Definitely my new go to place for car repairs and maintenance. Prices are very fair and less than Firestone. I had my radiator replaced this year and QAR quoted the price hundreds of dollars less than Firestone. I was very pleased with the quality of work performed. The only regret I have is not knowing about them earlier. The service, professionalism and friendliness of the staff is worth mentioning as well.

Do yourself a favor do not take your vehicle. You ll get robbed legally don t sign to check you car. $ 90.00 just to look at the car before anything is done. Oil change $100.00 full synthetic in reality it s about $75-$80 dollars max. Mechanics here make $200.00 dollar every hour for labor costs. They ll tell you it may take two days to repair you car or a part when in reality it s a 30 minute job. I checked state regulations this is not union. Union mechanic at the main dealer is payed $149.00 an hour. Estimates of charges that this place gives you, it may cause your retirement savings to get the job done and your vehicle will still have problems. Zero ratings stay away from this mechanic shop. And if you get robbed like I did make sure to get every recipe and documents the hidden fees which will never show up too. This place is about to catch a lawsuit.

Staff was helpful and courteous. I was so impressed with their software program which provided me with everything I needed to make decisions. They did a great job on my car with complete transparency on the invoice. I wish I had know about them sooner.

It was my first time going to Quality Auto Repair and everyone was extremely friendly! Dan is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his customers! I went in for an oil change and told Dan about some concerns i had with my truck. They ran a diagnostic inspection on my vehicle and Dan explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are very honest and trustworthy.

Dan was amazing! He received a call/text from my tow company (AAA) that my car was being towed to Quality Auto Repair. Dan called me for details of my car issues. He kept me informed of my car repair needs daily. I was sent a detailed diagnostic report and he gave me an estimated costs for my repairs. My car was repaired 3 days!

I recently came in for tire balancing and alignment work. I was happy that Dan and the rest of the staff here, completed the work in a timely fashion. Dan is competent, and knowledgeable. He took his time in making sure I understood everything that was done to my car, before he serviced it. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and in good spirits. I m impressed by the level of communication, and transparency on the rest of the work my car required, as it was. performed. I trust them to work on my car, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service on their vehicle. They completed additional work on my car to my car. I appreciate that they gave me the exact breakdown of the work that was done, and other recommendations for future service.

I have just all good things to say about this crew. They have helped fix both my dodge charger and honda civic on multiple occasions, and Dan has explained everything they did and helped me understand everything. Excellent and trustworthy auto repair. This was my first time going and on a recommendation from a neighbor. Quality Auto Repair is now my go-to for all auto repairs and maintenance. They are honest and trustworthy which to me is the most important when it comes to auto service.

Did everything they could to accommodate me with repairing my car while at work. Drove me back to work and waited for me to get home to get my coupons so I could use them towards the cost of the repairs. Took my beat up pick up truck, for oil change and inspection. They treated it like a Mercedes, changed the oil, inspected the vehicle, and gave me recommendations on what needed to be repaired with estimates. Everything was completed in one day and I was on my way.

I had an issue with my 07 Honda and the air conditioner stopped working as I was driving home. I ve heard good things about Quality Auto Repair so I took a chance and was able to drop my car off. I can t express how nice Scott and Dan were; they explained the issue thoroughly and helped me get my car back on the road the same day! I highly recommend Quality Auto Repair! I have lived in town for 20+ years haven driven by this place almost every day and didn t realize the existed. Was reccommeded via the Facebook town groups and I mGlad I found them. Great , personalized service for my car, and even in justSpeaking to them over the phone, I knew they were someone I can trust and would not do work that was not necessary. The Quality Auto Repair folks communicated well from the time I made my online appointment until they handed back the key post-repair. My Highlander SUV had engine oil leak problem; I took it to Quality Auto Repair 35 N Maple Avenue, Marlton, NJ 08054 that I was advertised as an alternative to dealer services. As for the inspection at first, I was recommended to replace crankshaft seal and lower oil pan & gasket together with oil change plus dye. All services were done on the same day. I was asked to return to recheck for any other leaks after a few weeks later.I went back to Quality Auto Repair as I was told; as a result, my SUV now has no more oil leak. I can feel the quick acceleration whenever I push the gas pedal now. Mechanics are professional, customer service nice, business credible, and the cost affordable. I ll be back to this place for next service and hope peoples doing so.

Had A/C repair, inspection, oil and 35 point inspection for a 2001 GMC truck. All went well. Took 5 days, which I agreed on because warning light was on and their computer could not read the truck until a smog part was replaced and a reading could be done. Only complaint was, they did not keep me posted, enough. Please text when you need the truck another day. This was our first experience here and we will definitely be back! Came for a car inspection and was able to get windshield wipers replaced, oil changed and washer fluid added. All completed within a few hours and they were communicating with us every step of the way. Great service, affordable and quick. I was really stressed, when my SUV's axle broke an hour from my home at 8 pm. Thankfully, I remembered my dad, who lives closer, using Quality Auto Repair in the past, so I had vehicle towed there after hours. The guys at shop were great. Quick, well-priced work and always kept me informed with repairs that were giving me a decent amount of stress. Great experience! Brought my car in for a new wheel bearing and other maintenance. They had it done quick and very reasonably priced. I loved the vehicle report they put together as well. It was very detailed and included pictures. A big thanks to Quality for you customer service and professionalism. My wife s Toyota was shuddering pretty bad and the dashboard was lighting up with all kinds of warning lights. The technician at Quality quickly identified the problem, repaired it and we were on our way quickly. The pricing was great, and they have the cleanest customer area I have ever witnessed. Terrible quality of work for $600. Dealership prices for not even close to similar quality/customer service. After having the brakes and rotors (front only) replaced I heard clicking from the right the next day, took it back they serviced it again, brought it back the following day due to a burning smell from the other side, guy wouldn t even check the car and said it s just the grease from the factory (which they re supposed to wash off) and it ll go away in a week or two, two months later and whenever the brakes get hot the smell comes back. Also they didn t replace my tire lock on the second visit once they resolved the clicking. Front brakes and rotors and an oil change and I had to go back 3 times, technically I still need to go back but I may even just have someone else do it and pay again. My car had to be towed to Quality Auto repair on a Friday afternoon. The team was able to quickly assess the issue and put the fix in place. I was able to get my car back SAME DAY!!!! 10/10 recommend for your auto repair needs

Their Technician looked under the hood and seen that my 2004 XJ8 Vanden Plas Jaguar needed coils and spark plugs. While thoroughly checking the engine there were other issues needed to be addressed. This my go to place. My car runs smooth. There experienced technicians are very well rounded on these old model Jaguars. Awesome, professonial, and friendly staff.Sam!

"Quality" Auto is true to its name .... they diagnosed the cause of my breakdown within 24 hours and made sure I had all the information needed to get the dealership to replace my engine due to an error by the dealer's service department which irreparably damaged my engine.
