I could not be happier with my recent experience over at T&CC. Diego and the staff were very friendly. Wendy was SUPERBLY helpful, and the service I received far surpassed my expectations. She made me feel comfortable with the process and gave me the sense of peace that they d get the job done. And my car looks great!!!thank you all SOOO much

Very great job on fixing some bumper damage on my 2023 BMW 430i. Dropped my car off Monday, finished my car Wednesday. Reasonable price excellent service and quality paint match!!! Thank you!! I wish could give 10 stars!!!

Very professional group here, highly recommend.Over the past year, I've had to use their services twice on both my vehicles. One when I was hit from the side and needed a new door and repaint and the other when I hit a deer, requiring a new bumper, hood and respray of the front of the car.In both cases they did a fantastic job and when they were done, you couldn't tell that the cars had ever had any damage in its past.I worked with Angel both times and relayed my concerns to him about the damage and he was patient enough to talk me through the process, which I appreciated.This is a small collision shop, so they only have a few people who work here, but that also leads to a more customer centric experience. Bonus that they work directly with various insurance companies, so there isn't a hassle of dealing with more paperwork than necessary.I might be kind of a control freak, so this next comment is coming from that mindset: I think they could improve on timeline communication, e.g. if they need more time to complete the job, communicate out to the customer to let them know when you know, don't wait till the last minute. In one of my repairs, the parts they needed arrived damaged, and they had to order a new part, which set back the delivery date a week, I called half way through the week and found out that occurred so I mentally adjusted my expectations. On the new day that the car was scheduled to be ready, I called back only to find out that they were running a little behind, but should have the car ready by closing. Instead of rushing them, I told them to take their time and I would arrive the following afternoon to pick it up. Communication is half the battle in any service.Ultimately, I would highly recommend this place

When my car was involved in an accident I didn t know where to take it, being that i cared how the paint came out and small details really mattered to me it was hard. Thankfully i was recommended the town and country body shop in maple wood. The work they did exceeded my expectations, car came out beautiful (they painted the whole front end). Recommended them hundreds of times and was never disappointed. This is the first review for a business I ve ever done but they truly deserve it! Super professional, made everything so easy, ask for Wendi shes the best!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Freat costumer service great prizes amazing work quality..took my bmw 3series to fix a small hit i got the car back looking perfect higly recommend angel is a really nice person very helpful and very knowledge on the fieldOnce again highly recommended
