I have been servicing my Acura at Park Avenue for a few years now, and every experience has always been super positive. Chris and the team are extremely friendly and never ever push unnecessary service upgrades.Had to bring my car in today for an unexpected issue and Chris recognized I had to get to work and ensured they would fix the issue as quickly as possible and as always they did. I cannot recommend the Park Avenue Service Center enough!

I have went there for 7 years. Service is so fast and nice. Good coffee is always there with apples and some snacks too. Seats are enough to use. After service they wash cars.

After 10 years of loyalty, I'll never go there again. I brought in my MDX, and they said it might take a couple of days. So, I asked if I could get a loaner car. Their response? 'No, since you didn t buy the car from us.' How petty is that?

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the customer service. The woman at the front desk was more concerned with her personal phone call about relationship issues than with assisting me. The service was shockingly bad, and it seemed as though the ill mannered employees were deliberately trying to mock me

Been going here for 10 years, but probably won t be coming back. Brought my MDX in for a service week or so ago, (oil change, filled air in tires, etc.) This week my low tire pressure light came on, and when I went to take off my aluminum caps and all four wouldn t budge. (They made it through last winter s cold just fine). Brought car in today and they tried to charge me $575 for new tire sensors. I said no, so they eventually were able to get the caps off. They ended up charging me $166 for labor on getting four tire caps off, unreal. $166! For a problem they most likely caused a week prior.

Excellent service.Fuel pump on my Acura MDX 2018 year was broken. Despite the fact that there was no warranty, they change it for free.Special thank to manager Chris.I recommend this service to everyone.

Made an appointment for an oil change a week in advance. I arrived on time, and I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and a tire rotation. At 2 hours in a service advisor came over and stated my car would be out shortly and the car wash was the hold up. Ridiculous, I have been coming to this service center for over 7 years and this may be the last time.

What a wonderful experience at Park Ave Acura ! Came in for a recall on my car not expecting to be inside at all ( which is why I took my dog ) . Well they opened the doors willingly to my big ol Rottie and everyone loved him. Thank you for accommodating me and my dog with water and a cool place to sit while we waited. They were quick and all very friendly to me and my pup. Look forward to coming back here and dealing with all the same wonderful people again !!! I appreciate it& so does Remy !!

I have gotten service done here since I had my car which is about say 2.5 years. I never had a bad experience. Customer service is always pleasant from the ladies in the front to the customer reps. Very knowledgeable and efficient. The reason why I docked off one star is because the complimentary car wash that comes with the oil change sucks. My windows are always still dirty, especially my front windshield. I have seen how complimentary car washes are done at other dealerships and they come out sparkling clean.Service: Oil change

Park Ave Acura is rated F by the better business bureau.I lodged a formal complaint regarding the disrepair of my vehicle, carried out by Carlos T Duarte of Lebanon New Jersey. Your company has not responded and your entire organization has acted irresponsibly.

The front desk is no help literally... went back and fourth with them there so easy to give you pricing when they dont even know whats going on. asked to be transferred to an advisor instead...

Called Park Ave service dep. No answered. I left a voice mail with my contact information. I was looking to schedule an oil change. I never heard from Park Ave. Reached out to Open Road Acura in Wayne they were amazing and accommodating as usual.

Pulled up, and someone was there ready to help me with my visit. Was there only 15 minutes to drop off and explain my problem. Then, a loner car .This was the fastest in and out. Then when I picked up it was about the same amount of time and they had fixed my car. Thank you

I had my car serviced here and am extremely impressed. Mr. Williams was professional, helpful and efficient. He made the entire experience smooth and straightforward and now my car is running better than ever. He went over every service in detail before moving forward and I couldn t be happier, thank you! In for B1 service, overall good experience. Thanks, Roberto and team.Only disappointment is that the dealership has no access to my car's service history at another Acura dealership, so they could not accurately advise what my car actually needs, but recommends what might be due at this mileage, which is less useful, especially when not in line with maintenance minder. Also they slip in oil additive as a package and call it free, meh... Still a good experience.

