Andrew s has been my go-to mechanic for about 10 years now. They have honest pricing, are super friendly, and the job always gets done right the first time. I don t even live in Medford anymore but I still drive the 30+ minutes to take it to Andrew.

Andrew is top notch when it comes to knowing cars!! He helped me with a screeching brake situation, and took the time late in the day, and figured out my car s problem quickly!! Excellent and quick service ! I had my car back within a day and it's running great ! Andrew and all of his crew are experienced and worked as a team to solve my car's issues. The owner Andrew will explain the issues upfront and offers a very reasonable price. Great service and convenience. Drop off and pick up was easy as well, even if you need a tow. I bought a vehicle from this place in November 2021. Firm on price $4000. It sounded legit and Chris that works for Andrew did the smooth talk and sold the car to me full asking price. To my dismay I had nothing but issues with the vehicle and it broke down 3 times within a week of purchase. They said they fixed the problems but it leaked oil all over the place so I finally took it to a professional car place. A whole list of codes showed up and I had to fix one by one and it s still not right. I was going to let it go but after spending almost an additional $1000 on the vehicle I feel that people need to know about this shifty place called Andrew s car care. Not only did the owner never fix the oil leak he insulted me while I was broken down a 3rd time by asking if I knew anything about cars. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with this place and would never recommend anyone to go there. Horrendous service! Crooked business!

Andrews Car Care is the best. In a time where everything is made to be complicated, Andrews simply gets the job done the right way. Service fees and part costs are completely fair and I have never had to question my bill or the services provided. I have not once had an issue that was not solved or reoccurred after bringing my vehicles to Andrews. Not only would i recommend this business I believe that if you are in that area you are making a mistake if you arent bringing your vehicle there.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change
