will definitely continue to use them.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
