I recently had my truck in their shop after it was hit by a deer. Their initial estimate was accurate and I did not have to go back and forth with the insurance company. They were able to get my vehicle done in a timely manner. When I first went to pick up the truck I noticed the hood was a little off-center One of the employees I think the owner came out and took a look he told me he would have it straightened as best he could by the next day. The following day I got a call and went to pick up the truck and it looked much better I really appreciate the time he took to make that small adjustment for me. I highly recommend this shop.

They did a fantastic job on my vehicle, I am impressed. They are very thorough and good at their craft. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, straight forward and honest about what they're doing when I inquired about the progress of my vehicle. The owner cares about his business and it shows in the quality of their work. I would definitely use them again and would refer people to them

I came to Pioneer when my car was side swiped and had some decent body damage. The woman I communicated with over the phone was friendly and informative as to the timeline I would be looking at and was friendly when I called to check up on the progress. Overall, the paint matched perfectly and you wouldn t have been able to tell the car was taken apart to fix what they did. I would definitely come back to pioneer and have them compete work for me again.Service: Painting

Had a lot of damage to one side of my truck and knew it would take awhile to get the work completed. I wanted to take my truck on a planned vacation and Tom and the crew at Pioneer went the extra mile to get my truck ready to take on the vacation. I am very thankful for their efforts. I just returned home and can t say enough great things. I am very happy with the work done and their true professionalism. Thank you Pioneer!!!

I had paint peeling on my engine hood due to a manufacturer paint defect on my 2014 Nissan Frontier. Pioneer Auto Body was very informative & professional. They gave me a decent price quote and did an excellent job repainting my hood and touched up other blemished areas I pointed out. The nicest people I have come across in a long time. They were very helpful with my problem. They treated me with respect. And cared about my feelings concerning my proble. I feel as though I had made a friend, rather just a business acquaintance. I recommend them to anyone, including others of my family.They are Good people in our community.

I had a dent removed from my car. Dropped off my car and offered transportation back home. Also I was picked up to return for my car following the repair. Cost stayed on point with the estimate. I really appreciate the genuine customer service these guys provide. Based on the knowledge they share regarding methods to use during each consultation I have had with them, they clearly are well experienced. I have had 3 repairs completed by Pioneer, one quite intensively, and the final results show that they take a lot of pride in their work. Thanks guys!

Great. They repaired a poorly connected fender on my toyota camry and did not charge me. Previui repairs on my cars had reasonable costs.

Car was returned filthy and paint not even the same color. Body panels not put on even. Worst job I ve ever seen. Stay away
