This is a first class major repair service!! I needed a long block (engine) replacement for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I reached out and spoke to Sean, who was so helpful and professional through out the entire experience. He was able to locate a certified used engine for me. We scheduled a time for installation and within days, they literally took the car apart and put it back together. It is running Great!!! John was also very nice.I would recommend this business to anyone in need of major repairs.

Motortrans Transmissions is fantastic place ran by professions located in Marlton NJ. I brought my 2012 Camry in that was having a torque converter shutter and shifting issue. Both these issues were addressed and the car has been running great. Sean and John who I spoke to had great communication throughout the process. They also had thorough answers to all of my questions. Thanks again! Could not recommend this shop enough for all your transmission needs.

After an insanely horrible experience last year with a trans shop in Woodbury, a friend referred me to Albion for parts and Motortrans for the service...They handled everything from there & immediately felt relieved! Amazing customer service, ongoing & honest communication; and, if it's something out of their scope, they're able to sub it out (with your permission first) with the same level of customer service. I've brought both of my vehicles there ever since and only recommend them to anyone that asks. Very reasonable costs combined with trustworthy maintenance/repairs of your vehicle equals a repeat customer.

Quick and easy trans flush. I had gone to different places in the area looking to get my transmission fluid checked and no one had the ability to check the fluid in my town and country. You apparently need a special dip stick to do this, and Motortrans Transmission made it easy because they have the device and are experience with transmissions. Service was really good and the guys there are really friendly and helpful. Would definently use them again.

Very welcoming establishment. Johnathan treats you like an old friend. My car over three hundred thousand miles on it. The transmission was never touched. Recently started to feel some shifting issues. They rebuilt it. Im telling you my car drives great. 80 and above thanks motortrans.

Right in the heart of Marlton this Transmission shop stands the test of time. The staff feels like family, they take the time to elaborate if you are not mechanically savvy. You will never feel "dumb" speaking with them.The work was done in a swift an accurate fashion. If you are in need of transmission work be sure to prioritize this location. These guys are fantastic. Had issues, took the SUV to a dealer and immediately got the runaround. I finally woke up and asked my indy guy if there was a good trans shop around. He suggested Motortrans instantly.Called the shop, spoke to Sean and arranged a tow from the dealer (who stalled).Anyway, Sean and company diagnosed the problem, dealt with the warranty company, and fixed/rebuilt the trans. And I hadn't even met them personally.People who know what they are doing, don't take shortcuts are hard to find in this sector. Add in that they are the nicest people, and this is what you get at Motortrans.

I took my car to Motor Trans bc I have heard nothing but great things about them. My car was there three weeks and it was worth the wait. They built my rear in my 2000 Camaro SS and I couldn t be more happy. Thank you so much for all u did

The best review of the place I can give is wonderful and awful. To elaborate it was a awful experience having my transmission fail on newly purchased vehicle I acquired, but at the same time a wonderful experience dealing with Lynn and John. Both of these guys make it a easy & quick repair for any customer, if you know nothing about cars they will explain it in the least amount of confusion as possible. An if you are "know it all car guy" they work with u every step of the way keeping you informed. All in all you can't beat the staff at this establishment. 5 * rating

I was in panic mode after my transmission broke on the Jersey Turnpike while traveling thru. Tow truck driver recommended this shop. John and Sean were great. They communicated all info and helped me to make the decision to replace the transmission. They got it done and were great thru the process. Been bringing my car here for service for 6 years now. John is honest and takes excellent care of my car. He doesn t charge you an arm and a leg either. His office and staff are friendly. Being a woman I feel comfortable and I trust them 100%. So so glad I found this place. Can t recommend this place enough!!

Absolutely Fabulous Service. My husband and I wanted a family owned well seasoned business to look at our car. We purchased a 2003 Honda Element purchased brand new. The element is now 16 yrs old .It was now time for a new transmission. John the owner was excellent from the first call. After having my car for a day he was able to tell me what was wrong.Thankfully John mentioned he was very familiar with the honda element.He made sure he contacted us every step of the way on what my car needed. We were so happy the day we picked up my car we dropped off my hubby's truck for a new clutch and other work. Both cars drive like new. Thank You John and staff for getting our two vechiles back up and running.

