I highly recommend this place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When every other shop stated I would have to leave my car overnight; this place said to bring it right in and they had it done in less than 2 hours. Front Calipers, Brakes, and rotors. I m a happy customer :)

I cannot thank this team enough. Not only great work, but a team that actually takes the time to get to know you and ask your needs as a customer. They took the time to ask what we needed so that the solution was the right one and not more than we needed. As a cost-conscious customer, I very much appreciate it. I would encourage anyone to visit this location because you ll be treated with respect, you can expect to not be sold things you don t need, and have an engaging team while there. Thank you very much.

Unbelievable hellish experience.First, I have my medication stolen out of my car Someone went in my center console and took half of my muscle relaxers that were accidentally left. You put in a defective marked up part in my car. I tried to have you fix it went it stopped working 25 days later, you refused and sent me to the car dealer. Telling me my car has an electrical problem. Dealer has the car from Monday til the following Tuesday. They tell me that the price of the part is half of what you charged me.And it turns out it wasn't an electrical problem. The part that you sold me and put into my car was defective. I'm out of my car 10 days total no compensation there. This is all completely your fault and instead of reimbursing me the over priced amount you charged me, you have someone go to the car dealer and pay for my bill before I can even pick the car up. How is this even legal? When I spoke to a customer service manager on the phone she said that I would be reimbursed for the part and labor. This is not the case, the bill at the dealer was less than what I paid at Mavis. They did all this to save about $200 that they could've given me back. Not to mention you got me for 1800 dollars because I let you do the brakes and shocks as well while you waited for the defective part to arrive. The regional manager was not understanding and cocky with me. I had enough of his attitude and refused to deal with him anymore so maybe this is why this is the outcome. Because I am a woman and stood up for myself. Gotta love America... you better work on your customer service skills, especially with women.PSA they ask all the customers to leave reviews, just like how other places ask. It's the new thing, like asking you to round up your change for charity. So, if you really want to see what goes on at Mavis click to read the one stars, there's plenty of those in recent months. I reached out enough to this company... and the generic responses they leave everyone are even more insulting. The only part about this company that was decent was talking to the customer service reps (Not the Regional manager)...everyone was understanding and tried to help me, but in actuality they're not the ones who have any power to help you so it's just more deception from Mavis Tire. Save yourself some aggravation and don't even risk it at any Mavis tire for that matter. Mavis you have my information if you want to improve my experience, you can contact me.

They fixed my battery simply, without trying to sell me a new one. They let me know I had some time left before needing any new tires. They inspected the brakes and said they were 90,% worn, so I let them replace the pads and rotors while I waited. The service was fast,!

Not disappointed at all when ever i go to mavis they never let me down.. Im 60 miles away from home had problems with my rear brake shield on my mercedes, it got loose, found the mavis near me and these guys were awesome. Service manager came out to talk to me showed him what was wrong told me he could have me out less than an hour but i asked him while you have the truck up on the lift can you do brakes? He said not a problem. Mind you it was 4pm on saturday, gave me a very good price and still got me out in an hour. Great job to the staff at this mavis. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!

Dropped off a tire and wheel to have mounted & balanced at 1pm and was told they could have it done in a couple hours. Never received a phone call. Stopped in at 5:30p, before closing and they hadn't mounted the tire. Taking my business elsewhere.

SCAM ALERT: I have experienced varying levels of experience at multiple Mavis locations in South Jersey / Philadelphia area. I visited the Marmora location a few weeks ago. The store had no customers on a Saturday morning . Marmora is outside of Ocean City, NJ a summer resort which has a huge decrease in population and traffic during 8 months out of the year. Instead of getting the service I requested my car was put on a lift and I was shown a handful of repairs including axle replacement, brake caliper replacement and 2 tire replacement. While estimate was being developed I researched the cost of parts and amount of time needed to replace the axles. I was quoted 1400 for everything or 800 for the axles alone. This was ridiculously expensive as the retail cost of the parts was about $120 and the estimated labor time 2 hours. It seems I was quoted at least double the normal or market cost of this repair.I was also suspicious of the need to replace a brake caliper bc it was reportedly leaking. The rear brakes were just done and all 4 including the front were bled. If there was a leak it may be attributed to a loose fitting rather than a defective leaking caliper.. Since then there is no signs of brake fluid leaking. As for replacing the 2 tires , they were slightly cupped bc they were apparently new before the shocks and struts were replaced and the old worn suspension caused this slight wear issue. Those tires I have since rotated to the rear and the car ride is much smoother and getting smoother and quieter every day as the rear tires wear in a little. It seems this Mavis location is struggling during the off-season from a revenue generating perspective and tries to prey upon customers with inflated repair costs and diagnoses of unnecessary repairs. I have to wonder if they do the same to vacationers that come in for what may have been thought of as a minor repair but it snow balls quickly. Most vacationers don t wanna waste their cherished vacation time on resolving a car issue so the just pay the piper. In fairness, this predatory practice is not in my experience in other Mavis locations. But that is not to say that those other locations don t have other issues or exaggerated estimates perhaps to a lesser degree. Be Careful!!!!

