I ve been a customer of Shore Toyota since 2010, Jimmy, Manny, the entire team are amazing. They always go the extra mile and then some to understand my needs. I ve bought or leased somewhere in the neighborhood of 8 cars from them over the years and it's always been a genuinely enjoyable process. It s really nice to have a team of people I can talk to, discuss my options and needs and get a professional honest perspective. We ve had a number of times where I thought I had the best scenario figured out and they ve come up with an option that blew me away. Truly a great and personal car buying/leasing experience.

Rylan is great and have great hospitality. Shore Toyota should be honored to have him as an employee. He explains everything thoroughly and was patient with me as well. He was very informative. As a female it s hard bringing your car in and you don t know much about cars. If you need service make sure you go to him. He will make it a nice easy process.

Came here to look at 4runners a while back, was not taken seriously by the sales team at all ( probably because I'm young) Needless to say, I bought my 4runner elsewhere. Now for the service dept... They call me 20 times a day when I'm due for an oil change, but when I actually need to speak with the service team, it takes 2 whole business days of endless ringing before someone picks up the phone. Then they want upwards of $700 for new car keys. I had a private locksmith do it for $200.Also, after my first oil change I was quoted for $2500 worth of recommended services.., I got everything on that list done at Ocean heights Auto for $400In the last 12 months, I've saved $10,000 just by avoiding this place. ( 8k on my car, and thousands in unnecessary/overpriced services)

Toyota service is fantastic. I missed my appointment due to a family emergency. I got a text to reschedule and had a new appointment in no time. My car was finished in less than the hour and a half estimated wait time. Roger always gives top notch customer service and takes great care of me when I am there.

I went in last weekend knowing what vehicle I wanted and salesman Jim Griffin was very quick and precise in getting me that exact vehicle.When I arrived, Jim had multiple Tacomas in different colors and all different trim for me to check out and test drive. He was very patient and answered every question I had and was very helpful with showing me all the features.We were quickly able to get approved and kept in my price range with a very fair interest rate.When it comes time to get a new vehicle again down the line I will be returning to Jim at Shore Toyota.

I recently purchased a new Camry at your dealership. Jimmy Larcombe was my salesperson. Being a woman, I dread the process of buying a new car. He never spoke down to me or assumed that I wasn t knowledgeable. He was so thorough when showing me various cars. He showed me EVERYTHING about each car that I showed interest in. He was patient and respectful. I was so happy that Ron was able to meet my number for the purchase because I really wanted Jimmy to get credit for the sale. He is certainly an asset to your company. You should fill your dealership with people with his attributes. He was a pleasure to deal with. I will absolutely recommend him to family and friends.

We had a great experience start to finish with our trade in and purchase of a new vehicle. While we came to the lot to view a used car we saw online, the size was not right for our needs. Jimmy helped us explore larger options and took care of the trade-in evaluation while we were out on a test drive. The financial team was extremely helpful getting together what we needed and we returned the next day to pick up our new car without any hiccups. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience and would return for a future car purchase again with Shore Toyota.

Rey was an excellent salesperson to work with. He listened carefully to our needs and wants and found a great match for us. Rey was diligent in following up with us from our online request for information which helped the process to go more quickly. Even though buying a car can be stressful, Edwin made the process so enjoyable. Shore toyota has been excellent! From my initial sales visit with Tyler, to Roger the service manager and Ryan the master mechanic who recently serviced my truck. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I love the new video feature they have, being able to have the service tech send a video while he had the truck lifted and discussing what was done was very informative

Sales staff not knowledgable of the product they re selling. Sold me a car and told be it had specific features (remote start) not only did it not have the feature but it wasn t even compatible to have it installed after market. Their remedy was a measly $90 discount on a 65K car.Service is a joke. There are mix-ups and mistakes every time. Was given diagnostic info on the wrong vehicle. Authorized an expensive repair and then was given the keys to the wrong vehicle. Meanwhile no one could even tell me whether the correct service was ever done to my vehicle. Love Toyota but Frustrated that shore is the only option nearby. They are a total joke. Hard to tell if they are sleazy or just totally incompetent. Either way I ll be traveling elsewhere next time.

This review is for service to my 4 Runner.$650 to fix a brake light.They also gave a $550 estimate to replace an antenna that snapped off which I declined. A local mechanic replaced it yesterday for $160.When I questioned the estimates, the rep said his technicians make $175 an hour.IMO, if they re making that much, they should be able to determine the root cause and make the fix faster than they did.Also, after they rotated the tires, the low pressure light wouldn t go off. When I asked if they checked the pressure the rep said of course. It s a bad sensor in one of the wheels . The light went off after I put air in the tires.Maybe this was a one off but this is just my experience.

Pricey service compared to a local garage. I use them for basic inspection and oil changes because they do a really good job of that and it doesn't break the bank. Free wifi and coffee inside while you wait

This service visit was totally unexpected. I just bought my Toyota Corolla (2800 miles)and the check engine and service malfunction lights came on. I was approximately 90 miles from home, so to be safe I had it towed to the closest dealer. Roger could see that I was upset with the situation, not only that a brand new car needs to be towed but I had a very important appointment that afternoon that I did not want to and shouldn't miss. He assured me that I would not have to cancel my appointment. He explained that it looked like something with the sensors and they would make sure everything was good to go and they would have me home in time for the appointment. That is exactly what happened. They checked the car out thoroughly, and had me on my way home in 2 hours. I was home in time for appointment with time to spare. Roger could not have been more helpful and kind. More people in the world of service should be like him. Having to have your brand new car towed, and being away from home is not a pleasant experience but Roger made it so much better. Thank you for all your help.

Disrespectful and low quality service. My partner and I love Toyotas and were excited about making a connection with shore Toyota. She bought a new rav 4 and turns out they have rear bumpers that hang down and are easily torn out. Should have been an easy warranty coverage, but she was too nice and accepted their demands of payment (she never argued anyone) despite it being a Toyota flaw on a car only weeks old. An even bigger problem is they didn't fix it, but just pushed it back in then took her money on which she entrusted the work was done. Unacceptable Toyota, please restore our trust.

My husband and I were looking for a car and we were deciding between the Honda crv and Toyota rav4. We ultimately ended up going with the Honda but we had a great experience here with Eddie. He was very patient and kind. He wasn t trying to pull any salesman tactics which I really appreciated. Buying a car is never an easy experience so I appreciated having someone that didn t just care about making a sale. I recommend Shore Toyota if you are in the market for a new car!
