Best customer service you can ask for , very friendly and prompt staff. Dealing with parts shortages has been insane and the shop has done their best to help out. My performance car has every single detail , from the sensors to placards replaced like I got it off the showroom floor. Car was detailed on top of it all, highly recommend you ask for Mellisa very professional and respectful!!

A++++ I ve had two vehicles repaired here in the last two years. I cannot say enough about the top tier service from start to finish. They are clearly a step above you re average auto body shop. Very professional, very organized, very clean, communication is constant/ via text messages too, repairs done on time or earlier, and car was returned so squeaky clean (tires shining and inside detailed). Truck returned looking flawless, could not tell repairs were done. They take pride in what they do and it shows. I will absolutely return again if in need of repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Compact Auto Body is the most professional auto body shop I ve ever encountered. The facility was very clean, and organized which is extremely impressive for a body shop.All my questions were answered immediately and or in a timely fashion.Melissa was amazing, and the staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Melissa explained everything to me and I felt very at ease.I absolutely will recommend Compact Auto Body to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle. They notified me with text updates when my vehicle was being worked on and when it was completed. My vehicle was returned clean inside and out. Great communication throughout the entire process. They informed me about everything and handled everything in a timely manner. I would recommend this shop to everyone. They took really good care of my car after I had hit a deer. You cannot even tell anything happen. I have a 2009 A6 which needed front end work + a headlight. I was leaving the country for 3 months so I definitely emphasized for them to take their time. I got back 3 days ago and took my front end apart for some upgrades. I was able to see the work they did up close in detail and not a single corner was cut. These cars are extremely temperamental and difficult to work on due to their design and engineering. Everything was A+. Not to mention VERY communicative. These guys fought tirelessly with GEICO to make sure repairs were executed perfectly. Staff is friendly professional and courteous. Text updates are helpful. My car was returned clean as a whistle. They even put my winter mats in since it is January !

The Compact Auto team are craftspeople who take pride in their work and it shows. Our Tesla Model 3 is near and dear to our hearts and so when we had a self-inflicted garage accident that severely damaged our passenger side door beyond repair we were quite upset. As Compact Auto is the nearest Tesla certified body shop to our home we gave it a shot and boy are we happy we did. The communication was constant (both phone calls and texts) and kept us up to date on nearly a daily basis for both part orders and service. The car came back to us even BETTER than when we dropped it off with the door completely replaced and looking brand new and on top of that the car was detailed like a professional cleaning service. It definitely was not that clean when we dropped it off having just come back from a ski trip. All in all, we are very grateful for the work being done at Compact and the dedication the team puts into their repairs. I would like to start and say that I am a very particular person because of my OCD, which demands near perfection when getting something repaired. Compact Auto Body is a first class, body shop and organization. They do an amazing job from A-Z when it comes to professionalism with their staff and follow through in the quality of work they perform. Tesla s are very difficult cars to repair and they do a top-notch job. My experience with them was amazing from the first interaction in 2021 up until today when I picked up my car. To make a long story short, I had some delivery day issues that required paint correction work. After visiting another Tesla Certified Body Shop 2 separate times, that did poor work, I did my own research and found Compact Auto Body. They performed the body work in 2021 and it was a phenomenal experience. Two years later, I was having some issues with the work in terms of surface rust on my car. After communicating with them for about a week, I met with their regional manager and general manager, Kassie, and they agreed to correct the issues no questions asked. They corrected the job that had previously been done, as well as another warranty paint job that needed to be completed via factory defect. I got my car back better than ever and could not be happier. If you are a are looking for top notch service car and quality, choose this body shop and you will have zero regrets. My car looks perfect, and no one would ever notice that there were any repairs to it. They are a first-class business, extremely professional and will ensure that you are taken care of just like family.Service: Body & Trim

Being a repeat customer with a Tesla must be an excuse for ridiculous pricing.I have a quote from these guys to fix a rear underbody damage for over $2.5k, can post a pic if needed. Tesla replaced the necessary parts and fixed it for $600 under 2 hours. In the quote I had about 5 hours for diagnostics and another 3 hours for electrical isolation procedure . And another item for putting the car in Service Mode, which anyone who knows anything takes about 30 seconds to do.My advice is to go to Tesla s official repair shop in Paramus, especially if you re not going through insurance.

