Gerry and Tony are the only people that have touched my cars for over 12 years at this point and their work is always top notch. They are honest and do the job correctly. I drive about 20k miles a year and would never trust anyone else with my cars.

Absolutely terrific service every time. Get white glove treatment from Jerry for al my vehicles. He is courteous and honest. Has even denied me service and sent me back to dealer saving me thousands. So happy to have honest people like him to rely on.

BEWARE! They charge for labor for estimate on a repair and do not tell you up front. In addition prices change from minute to minute. NOT TRUSTWORTHY! I will never bring my cars to them for any type of repair. They don't deserve the one star but had to put it in to post review. These days everyone is struggling financially and businesses are no different but don't take advantage of loyal customers at-least be up front with costs.Service: Oil change

I highly recommend Toto Auto Service! I've been a long time customer, and I've been very happy with the care and honesty they provide. They don't try to upsell you like other garages do. Gerry and Tony always do an awesome job whenever we bring our cars in for service and repairs. They have fair pricing and cars are always ready when they say it will be ready. We have used them for years, very trustworthy and loyal as local business owners.

Can t say enough good things about this shop. My experience (2013 civic) - overdue inspection and had an emission light problem. Never went to Toto prior and the gentleman did everything possible to fix the issue that day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and within 2 hours had everything done. Great service, honest and knowledgeable, fair pricing. Would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I was given a quote of $350 by Jerry to replace the front wheel bearings on my car. When I received a call from Jerry, he started in with saying how it was more "difficult than what they had anticipated" before telling me that it was going to be $600. Not to fix it, because the work had already been done. It was just $600.They did not call me before to notify me, or even get my approval for the increase in price. They just did it, because hey, you do the work, you have to get paid right? When I went to pick up my car with my father, I asked why the price was so different then what I was quoted. He tried to "explain" to me how to replace a wheel bearing, as to insult my intelligence, even though in previous conversations, I had explained that I had the parts and normally change them myself but simply just did not have the time due to work.Feeling myself getting more heated, I begrudgingly handed over the money, just so I can get my car and asked for a receipt. I was told, "Well, if I have to make you a receipt, it is going to be 10% more". Not 6.625 %, like normal NJ sales tax, 10%.I use to freelance for years before I settled into my career and never, not once, did I treat any of my customers with such disrespect or not stand by my word. If I underquoted someone, well then, I ate it. It was baloney sandwiches for the week.PLEASE, I URGE YOU TO GO TO SOMEONE MORE REPUTABLE AND HONEST.

Based upon reviews from here and other places, I decided to give toto's a chance. I have had another mechanic who i was not fond of at all and honestly was more of a headache. Yes its a mechanic, but the owner has a very clean shop. From office to the garage, this place is very well kepts. The service was supberb! I dropped of my car he called a few hours later with what the issue was and had it back the very next day. I then dropped off my other car and same thing. Call within few hours back next day. Not only is the service awesome, he even shows you what the issue was. I have found my new mechanic! Price wise extremly reasonable . Gerry and his brother are not only nice guys but mostly imporantly HONEST. Thank you! Its very hard to find a good mechanic but luckily i dont have to look anymore! Gerry and Tony you found yourselves a new customer. Hopefully after people read this review, you will get more :-) Thank you Gerry and Tony

Jerry and Tony are the most reliable and experienced mechanics I know. They ve been doing business with my family for over 2 decades and I would never go to anyone else. Very fair and trustworthy....