First , I want to explain that I have been coming here for years . Today, I want to thank my consultant Steven. He is always very helpful and kind . He was able to determine what services needed to be done and provided great service . He was genuine on what needed attention and which could wait a bit more . I appreciate the honesty. I highly recommend him . Never had an issue with a service here . I will say sometimes it can get busy and you might need to wait a bit longer than usual , however , it s all about quality .Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I ordered a part from the parts department and they told me it ll come in the next day. Long story short had to wait 2 more days and the guy that a talked to was giving me a attitude coz I was just asking for a favor to bring the part in early coz they messed up on the order. We run a business too and people make mistakes but the guy didn t even try to help he just basically said you want it or not. Really bad experience w them. Bad for business

I've been using this Acura dealership for over 15 years now, but this time it was the worst experience I've had so far. Today, I went there solely for an oil change, but they performed additional services without my consent and charged me for a service I neither requested nor wanted.To make matters worse, they provided me with a list of services they claimed to have done during my previous visit, which were unnecessary.Furthermore, they advised me to get a service done "as soon as possible," even though it is actually required at the 10,000-mile mark.I'm unsure whether the issue lies with the overall unprofessional and unreliable service of the dealership or with Mr. Williams, the employee who assisted me today. Anyway I am incredibly disappointed and upset with my experience.Beware!Service: Oil change

This review is well deserved!!! Chris thanks for delivering the best customer service today. The maintenance staff was on time with scheduling. Chris was amazing. I didn t reserve a loaner in time and he got me a loaner for the 90 min turnaround for my B1 and B2 service . I was in and out. I normally go to Paragon Acura in Queens but they dropped the ball big time. and the top level service I received today I ll never go to Paragon again. Park Ave Acura just got a new customer. 5 stars for the outstanding job today! Amazing service today at Acura Service in Maywood NJ. I was in and out and my service consultant Steve Almonacid was super nice and accommodating. I was a little cranky at first because I thought that someone jumped in front of me, and I would be there all day, but Steve took care of me. The actual service was performed with full detail of everything about my car and the cars status. I am very pleased with the experience and the service. I will definitely return.Service: Oil change

I live in the Paramua area and own a Honda S2000. I took my beloved car to a local Honda dealer back in 2019, and here are my notes: "X Honda Dealership - 46,400. Oil change, air conditioning, various maintenance. They wanted $2,000+ for the A/C, $600 for the brakes, $210 for the battery bracket (that was still in the car), $100+ for the windshield washer (that worked after a moment with a soft brush). Total rip-off? Feels like it." Point is, if I can't trust your business, or your mechanics, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I absolutely trust Park Ave. Acura with my car - they are honest and thorough.

I had a very positive experience when I had an oil change done yesterday. The advisor who was assigned to me was Steven. He was very professional and his costumer service skills were excellent. He explained everything that was done to my car. Will definitely ask for him on my next visit. Thank you!

They have been treating me well for many years. I love their service department. This is one of the finest Acura dealers in the nation and service exceeds most luxury brands. Yes you will be more comfortable and get better service than at Jack Daniels Audi.

My sales person, Alfredo Sierra, did an amazing job in helping me find my new TLX at a great price with no hassles. He was considerate of my time, keep in constant touch with me and had all the paperwork ready for me when I got to the dealer after a hard days work. The last thing I wanted to do was spend hours at the dealership. I was in and out in less than an hour. He was patient in explaining my cars features and answered all my questions. He even called me the next day to see how I was enjoying my car. He's a great guy and an even better sales person. I would highly recommend him for your next vehicle. From another satisfied customer.

Park Ave Service is amazing everyone from the front desk receptionist to the mechanics. I am originally a DCH customer but they kept giving me the runaround. Park Ave took care of me as if I bought my car from them. I came in for an issue that I went to my original dealer for 2x. They took my car gave me a loaner and keep updated every step of the way. Since then I haven t had the issue again. The level of service is unmatched. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to go there because of their service. They have me as a customer for life.Special shoutout to Chris my Service advisor awesome dude.

Still awaiting my $75 refund from 4 weeks ago. Purchased new tires and a wheel alignment. They over charges me my car didn't get the wash they give and my car was there for 3 days. I don't have pictures but sticking with Acura of Wayne in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with Steven Almonacid -my service consultant who helped me during my regular service maintenance of my MDX. He made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed.Furthermore, Steven went above and beyond to make me happy with additional services to improve the functioning and the appearance of my MDX.I strongly suggest the Park Ave Acura sales and services. They are a good team of professionals collaborating between each-other to make the costumers fully satisfied.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
