The day my husband left on a work trip my car ended up with a flat tire. I was recommended to MVCC by Pioneer Auto Body and I was not disappointed. They fit me in right away and I'm glad I didn't continue driving on my run flat because apparently the wall of my tire was damaged pretty badly (thank you Medford pot holes). I thought I would have to get an Uber to drive me home but Kenny Jr. got on the phone with someone and magically a tire for my car showed up. While I waited I really enjoyed my conversation with Kenny Jr. and the Superwoman at the front desk handling all of the things. Everyone was really kind and helpful and I will definitely be back. Thanks y'all!

My daughter's car had a nail in the tire. Spoke with Steve and made appointment to go in about 2 hours later. They were prompt and courteous. I went there because of their online reviews. Would go there again.Highly recommend, go check them out..Nice place.

I went to this place twice for some repairs and both times they screwed my car up more than what I left them with. Luckily I was able to correct their mistakes both times.The first time I brought my car here they forgot to plug back in the Traction Control module immediately lighting up every light on the dash. Simple plug back in fixed it which I did myself.The second time I brought my car here thinking the first time was a simple mistake, they clamped my gas tank vent closed for a test and forgot to take it off once complete. This resulted in me being unable to fill the tank with gas and check engine lights came on.I have attached photos of the ordeal.

I showed up near the end of the day and all the guys here really helped me out, they were efficient and very reasonable. Definitely will go back for any future car issues.

Reasonable prices. I had a great experience! I had my tires replaced, brake job, oil change, battery replacement, filters replaced all in one day. Great family run business. Kind and reliable staff. My husband Scott brings both of his vehicles here whenever they need a repair that is either hard for him to do or takes too much time to do. The shop gets his cars fixed quickly and has them running great! 2 weeks later after bringing his car in this shop for noises he heard in the front end of his 2007 Hyundai Entourage van, which was the reason he brought it in for repairs, he is still hearing the same exact noises when he turns his wheel left. After a $2200 bill, they fixed something I'm sure, but the repairs he brought his van in for were never fixed. I'm not a happy customer.

I have taken my Explorer here several times now and it has always been a great experience! Staff is knowledgeable and customer service is excellent. Appointments are easy and readily available. THE BEST!!! SIMPLY PUT!!! I have been here twice for service on my 70 yr. old cousin's 2006 blue ford ranger. He is challengened and we can not buy him another vehicle for many reason's. Kenny Sr. and his crew have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to fix and keep his truck in great shape for him. I truly can not express my thanks and gratitude. I will only send his little blue ranger there forever. It's truly hard to find customer service like this anymore! Thank you Kenny Sr. and crew you truly are a godsend. Great friendly service. Had a major issue with my Buick Encore and they did a fantastic job of repairing the problem. I strongly recommend using them for any automatic service!

Ran over a nail on my way to drop my son off at school, I could hear the leak and my tire went from 36 to 26 psi in a few minutes. Drove over here and they were able to get me in right away and got my tire patched super quick! Great customer service. Will be coming here in the future for any service I need.

I've been to Medford Village Car Care a few times now and each time I take my vehicle for service I am always left in awe of how an independent shop can provide such consistently superior service, value and professionalism. This place is beyond impressive, does quality work, charges fair prices and always gets the job done quickly and efficiently. My first experience here was great. They are very kind (front desk admin was so kind and pleasant) and very honest. I brought my car in as thinking it was going to be a huge issue (a bad rattling noise that just didn't sound good) and it was a simple fix (a clamp issue). I know nothing about cars and honestly, they could have charged me a good amount and I would have never known. They didn't charge me anything! (I know it was just a clamp, but seriously - very honest). I will be back and I am so glad I chose this place!

If you want skilled, honest mechanics, come here. I have been a customer for several years. The entire staff is professional and courteous. The prices are fair and I've never had to come back and get something "re-fixed". They always discuss the work first before proceeding and can give you options if you need to stagger some repairs for cost reasons. I've taken three cars here including a newer Lexus hybrid and received excellent service with each vehicle.

We're a military family who came to Medford to visit with family over the holidays in our 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. We had recently had extensive work done to ensure a smooth ride, however, as we got onto the turnpike, a loud noise told us we were in trouble. Although my husband has auto mechanic experience and knowledge, he wanted someone professional to look at it. My dad, a long time customer of Medford Village Car Care, suggested we take it there. Within an hour, we had a diagnosis and later that afternoon, it was repaired and for only a little more than it would have cost my husband to repair it himself. We made the long trip home with the van running like it was brand new. We can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and professionalism!

Excellent service. Very fair prices. I had an oil change and inspection - which was perfect and well priced. I had a dent which they quoted me at $150, they got it 90 percent fixed and charged me zero. Incredibly honest of them! Good to see small business owners thriving.

The only place I'd ever take my car... THE BEST. Kenny and his family are an absolute pleasure to work with and it's beyond great to have a mechanic you can totally trust. Fair, honest pricing and transparent about the whole process. I have (and will continue to) recommend Medford Village Car Care to my friends, family and neighbors.

I was charged $40.66 to patch my tire. The average cost to patch a tire is between $10-$20. I was charged double. If I would have known before hand how much I was going to be charged I would have just put my spare tire on and went somewhere else. I will never go there again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I feel very taken advantage of.

5 stars all the way! Went to start my car this morning, and the battery was dead. I called Medford Village Car Care, and asked if there was any way they could send someone down to my house to jump my car (I live walking distance from there). 10 minutes later, Kenny was out front and got my car started. They could have very easily said no and left me stranded. I greatly appreciate their help, and will recommend them highly from now on.

Top notch, installed defective, hard to reach part that was expensive to fix and without me even complaining they took the car, had a mechanic drive all the way to Baltimore, and back, installed the new part free of charge and were totally understanding of my issues and the customer service was amazing. This is a company that isnt out for your money only, they never tried to upsell my wife or I, and I have only positive things to say about Medford Village Car Care

I was so impressed by this place! I went for a tuneup and an oil change. I was told that I didn t need a tuneup so they only changed my oil. Who doesn t charge you for something because you don t need it? I was so impressed by their honesty, they have a customer for life!!!

I think they would do things to my car so I would bring it back for them to fix what they did to it. Every time I got my car back from them, something else went wrong with it. I can't prove that so I just changed mechanics!!