Excellent service. Honest, reliable, and pay great attention to detail. I've never been disappointed and always appreciate when employees/owner take their time explaining what's going on and what the best route of action is. Other mechanics will try to up-sell and talk you into prematurely replacing parts. Motortrans employees are very transparent about their observations and give knowledgeable advice without pressuring into making a decision. I don't know much about cars, but I really trust this establishment and would never go anywhere else. Thank you for another great experience!

I was nervous about getting my transmission fixed here. They did an amazing job on my vehicle. She is running like new. I have only had her back a week but so far so good. John really made me feel comfortable about the whole process. Thank you so much Motortrans!

Well after spending $3600 on a new timing chain and waiting almost 3 weeks to get my truck back there were issues, and those issues only got worse the longer I drove the truck. We called them and told them about the issues and were simply told we hadnt driven the truck enough. We keep driving the truck and the issues got worse and worse until the check engine light came on. Obviously just trying to scam us since it was my wife who was directly in contact with them.Edit: The day I got the truck back from the shop it stalled out while I was waiting in line at a toll booth. Amazing how that never happened before I dropped it off to them. Also the "warranty" says its for a set amount of miles, then the shop goes and makes you drive 500 of them before being willing to have any resolution. Thats not only taking advantage of the customer, its putting their vehicle at further risk in an attempt to conjure up more business in hopes another part breaks in the process. My initial review only went up after the proprietor refused to return my wife's call for over a week until the initial review went up. This also occurred after we called the shop several times during their websites stated business hours only to not even receive an answer to our calls. Utterly stunning how once the issue was brought to the public light we instantly got a response.

A few years ago, John 's team did a great job repairing our minivan, on time and with a great professional attitude. Fast forward to this week when I needed some help with my Mustangs transmission , and again John came through for me. Thanks for the help!

Honest reliability consumer patience when you are at your wits ends and taking it out on the wrong people persons or business!!!!! Thank you for being so tolerable and understanding!!! NOT ONLY DO I RATE THIS CO. A+ for service; I know on more then one occasion my situations have had me negatively impact the ones who had helped me most!!!!!!I'm so the and will never forget your professional manner as well as your humanitarian concern.

Shop does quality work for a fair price. Had water pump/timing belt replaced recently with no issues. John is always accommodating special requests. Highly recommend

Brought my car here only because the check engine light turned on as it had been running great for years. When asked if there were any issues I said none other than my light being on...Upon them checking, apparently my transmission needed to be " rebuilt" now..I was surprised since it never had any signs of it going wrong. They called quickly to advise this but for the other code that was minor...They could not figure out what it was but since I declined fixing the transmission they didnt move forward to try to locate where the other code/issue was...I Left the vehicle there for a couple days and when I picked it up , the vehicle felt different but since they were closed I waited until the next morning to call in. Immediately they were defensive and said they didnt do anything except check the codes...Then the Owner called me and pretended to want to hear me out but quickly changed his attitude...He tried to say they just checked codes and gave me my car back which was not the case; he would not accept responsibility and said that unless I was bringing the vehicle to get repaired, not to bring it back..WOW! After trying to explain that they didnt just check the codes and give me my car back, he quickly said we actually "should not do business together"??!!In short my experience was that they could care less about the customer..I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want them to damage your vehicle.

After car being there since Friday afternoon, today is Thursday the following week, just got our car home and noticed several issues under the hood that had NOT been there prior to transmission work being done here. The gas lines were NOT hooked back in to their brackets and one of the clips to hold it had been broken. There is a wiring harness bracket also broken n wiring harness is just hanging now. And the heater hose had been cut and now rubbing against the motor and radiator and an oversized clamp on radiator hose that is about to go thru the hose! We called them and they disagreed with us and want us to bring our car all the way back to them for them to argue it all with us at their shop. I do not live close enough to go back there just to have then not fix the damage they have done. Its just not worth it. We will have it all fixed ourselves! But I do not and will not recommend this shop in the future! Very disappointed.

Not only is John honest customer service oriented he's very good care of his staff there's nowhere else I'd rather be working even if I were to take a pay cut I wood not leave here the way he treats us says a lot about the way he is is a person and that means a lot I work a lot of people in my day John is definitely number one my list has helped me in my family in times of great need with no questions asked the smiling face no strings attached I make sure I go the extra mile for him and his customers to be honest reliable and make sure that everything is done right I appreciate John and his customers not to worry to worry about this business if we don't get it right first time you can bet we'll pack up our work and make sure it's going right until you're satisfied thank you John for being there for my family to good times and bad
