They re simply false advertising. I ve asked for regular oil and I ve specified please put the regular oil that you have advertised for $35.99You see the sign and it s clear.$35.99 with free car wash!!!Once you go inside they ll tell you.Oh it s $57. It s only $35 on most cars. I ve asked to speak with manager and the person who said he s the manager would not give me his name or business card. Some one Sue them for false advertisement. I have photos and a video.

Don t waste your time and money!I paid a whole $47 + $8 tip to have my car washed. This included an exterior wash and wax, and full interior clean. I now regret that I even left the tip in the tip box BEFORE the cleaning was done.Apart from the exterior wash you get from the drive-through, the interior showed virtually no difference whatsoever and looked arguably worse with all the swirls and lint debris from the wash cloths. The pictures speak very loudly for themselves. Utterly disgusting! Will never take my car here again. Just really sloppy and careless, considering they have over 5 people drying your car and then another 4 cleaning the insides. I ended up going home and actually cleaning my car interior myself.For $47, plus tip, this is seriously unacceptable.

Spent $45.+Tax gave team member that cleaned my truck $20 tip I walked around my truck he left all these dots on the front of truck and said I had to detail it I said no all you need is the start they have used here before to clean it up if it takes Tar off it can take this off .Not sure why he didn t want to do it I have come here for many years never had a problem but today was not a good day I got the flex lava inside and out I am attracted few pictures to show inside not cleaned and outside the dirt came off with a wipe and antibacterial soap .Very disappointed.

As you can clearly read from the responses they routinely and shamefully give to legitimate criticism they receive - there is no accountability.I was a monthly member there for about 15 years, I even won a free year carwash from a scratch off game they used to have there way back. The place was conveniently located and offered a monthly plan. I was happy with the service for many years. The employees and managers that work there are hardworking and very pleasant.Unfortunately the executive level managers and whomever engages with clients on here (just read all the reviews and responses) and in particular "office manager" Josh.Josh took weeks to write me back a dismissive email regarding some damage that I know happened at the carwash. Josh claims "no equipment we have would have made that damage". this would be a fair argument if the incident was properly investigated (I haven't even been asked for pictures of my claim) and the findings should be properly articulated, however, there was not a single word of regret or consolidation for the damage, not an offer to view the damage in person or futher investigation of my concerns. You figured I would at least get the courtesy of a phone call, after 15 years without incident I guess they assume and insinuate I was buying my time to make a "fake claim".Its obvious that Josh is comfortable speaking to customers like this because he is not on premises to face anyone. I have asked for a face to face, which he ignored. There used to be a man named Alex there who ran the show, he was fair and pleasant.Furhermore, not related to my damage, the service, particularly drying the car has not been good these days. My cars are NEVER dryed properly. (see pictures) Anyone with a black car will have to spend time drying car afterwards - dont take my word for it - many of you will be on here for the very same issue. They used to have a service that would pressure air dry on the side but now its a much bigger upcharge and takes way too long.I'm sure I'll get a corny response from Josh on here hiding behind the review instead of meeting in person or a phone call to discuss. I would have preferred handling this issue privately but maybe this review of my experience will guide someone wondering if they should trust Josh and Co. with their cars.

I recently visited this Car Wash for a $30 wash service, and I have to say I was quite disappointed with the results. While the exterior of my car looked shiny and clean, the attention to detail when it came to wiping down certain basic areas was severely lacking.The interior of my car was not as clean as I expected it to be. I noticed that the center console, and door panels were still covered in dust. It was evident that these areas were neglected and not thoroughly wiped down during the car wash. I had to spend additional time and effort to clean my car properly.Obviously I am not expecting a detailing service, but this is just unacceptable as paying customer.

Unfortunately I had to have my windshield replaced over the summer, and I needed to get a new barcode sticker for my monthly car wash club. Jax mistakenly forgot to take the old barcode off and I was charged twice a month since August, but I just noticed this yesterday. I called Jax and was put in touch with a helpful gentleman who guided me on how to get my money refunded. Hopefully its a pain free process, but I believe it will be because they have been helpful. I also love the service there, I see a lot of complaints beneath my comment but I disagree with them. My car always comes out looking good, seems like many people expect their car to look detailed after a simple wash. Jax is a good spot

Some times they clean all the door jams and do a great job sometimes when they are really busy they don't then I have to do it myself in the parking lot across the street. But overall this place is great when I take my car to the wash there.. I recommend this place highly

I love the convenience of Jax and they just updated this location s cleaning machinery so my car looks super clean once it s done. If you re interested the monthly rate is reasonable and great for those who come to the car wash frequently. Staff here is very nice as well.

they did a good job on the outside my rims were clean and the paint got polished but the interior was pretty bad they didn t wipe anything down at all and didn t vacuum well if at all

I went to get a car wash and I asked for my car to get washed inside and out at no time did they tell me the 3rd row wasn't included when I asked , so I basically paid for half a car wash when I had asked if they did all the carpets and vacumn and my front seat was not vacumned either. Unsatisfied is the least to say

Had a monthly here. Why have 10 guys if they cant dry a car correctly? No attention to detail at all. Cup holders dirty every time - I spend 15 minutes cleaning the car after a wash. Not worth it to me.

