I recently took my car to Rick s. I wasn t going through insurance because it was accidentally hit in the rear while parked and the damage was minor (rear bumper cover, beam, absorber, trim). Several body shops wouldn t provide a non-insurance estimate. Another needed an appointment and said they were scheduling 2 weeks out. I stopped by without an appointment and walked out with an estimate in 15 minutes. I gave a deposit for the parts. They parts were ordered and in within a few days. I was scheduled the next working day and the car was completed within 2 days. Everything was easy and their work perfect and flawless. No problem paying on credit or cash and no credit surcharge. Artie was excellent to deal with. They operate like a neighborhood business should but is unfortunately few and far between these days. Everyone was very friendly and explained the process very patiently. My car had significant damage from collision with a deer and now it looks like it never happened. They did a great job.

Just want to say my experience with Rick and Artie was top notch as was the work done on my car.I.I have to say though the work looks really great.I just asked Rick to check for a leak in my trunk he found 2 leaks and fixed both.I had another estimate for the same amount of work and they were almost 3times the amount of Rick just walking in his office was a very friendly experience I can't say enough about my experience at Rick's again the cost and workman ship was second to none I would highly recommend Rick's Auto Body to anyone that needs work to be done again thankyou Rick an Artie. I had a paint repair with Rick's in February. That went rather well. However, I had another repair completed last month and did not have the same experience. Well I shouldn't say completed exactly. There were apparently issues between the shop and my insurance adjuster. I still don't know who's side was correct, and it's not my job to know. I pay my insurance premium and deductible, and the rest of the details are not my business. I'm happy as long as the work is completed to a good quality. It was not. I had to have my car sent via flatbed to another shop to have the remainder of the repairs completed. From my understanding, it was all due to the repairs being less costly than the original estimate called for.

I have almost a brand new car that was damaged. Ricks Autobody fixed it perfectly and it looks brand new again. They did an unbelievable job!!! I would not risk taking my car anywhere else. You go back to the people that do a phenomenal job every time.Eric

The best place in the area to go to get any kind of work done on your vehicle. They know what they are doing, only use the proper parts, and explain everything to you before starting to make sure you know what is being done. The pricing is very competitive, and there is no runaround whatsoever.This is a shop you can trust!

I brought my 1972 Elcamino there to have the panels aligned , they did a phenomenal job , way better than my expectations . They did more than I asked for just to make job perfect.

Rick listen to what happend and knew every thing that needs to be done to repair my car correctly was very nice talking to mechanics who know what they are doing ! Even knew how i damaged the car all in about 5 mins
