Robb and his team in the service department are outstanding. I hit a pothole and wound up with a flat tire from it. They got me in within 24 hours and got my tire changed and an alignment done in 2 hours, and having opted for Honda s 3 for 1 protection on my vehicle I only had to pay for the alignment which saved me a great deal of money.

Today, I took my car in for much needed service. Everything went really well and I have no complaints. All the service personnel were very nice and made taking my car in a nice experience. I will continue to use them for my cars service. Thanks so much

It s a scam. Before you give your car for service, check the bill carefully. It will have needless items to increase the price which is already overpriced. After service, your car will have issues which were not there before. Do yourself a service and find a better reliable mechanic locally. I had to go as I was new in the area and did not know better.

* Instead of updating a prior review, I am writing a NEW review today, March 4th.Spencer - service advisor and I spoke for over 30 minutes. He provided me with invaluable information regarding my new CRV hybrid touring. I found Spencer to be extremely knowledgeable as well as provide me with many useful tips regarding my CRV hybrid.Corey- Service Director spent a lot of time with me over the past week discussing issue I had with my CRV hybrid. Corey, provided invaluable information to drive my car optimally. Corey followed up to ensure everything is working to my satisfaction.I ve only owned my car for four months, but I m very satisfied with Burns service to date.

I loved the early check-in at 7am and you don't need an appt. Everything turned out great. I was just in time for me to get my brakes done plus an oil change. Great job.

I have always been treated by the service department in Marlton with utmost professionalism. Been going there for years and Rob Regan of the dept has always gone above and beyond every time. I feel he really cares how my car is taken care of. My place to go because of him

Very unpleasant, salesperson seemed like he didn't want to sell us anything. Every question I had, he had to go back and ask the manager. The manager should've come out and sold me the car instead. We kept asking for any offers on lease deals. He didn't want to disclose until we sat down and talked "numbers."Until we finally liked what we wanted, we sat down, and he gave us this ridiculous rate on a passport for a lease. To then, he FINALLY tell us there's a nice lease deal on passports for existing Honda owners. To which he could've mentioned from the start, instead of wasting both our times. I will never buy a car here. Let alone recommend this place to anyone.

Awful experience. The blower and mirrors in my car stopped working. Brought it in, took them the whole day to get back to us to say it s an electrical problem which yeah duh. Every stage was like pulling teeth, had to call to bug them for updates daily. At some point they ordered a part that wouldn t come in for a week. We called when it was supposed to have come in, took them 3 days of us leaving messages daily, then finally when the call was returned the person said he just got back from vacation. So no one else was going to be working on this?? Then when they went to install the part, it turns out it wasn t needed because there were some burned out wires . Which means they did not inspect the supposedly broken part before they ordered it, seems like an obvious thing to do. Next car will certainly NOT be a Honda.

If I can give them negative stars ! I went for a flat tyre issue and they were showing off that they are so busy that they cannot do the repairs before eod tomorrow! Had been a Honda customer for 20 years never seen such a poor dealership! Honda should cancel their permit as they are bringing bad name to them ! Honda please care about customer and give permit to better professional dealers.

Watch out for the $15 tack on fee for "shop supplies"! Had a lost keyless entry transmitter replaced & programmed. What shop supplies apply here?? This fee was not included in quoted job estimate = unethical business tactic.

Had a terrible experience recently with the service department. I brought the car in and the fuel pump was changed, which went well besides being given another customers keys along with mine, which we have the same car and matching keys....Also was told to come in for service because my parts had arrived. However, it ended up being a mix up. I was not supposed to receive that call or bring my car in. It resulted in me wasting a large part of my day and also inconvenience family members to get back to the dealership to get my car. I'm not one to look to criticize businesses for the hell of it, but you have to be more efficient! I will ne going to Honda of Turnersville going forward.

Very very bad experience. Purchased a Pre-owned certified pilot. Week later I found out rear windshield fluid is not working.Their 112 point Inspection report they provided me said, it is inspected and meets standard. I tried reaching out for repair help, they denied to fix it.What is the use of inspection document you present to customer? Is that data reliable?

I work 5 minutes from the dealership. Came in for an oil change and asked if I could get a ride back to the office, if not it s no big deal and I can get a ride. They assure me it s fine they will take me back. Stuck me in waiting room, 50 minutes later with no update I just called a coworker to pick me up. Could ve just avoided that? Young guy at the desk in way over his head.

Scheduled my first oil change on my 2022 Passport Trailsport. We dropped it off the night before. Jacob called me first thing in the morning to confirm my vehicle was checked in for the 8am appointment and making sure he understood my service request. Received email, text, and phone call around 10am saying the vehicle was ready for pick up. Great communication. Would definitely recommend Burns Honda Service Department.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The day before I found a nail in 1 tire so asked them to check it out also. Before doing anything they told me I needed a new tire but they didn't have them in stock so I told them I will get tires somewhere closer to home since I live almost 1 hour away. They then asked if I wanted an inspection since I was there and even though I still had 3 months I said yes. When I got home I realized my stickers still said 2023?!? Called and asked and they said I failed the inspection because of the nail in my tire. Why would they offer to do the inspection when they knew beforehand I was going to fail??? I also asked why no one told me this when paying for the services before i left? They had no answer for not telling me anything. Conned me into it when they knew it would fail!I will never go there again. Very deceitful in my opinion!!!Service: Oil change

After my car was ready and I paid my bill, I had to wait for about 20 minutes before my car was brought around. A new system that needs tweaking, but the service itself was outstanding.