Wow!!!! I cant wait until they open the saddle brook location . I currently pay for a monthly service at souring the machines are great but the finishing ( drying and interior is non existent, even though there are people with towels at the end they are a bit overwhelmed) . When using my free pass here I felt bad they practically do a mini detail on my truck and it s a big truck and they covered every detail . Just wish they had a way to dry the complete back window it s high but that s the reason I have someone else wash it lol . Thanks for the free pass I will be purchasing a monthly when you open saddle brook !!!!!ThanksShawn CElmwood Park

If I could I would give you -5 stars. I paid gold Wash $30 an look at this! I pulled out ver after they washed my car and cleaning all around my self!! They hadn t wiped even dashboard when I got my car back

My girl was nice enough to take my car today to get washed and have the inside cleaned. When I got in the car, I immediately see dirt/dust everywhere, I get it you were busy today, but this is a horrible rushed job and absolutely not worth the money. Didn t even have the decency to lift up the floor mats and vacuum, dashboard was completely dusty and dirty. If this is the type of work you stand by, you just lost a customer. I ll take my business elsewhere.Response to owner: she paid $30 to have the outside of the car washed, and the inside of the car cleaned, and the inside was still filthy.

Great customer service friendly staff. I have been going here for two years now for car washes and oil changes*****update ******This place has dropped off tremendously. I used to go regularly but the photos attached are a norm now supposed to have interior cleaning and tire dressing only one tire done judge for yourself

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I just left this place and they destroyed the front grill, hood and a part of my windshield. It looks like splashes of some sort of harsh chemical that was sprayed on the front of my car. They chipped the paint and all. When I spoke to a manager he did the usual. He said they didn t do it. PLEASE! I pay close attention to every inch of this vehicle. I would ve noticed acid and chipped paint on my hood when it happens. Unbelievable. The I get inside the vehicle and it looks untouched!!! I paid $80 for this?!?! I. Am. Livid.

Not happy oil change says 35.99, I was charged 77.00 the tech guy said synthetic oil Bro . They should mention that before they start the work. I will never go again.

i use for many years and is the first time they dont clean my car inside and left the carpets on the side i have ti fixed the back window derty and the truck also not cleaned

I paid $47 for this. They didn't even clean windows. I paid extra $25 for cleaning this window. When i asked him what is the difference? Manager was so rude! He got a dirty cleaning cloth and wiped my window.Not professional!Not clean!Not polite!Edit: your response is funny! Did you check all of photos? You didn't even wipe window!

I was scammed into getting a highly over priced "discounted" engine flush. An engine flush can damage your vehicle! Also, the car was still filthy on the outside and inside after the car wash. Please stay away from this place. They take advantage of people who are not car savvy, especially women. I had to fight to get a refund.

How are these guys in business? This is not a before picture these are after pictures.. when I bring it to the managers attention he tells me I didnt get the best package for the cleaning I needed.. when I pulled up they pushed the unlimited washes down my throat for a monthly fee.. I wasn't even offered anything else.. had to go around twice to get cleaned and its still fifty inside!

When they are packed they just don't take time to clean the cars inside, last time I went in 2 minutes they told me my car was ready, they didn't vacuum it, poor service. I would not recommend this place

I was in the area so I decided to get my car washed and my car is basically still dirty even the wheels. I forgot to move my child s booster seat but it wasn t strapped in so they could have pushed it over to vacuum under it. They don t even move the sheets to vacuum like my usual place does. Dust was still on the wheel mount and the cup holders weren t wiped down all the way. Sometimes convenience isn t the best option I could have went to my usual place in Secaucus to get a better exterior and interior cleaning. They have so many people in the car you d think it would be nice and clean on the inside. Super disappointed!

This car wash is the best one in Jersey, recently updated, thorough wash cleaning inside and out, big team of professional dryers, well run. I highly recommend a monthly membership for the best savings.

I have a Q60 coupe Infitinity so what happen on vacuuming the back and they just rip my front mat and didn't put it back in this place.This is why I go to hands car wash instead of a machine carwash.And the tire shine yawl use is garbage

So at first i was very hesitant about getting a detail cleaning on my car because of Mixed Reviews. I am so glad i didn t listen to the negative reviews because they did an absolutely AMAZING JOB!!! I wish i had before and after pictures to show of my car but they basically brought it back from the dead and made it look like a COMPLETELY BRAND NEW CAR!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORBERTHO. My steering wheel and mats and trunk before the detailed clean looked deteriorated. I even asked him to throw them away from how gross they looked. When he finished the detailed I couldn t believe how beautiful the car looked I gave him a 50 dollar tip because of how impressed i was. All the mats i wanted to throw away looked BRAND NEW saved me from having to buy new ones and steering wheel looked so nice and that s to say the least. If your on the fence from mixed reviews I can definitely ASSURE you not to be. I m SO HAPPY I didn t listen to the negative reviews

I usually go the one on 46 by airport and pay $25. At Jax I paid $33 and that had to wash it three times and still not as good as other place!!!! Never coming back!!!!

Beware Engine Flush Scam at the service center. I used this place for a while due to the free wash with oil change which was a fair bargain, but they push this Engine Flush scam on any oil change beyond 3 months or 3,000 miles. Most modern cars less than 15 years old will last 5,000 miles or more, and keep track of oil change needs for you. Engine Flushes are almost never needed and doing them can actually void mfg warranty. BE ALERT.Edit: I got a response from the owner that it was recommended because the oil was "very dirty". note: The fact that oil changes color and gets dirty is WHY we change the oil in the first place. Color density cannot be used to indicate anything regarding engine health, and does not indicate further services are necessary to maintain the engine. Additionally ALL car manufacturers recommend AGAINST Engine flushes. Flushing the engine (or transmission) on a high mileage vehicle can actually do harm by creating leaks leading to more expensive repairs.