SCAM ALERT!!! For this location. They tried to scam me out of $5,000 claiming that my entire exhaust system was rusted and rotted out from front to back. I had an independent mechanic down the street check it and found that the exhaust system was in perfect condition and just needed the heat shield clamp to be tightened. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Other Mavis shops have been very good to me.

I can t even give this place one star. I brought my car to Mavis to get 4 new tires. When I got my car back it was shaking so bad. I took my car back there 3 times. After the 3rd time they assured me that everything was fixed but sure enough it wasn t it. Every time I brought it there they would rotate, rebalance and even did an alignment. I ended up going to Kia and they fixed the issue within 2 hours and even gave me a diagnosis report showing that nothing was fixed. I ended up going to Mavis showing them a video I took of the shaking from the last time I took it there and for someone to explain to me how I brought it there multiple times and never once was the issue resolved. They couldn t give me an answer and wouldn t reimburse me. I will never bring my car to any Mavis shop again. Take your car anywhere else besides this place!

Liars and cheats! Go to a different shop! If you choose to do business here, double and triple check that the issue thwyre claiming is wrong with your vehicle is actually wrong.Went in for a routine oil change for my personal vehicle, and was told all four of my brakes and rotors were completely shot. I was quoted $1400 for the repair, when I responded in shock, they dropped the total to just around $1000. Because I just had my rear brake pads replaced, I questioned their decision and took it to another shop for second opinion. The second shop said there was nothing wrong with any of my brakes or rotors.I used to trust Mavis and was happy to give them my business, but I do not give my business to liars and people who seek to scam me. I was almost cheated $1,400. Needless to say, they will no longer get my business or any of my 6 vehicles.

Great service. I was in a real bind and needed a tire fixed early the next morning. Mavis got me an appointment first thing the next day. Fixed my issue and the cost was so much less than I anticipated. Very happy with my experience.

I just wanted to make sure to express my sincere appreciation for the staff at the Mavis Tire Marmora location who helped me during my most recent visit on 9/10/23. I was already 1hr into my drive down to Sea Isle City, when I was distressed to find I had a flat tire and no spare available. Knowing that I had previously used Mavis Tire and had wonderful experiences, I called the nearest location and was relieved to find they were open and happy to assist me! Tariq was working the desk and no only helped me get a great deal, but also was so kind and sympathetic for my situation. He really put me at ease and assured me he would get me back out on the road in no time! Both Mike and Bryce were working in the shop that day, and I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and proficiency! I have been a Mavis customer in the past, and each new experience with their staff and services continues to reassure me that they are the best out there! Thanks so much again!!

Had previous good experiences with this Mavis, however recently brought in my vehicle for an oil change and rotation. Got a call and was told that front and back brakes all needed repair ('calipers rotted' among other issues) which would cost over $1000.00. Thought it was odd because they repaired my rear brakes a year previous at that location.Declined the service and had a trusted mechanic review their diagnosis. Mechanic told me my brakes were fine, saying he would trust this vehicle with his own family. He also said, 'I wonder how certain people can sleep at night.'Finally, when the technician at Mavis replaced one of the lug nuts, he misaligned the threads and seized the nut on the lug which will cause me money to repair. If you have interigty, nothing else matters. If you do not have intergity, nothing else matters.

Scam artists? Perhaps but maybe just bad mechanics. Did my due diligence before posting a review. Went in for an oil change and they were nice and gave me a coupon for the oil change. Told me and the wife I desperately needed front end shocks and struts on my Buick. Since I didn t notice an issue I took it to a Buick GMC dealer and they said there was no issues. I needed a tie breaker so I took it to a third reputable service center and they also saw no issue and wait it would be stealing money to have that work done. Not saying they are all crooks but someone there was going to scam me for $1600 dollars. Proceed with caution

Wow these guys are awesome. Best customer service experience I ve ever had in the automotive industry! I ve worked in everything automotive my entire life and always do my own work on cars, but of course you can t do Tires and Alignments properly at home. From walking in just to ask questions, to scheduling and ordering tires online, the quick call back to confirm all the details, along with what I would call industry leading customer service and thorough details before even leaving my vehicle with them. My vehicle had never been to any shop since it was purchased 40k miles and 3 years ago brand new, so obviously I was nervous going in. I wish I remembered names better, but through the multiple people I did talk to, I can confidently say everyone who works at this location is going to make sure you get taken care of very well, and and at a great price (every tire I looked at online they had it listed at the cheapest price along with the best install and balance price) Thank you guys for being an outlier in the auto industry and giving out great honest service. Everyone I know will definitely be recommended to go to the Mamora Location!

I found myself with a screw in my tire on the way to work, and with Mavis being the closest place near by gave them a car. They told me to just swing on by and they would check it out. Unfortunately, with the position the screw it could not be repaired, but they gave me all the options and advice on how to move forward. Terrick (spelling) was super professional, didn t push any sales on me, and genuinely made me feel like my best interest in mind. Kevin changed out my spare super quick and I was able to get to work and carry on with my day. Thank you guys!!