I had been to this service for repair of a flashing white D3 light on my dashboard on Oct 3 for my 2015 Accord EX.The service rep told me it would be $175 for diagnostics. Although high, I agreed.After 1.5 hrs I was told it would be $539.00 which I agreed as I didn t have a clue what was wrong.When the bill came, they only replaced a sensor/pressure switch which took them 1 hr. The cost of part, $110 and labor $430. What ? $430 for an hour worth of job?This is not done. I need a explanation on why labor charges so high or. I should get back my refund. Appears they may not have deducted $175 diagnostic charges which were not due if the repair work is completed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have bought several cars here and usually service them here too. Never again. Recently went in for a new starter on my 2010 Accord Coupe, when the car was finally ready nearly a week later not only did they not restore my electrical components to usable including a deactivated radio but their free diagnostic stated oil was fine and tire pressure good. Well, oil was due for a change and tire pressure was 13. After i activated the radio myself, i was told by my service rep that he would followup with his manager. Never heard boo back. Very very disappointing experience with Burns Honda.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Went and got a oil change a tire rotation here a couple of weeks ago. That took over 4 hours of waiting. The rep that was supposed to hand me my keys was no where to be found. The icing on the cake is that the technicians didn't put my skid plate on correctly so every time I hit a bump it would drag on the road. Fast forward to now when I have a big hole in the side of it. Took it to get fix, luckily they did not charge me and the service only took about an hour. But instead of putting on a new skid plate they just popped back on the old one with a hole in it. Needless to say I'm done coming here for my annual maintenance, going to go to a local shop that I trust.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have no complaints about the quality of the work but it's pretty obvious that whoever manages this service department is overwhelmed by the number of customers that come in. They don't have enough appointment times, loaner cars, or shuttle services to account for the amount of traffic they deal with. Nor do they have a large enough waiting area to account for the number of people who end up waiting there for hours because of the lack of loaners and shuttles. There is no part of the service experience at this Honda dealer that would make me want to purchase a vehicle from them in the future. I live five minutes away from this place and it's honestly just easier to drive to another Honda dealer half an hour away in a smaller town because at least they offer loaner cars/rides back home to walk-ins if they see that the wait will be more than an hour or so. And when I do have to wait at the smaller dealer, at least I get to wait in a clean, comfortable waiting area with adequate personal space.

I had an appointment at 8:00am, I left a little after 11:00. (3 hours?) First time back at Burns in years, never again! I live a stones through away from Burns, I am back to Honda of Turnersville, where I ve been going for years. Very professional people A-1 customer service, a all around great experience. The service manager Cory Papini treated me like royalty got me in there and out in 45 minutes. This is not my first time here and all the service reps are cool and all about their customers. I will definitely continue to do business with Burns Honda

Recently got my car serviced here for a basic tire rotation and oil change. I used to live in North Jersey and got my car serviced at another dealer/service garage which I suppose spoiled me somewhat with expectations.This place tried to slightly upcharge basic service and I was somewhat surprised by that as I have been to other Honda service garages that charge substantially less for the same routine service. An oil change and tire rotation would cost around $50 at the Honda garage I used to go to and this place tried to charge $75 for exactly the same thing. However, when I asked the staff about the price they were willing to work with me on the cost of the service once they verified the other garage's price. I actually bought my car at this dealership but it was the first time I got it serviced at this garage.That goes to show how important it is to be informed and do your research as a consumer.I asked for someone to measure how much brake pad material I had left and the technician was kind enough to help. Also asked a handful of miscellaneous questions about my car and the staff were very helpful and I appreciated the detailed responses from everyone I spoke with. By the way, there are convenient hours during the week as they are open until 9pm so for little things one can wait around for the repairs/service without having to take the whole day off. I called ahead and made an appointment, I don't know if they accept people driving in unannounced (the garage I used to go to didn't do appointments except for something major/specific).While I'm living in the area and my car is under warranty I'll probably keep coming back here. Overall pretty good experience and first impression of the service garage.

People are friendly, pricing for parts and labor is absurd. Told me I needed a CVT flluid change even though it was changed within my my last 2 services, so that's a bad sign. I know it's a dealership, but Burns always seems to want to charge at least 1 and 1/2 times what I've paid at Piazza Honda in Springfield for the same service. $275 for an A1 service on a civic? They quoted me $650 with labor for 4 break pads. Gtfoh, y'alls margins ain't that thin. That's just being greedy. Ended up just getting an oil change. Tech also didn't reset the maintenance light. Did the oil even get changed? If you want to get ripped by a service department full of pleasant people, this is it.
