The Manager Rich and Gail were very accommodating they were able to get a full set of tires the same day in fact, within hours. He was very organized and thorough. They worked well together and was able to transact several customers at simultaneously. Gail was super friendly and knowledgeable when she provided my initial quote and called me when the tires were ready to be installed. When I came back I stayed and waited. It was clean and well kept it even had a play area for children, and a work station in case someone has a computer to plug in. I was so impressed It only took 1 1/2 hours to do a full set change on my SUV, along with alignment and balancing. I chose Mavis instead of Costco because they only balance the tires and do not align for nearly the same cost. The pricing was fair and I was able to get OEM factory suggested tires. My technician was professional and efficient and didn t leave my car dirty. Lastly, what I didn t know is that they don t just provide tire services exclusively, they also do brakes, brake pads and rotors, windshield wipers and more. I would highly recommend.

I stopped into Mavis of Marlboro NJ for a wheel alignment. They took me right away and completed the job swiftly. The car feels and drives great thanks to Mavis of Marlboro. All the staff treated me with with courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend this Mavis. Great work !

Gail and Alex took me right away.Lex let me know what the issue was, a nail. She repaired it and had me out in less than 30 minutes!! Wonderful experience for a Friday, after work.

If you ever question if there's any mechanics out there that you can trust the answer is yes. The crew at Mavis Englishtown, NJ was amazing. I came in with an issue, they assisted me with what i needed a reduced price, fast service, quality service, and most of all i did not feel cheated. Gail, Rich, and Zach met me at the door, listen to my situation, and made the visit a pleasant one. I immediately felt i could trust them. Thank you Mavis Englishtown, NJ.

I always bring my car to Mavis for tires, oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, batteries, etc. Gail is always very helpful, friendly, and responsive to all my questions. The technicians here are very helpful and knowledgeable and take great care of my car which is still running great after 136,000 miles. Tires and install prices are very competitive. No reason to look anywhere else.

I was in the Marlboro, NJ store last week needing brakes and a tire repaired. Everyone that worked on my car were top notch. Bob was Awesome and extremely friendly. It was immediately diagnosed by Zach and he came and explained exactly what the car needed. At 4:30 he was willing to fix them right away but instead I made an appointment for the next day. Dylan did the repairs and and Chase worked on it as well. My tire had a slow leak that another shop couldn't find. Your tire tech Mick did a great job...Everybody in this store was friendly and very professional...I will be going back real soon for an oil change. Great Work Guys!!!

WOW!!! Super detail oriented technicians. Came in for a set of 4 tires. When the tires were about to be mounted, the technician noticed the tire was nearing its end of time DOT date. Staff notified me of the issue and upgraded the tire package at no additional cost. Definitely will continue to have all our vehicles serviced here.

came in for an oil change, asked the guys to add an additive I had brought with me but was unsure how to use. They added it and explained to me how to use it and gave me the remainder of the bottle left when I picked the car up. Very fast, left the car at 12 and it was ready by 1:30. Was also concerned about my brakes, they checked and said my pads were fine. appreciate them not trying to sell me on a job i didnt need. great experience. Marlboro on Rt 9 by whole foods. The whole crew was great thank you

My daughter and i got a flat tire on Christmas Eve, when we pulled up to Mavis , I was thinking they will be short staffed, to my surprise we were greeted by a very professional, honest and friendly staff, special shoutout to Chaise an Zack , they fixed our tire in no time and we were able to proceed with our day. What could have been a disaster turned out to be a small delay. Amazing SERVICE, GREAT STAFF!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Provided service to my vehicle and also let me keep it an extra night. I expected they would keep my vehicle outside but they kept it inside in their vehicle storage space. Gene was friendly and answered all of my questions.

This was my first time at this Mavis location and I loved it. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The location is great ( right next to a shopping center) and the space is roomy and clean. Highly recommend
