About a year ago, I brought my car in to have a scratch repaired. In order to paint part of the car, they needed to remove the sunroof. The paint job was great. Once I picked up the car, something didn t feel right. They forgot to put back the seal around the sunroof, if I had not noticed this there would have been major leaking problems. ( this was when Joe was the manager)Also, when removing the sunroof, they needed to remove seatbelts on both driver and passenger side. When putting the seatbelts back into the car, they reversed them. Not knowing this is why the seatbelts were not functioning properly. I took my car back to the dealer and had to pay $500 to repair that. Once I realized it was caliber that actually made the mistake I went back to them. I was told that corporate would pay me for half of that repair. I cannot get a hold of corporate. And have left numerous voicemails and emails for the current manager. It is evident that he is avoiding me. If you want something done, right, do not go here.

Great experience and would definitely recommend for all car repair needs.. great customer service, Jen was great at communicating everything that was happening and when my vehicle would be ready.. when I got my car back it was freshly detailed! Thanks Caliber collision!

I've been to this company a few times and the first one or two times with minor fender bendors they were very helpful they even picked up my car for me and brought it back. But I recently had a car totaled and they were very uncommunicative and not very friendly and then I went back with another issue with a handle on my replacement car that broke and I was told that I had to make an appointment just to get it estimated. I'm 80 years old and it wasn't a big estimate I'm sure but I waited 1 hour and they came out and in 4 minutes told me that they would work up the estimate that they would call me with it so I was supposed to have an appointment for an estimate but then I was also supposed to come back later and it was for $300. The part itself a friend ordered it online and the part was exactly the part for that car and it was like under $20 and it took my friend 10 minutes to put it on. I'm not going to go back because they weren't friendly they one time even made a comment to me that they only did what the corporate said and it was the rules so I'm not going to go there I'm sorry. I think that the people are under stress there may be an excuse maybe from the corporation it has now run them but I'm disappointed in them greatly

This is the horrible body shop you can ever imagine. My car was in this body shop for three months and I had to go through a lot of difficulties due to their unprofessional and careless services. Specifically, a person called Matthew Seitz, he gave me a really hard time while my car was in the body shop. 1st of all my car had an accident that s why my insurance company arranged this body shop to fix my car. The person called Matthew had some understanding with the insurance company so that he didn t add all the damage which happened due to the accident. They fixed the car with very minimum. My vehicle had lot of damages due the accident when it got hit from that side but Matthew and insurance company both ignored it which is not acceptable.Now coming to the intentional delays. Whenever I called Matthew for the update, he kept saying dealership hasn t sent the parts and asked me to not call dealership and he was following up with them every week, but it was huge lie. I lost my patience and called the dealership and they said, they sent the parts and Matthew lost it and he had to reorder it. I am wondering if I will ever reach out to the dealership that Matthew will keep me waiting till now. The dealership said he didn t even ask for the update, and they only reached out to him after my call. Just imagine if I trust him and not call the dealership still now, I will be waiting to fix my car. I can say thousands of things about this body shop and Matthew how bad they are in each and everything, but I am going to stop here. Just requesting everyone please do not go near this body shop and work with Matthew Seitz.

The marmora caliber collision is extremely professional and courteous, from the moment I stepped into their business to the moment I drove off their lot in my expertly repaired car. Jennifer, service advisor, was very knowledgeable, even more than the insurance company, she knew what was required and had everything ready ahead of time. When Leslie called, I was shocked that my vehicle was ready in such a short time. Tim patiently took the time to explained what was done and answered my questions. Having my car repaired at Caliber Collision was fabulous. They are very accommodating, efficient and skilled. I love getting progress reports on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Johnny was great at explaining things, dealing with my insurance company and entertaining. They definitely aim to please and customer service is a high priority. Service Advisor John is charming and takes pride in his ability to make friends with anyone. The entire staff is very personable! While I can t say they were stellar in efficiency on the front end (I had to reach out to them a couple times to keep things moving), when the time came for the actual repair John correctly guessed that I would not want to drop off the car all day. They were able to work it in one morning and had me in and out in under 30minutes. That was greatly appreciated!Service: Body & Trim

I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision. Sunshine was beyond helpful scheduling my repair and setting up/returning my rental car. This was an overall stress free experience and all the staff was friendly and helpful. The best part is I received my car back 2 days earlier then expected!! I m beyond satisfied with the quality of work done in my vehicle and the customer service I received. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I moved from another state and needed to have my license plates changed. I called the office and Shannon was super helpful! She said to bring it in and they would take care of it for me. John had one of the guys change the plates and didn t even charge me for their time! I will definitely be bringing my car to Matt for any parts or service needed in the future!

John and his team were great to work with. Very professional and helpful. The repairs look fantastic and they worked seamlessly with our insurance carrier, Plymouth Rock. We paid the deductible amount and Plymouth Rock received the bill for the remainder. They paid Caliber directly and we never had to worry about it. John's team also detailed the car. The best people. They understood that a person needs their vehicle and took me in right away. Once they received the parts they had me back on the road in 2 weeks. Kept me up to date every 2 days, on the progress and when I picked it up it looked brand new in and out. Thank you so much Johnny!!!! I can t say enough about the great experience I had with Caliber Collision in Marmora NJ.They really did go above and beyond to service my Honda CRV after I had unfortunate accident.The GM there Matt did everything he possibly could to make me happy and he succeeded...and I am thrilled!The entire staff is very upbeat and friendly and hard-working. The facility is clean and orderly and organized and their work is outstanding.Special thanks to the customer service rep Sunshine.... both of these individuals kept in contact with me updating me almost daily on the progress of my car and the result was a terrific finished product my car is 10 years old but now it looks and runs new thanks to the efforts of Caliber Collision!But most importantly, you made my 19-year-old son who has autism very very happy.... he missed his car and was psyched to be back in the saddle again !!I highly recommend them to anyone to thumbs up Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

Needed to bring in my wife's Porsche for a little door repair and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the get go they were professional and competent. The car was repaired and painted professionally and quickly. Special thanks to John who handled us with care and respect. John walked us through the entire process and made us feel very comfortable in leaving our car in his hands. Well memorial caliber collision they are just the best. I fell as though I was in good hands when I dropped off my car. John Mr wonderful was my service advisor kept me up daily on the work being done. I have a 2020 Ford explorer and the incident happened back in January finally got approved and OMG I got my new car back again thank you guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It's rare to receive such high customer service so I am excited to be able to give 5 stars! Marmora Auto Body impressed for sure. They were able to have me bring in my vehicle the very day that I initially called, we went in and were greeted by friendly service and a clean waiting room, even the bathroom was spic and span. We had specified on the phone before arrival that we would need a rental vehicle while ours was being repaired. Once we arrived, they called the rental car office and explained that we needed a comparable vehicle ASAP, the rental car agency responded with "we don't have any vehicles" , instead of just passing along that piece of frustrating news and letting us deal with it, Marmora Auto Body told the rental car agency in a kind but no nonsense sort of, straight to the point way, that that is not there problem and they need to call a sister location and get us a vehicle immediately...and the rental car company actually complied!The time frame that they gave us for repair was spot on and they kept us informed the whole time. The morning the vehicle would be ready for pickup they called to get an idea of my schedule and the vehicle was ready at the specified time, however, on the way there, we hit ridiculous traffic causing us to arrive about 1/2 hour after they closed, however I called and they said they would wait for me. They gave me all the details of my repair along with a life time warranty and a small bottle of touch up paint with the guidance not to leave it in the vehicle to avoid heat, they also detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle which was amazing! So thrilled I had such a pleasant experience, I highly recommend them.