I used Compact Auto Body to repair some chips and scratches that were on my Tesla upon delivery. They were fantastic to work with - extremely professional and responsive, their paint work and detailing were high quality, and the work was done ahead of schedule. If you need any paint or body work done (especially on a Tesla), you can trust Compact Auto Body to do the work and make your car look like new again (or in my case, better than new).Service: Painting

They took almost a month to put on a new door. 2 weeks in I called after only being told it would take 2 weeks, they said the parts are on order after I was told they already would order the parts when I booked in a month prior. I didn t get my car back for 3 1/2 weeks and they had TERRIBLE communication the whole time. Only some of the staff was kind and professional. I had calledMultiple times and got different answers every single time I spoke to them. Luckily the door looks good, won t use them again.

These guys are crooks. Tried to charge me 6 times more than what Tesla quoted me! Even their technicians at Tesla had a laugh when I showed the quote. Will look into reporting these guys on their Tesla certification.Side note, Kassandra has no idea what she s doing when it comes to cars, it s kind of funny.

I stopped by Compact Auto Body today to get an estimate. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt very comfortable. First, the facility was very clean, which is extremely important during these times. Second, every person I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. This was my second time that I needed work on my Tesla. I felt so confident leaving my car there.The staff is professional and helpful. The higher quality of work shows...Each time my car came back looking better then before.It is obvious that they take pride in their work. My husband brought his car in almost 3 weeks ago due to someone hitting him from behind. The only communication is when we call them for a follow-up. It has been close to 3 weeks. I am shocked and truly disappointed with Compact. Never again.

I have used Compact Auto off on for the last 20+ years and have found them to be not only skilled in the trade of repairing autos but extremely professional, courteous, trustworthy and fair. Their estimated costs to repair and time to complete have always been spot on. We are especially pleased with them now as they have become Tesla certified and I would not ever hesitate trusting them with any repair to my 2014 Model S. They just did a complete hood replacement and I am extremely satisfied with the entire process. The front desk receptionist/analyst "Terry' is as pleasant a person to deal with as you can ever find; the rest of the front desk staff was just as pleasant to deal with and were always accessible to my wife and myself.

I had my Brand new 2021 Tesla model 3 for 1.5 weeks before it got hit by a wind blown trampoline...on Christmas Day no less. It was hard to trust anyone but Tesla for the repairs but choosing compact auto body was amazing! From start to finish they communicated with me throughout the process of the repair. I m lucky and when i got the car back, it was perfect!Service: Body & Trim

From the start Compact Auto Body made everything simply, easy, and stress-free. The staff was extremely friendly. They sent me alerts and updates throughout the entire process. My car was completed fixed in under two weeks. They even were so kind to fix a part of my vehicle that was not a result of the accident. I cannot thank them enough for there quick and exemplary service.

Please review once everything has completed.. after pick up my Tesla model 3 there were charging port unlocked and water leak issues, to resolve unlocked port issue was so frustrating as they didn t want to warranty saying the issue happened after pickup. So I had to contact Tesla service team regarding to that they told me it should be one year part warranty whatsoever..then they warranted the repair/change port.Service: Body & Trim

I needed some work done on my car and ended up coming here to get an estimate. I was helped by Chris and he was great! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he gave me an estimate and how quickly the work was done. I was there for no more than 30 minutes. My damage wasn't severe, but considering that there are other customers and cars to work on, I was grateful for how prompt the service was. If I had to come back for any other future work needed to be done I will not hesitate to come here.

Had my Subaru towed in here and the team at Compact finished the repairs quickly and updated me along the way. When it came time to pickup my car, I was walked around the car and shown every repair made. Overall great experience. The staff was extremely helpful, they notified me when my car was being worked on and when it was completed. They worked in a timely manor, where I was only without a car for two days. Also when I picked up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out and also a small scratch was buffed out without me even asking. Overall wonder experience and will definitely recommend this auto body repair shop to anyone who needs one!

Thanks for an excellent collision repair job on my Tesla Model 3. Your professionalism from setting up an appointment, providing what to expect from the beginning about your services, setting up a rental car, keeping me in the loop on the status update which Geico insurance and Tesla share to me as validation to your work status, eagerness to providing the extra service requested on my vehicle tire and wheel rim which was other issue not part of collision repair, the quick response to repair concern and assistance all the way to completion was excellent. My Tesla Model 3 is like brand new again. You're definitely are topnotch in what you do, highly recommendable.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

The overall experience was very good. No one wants to deal with all the stress and damage of their car. By going to Compact Auto I did not have to worry. They were very welcoming, nice and honest. They made me feel a lot better and I knew my car was in good hands. Again, I had a very good experience here and now I know where to take my cars and refer my friends too!

Wow they have real HIGH prices there. I cannot even try to say what their job quality is, as there is no way I can afford it, but it must be a gold plated finish. Quotes are not made very professionally. Just eyeballing. I guess they can look at you and judge if it is worth the effort or not.
