Awesome people, Nohn very knowledgeable; fixed all the dealerships technicians mistakes. My 6.7 powerstroke won t go anywhere else. Highly recommended, can t say enough.

I came here to get them to check out my car before a long drive back to Texas. Nothing was wrong with my car, but the mileage was getting up there and I thought I'd be safe and get the spark plugs changed before the long drive. When we picked up the car after they changed the spark plugs, it was running out front with nobody around. Weird but they were busy so we paid the invoice and left (at this time the mechanic also told us the truck looked in great shape like we took great care of it). The car developed intermittent bucking after leaving jersey and the check engine light came on. Took it to get diagnostic tests and the spark plugs were the issue. Not only that, but the mechanic both installed the wrong kind for my vehicle and over torqued it bc it was cracked. $300 down the drain and who knows if this has caused more permanent damage to my engine and could have caused harm to my family if it shut down on the highway or damaged my converter by going to this place. Maybe the mechanic didn't have enough knowledge of spark plugs installation, didn't read the specs of spark plugs required, or was simply having an off day, buy I cannot recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

I called right as they opened one morning to plug a tire. They were literally able to get me on my way in under 15 minutes, counting the time it took me to driver over.

I brought my vehicle here after a botched oil change. John replaced the oil pan and now the car runs great. They dropped me off and picked me up. My car was losing power and I called late on a Friday. He didnt want my car to get stuck on weekend and told me to come right in. Fixed my battery connection on the spot and didnt charge me! Exceptionally nice guy. My daughter also had her bmw truck brakes repaired here at half the price bmw charges. Would recommendTo anyone looking for repairs!Services: Auto brake replacement, Battery

We first used J&J when our minivan front strut blew out in Medford and a friend recommended them. We had the van towed and John waited past closing time to take a quick look at it to give us an idea of what would be involved. We took the same van back later for an oil change and other services. Unfortunately, the oil filter (cartridge) o-ring was damaged when it was serviced resulting in a messy oil leak a few days later. We called John and explained the problem. He personally picked up the van, fixed the problem, and cleaned all the oil from the engine compartment and undercarriage. John did not try to make excuses. He took ownership of the mistake and made it right. I know it was not a good day for him as a small business owner, but he did what was necessary to fix the problem. Took our van in for a major service. John was able to beat the dealership quote, kept me informed, and have our van back to us when promised. It's great to have an honest mechanic with quality work that you can trust, while at a reasonable price. Will definitely be bringing our cars back there in the future.

J&J automotive is the only place I ll ever take my vehicles too!!! John and his guys do stellar work at a great price! I brought my Jeep up there for an oil change and boy am I glad I went to them. He offered a complimentary vehicle inspection as well as a free tire rotation and low and behold my vehicle needed some work. John was extremely thorough and found that my brakes were in dire need of replacement and that I was going to need an alignment. He brought me out to the shop to show me just how worn out my brakes were and explained that I had uneven wear on my left front tire on the inside which indicated that my alignment was off. His prices were more than fair and I didn t feel pressured at all, unlike many other repair shops in the area. Like I said in the being J&J is the only place I will ever take my vehicles to!!!

John and his team are honest hard working guys! Fixed my daughters JEEP in fantastic time and then switched out to fix my car 24 hours later to get me back on the road! Great prices and I love that they just moved into the area and are a local family!

The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and professional. I took my car in for an oil change, and he said he would also take a look to see if anything was amiss. To be honest, this statement made me nervous because I feared he would come up with something and, because I'm not a car mechanic, I wouldn't know if it were really an issue. The good news is he is an honest guy and said everything looked fine. He even gave me a coupon for a free car wash because it took longer than he expected for him to get to my car. I intend to take my car back to this location for future automotive needs.

Found a puddle of coolant under my car. Called John at J and J Auto Repair and he picked up my car the same day. Shortly after he called to tell me the source of my leak was a cracked water pump. He also recommended a belt replacement and oil change. He gave a reasonable estimate to repair it and I was on the road the next day. It's good to find a trust worthy mechanic today. I highly recommend J and J.

I have used J&J 3 times with a great experience. They are extremely competent , responsive (came out to house immediately to jump start my vehicle) and their pricing is a far cry from the dealership experience. Fortunate to have them service my vehicles!

I called on a Monday morning John picked me up did a complete tuneup on my truck rotated my tires and had it ready for me by noon the next day and the price was very fair. It s great to have somebody you can trust again at such a great location I highly recommend J& J

Glenn has been working on my vehicles for over 30 years! He is an awesome mechanic! He never does repairs to my vehicle unless they are needed! He has always gone above an beyond, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
