Had an issue with car exhaust, Vinny s team at Meineke Maplewood took care of it the same day. The charges were clearly explained and I was promptly called with an estimate for parts and labor. Very happy with the service.

Poor customer service.. I had an appt scheduled with them some time back (just now getting around to writing my review), I arrived 10 -15 mins before my scheduled time and got out of my car to check in with a staff member. I walked inside and no one was inside so I walked back out and stood outside of my car! A couple of ppl walked by & looked at me but said nothing (not one "can I help you")!! I finally was able to stop an older man that was walking by (he was extremely rude) and I got a "what do you need" so I informed him that I had an appt scheduled and he said "No, I'm not taking anymore cars" so I then ask "so me having an appt means absolutely nothing? " and he again replied that he wasn't going to do the already scheduled service! I expressed how that was very unprofessional and a waste of my time, someone should have at least called to cancel my appt and his response was "oh well that's the auto business"... That is a rude, unprofessional, and disgusting way to treat customers!

After a long drive from Toronto, Ontario to Maplewood, my car developed a muffler problem. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and the staff at the Maplewood Meineke Car Centre could not been more prompt, professional and courteous! They addressed my muffler issues quickly and they charged me a very reasonable price! I even tried to provide them with a tip and they refused to take one! Amazing! I strongly recommend this shop and advised my son to consider them for future car services and/or repairs!

This place had my car for 3-4 months and never worked on it, let the battery drain completely and every time I checked on the status of my car they gave me excuses on why didn t get it in to look at, will never recommend this place for anything or to anyone.

I've had nothing but good things to say about this location. They've worked on my SUV for over 5 years and the experience is always great. The owner is straightforward with how much your repair will cost and you can choose the type of parts are best to repair your vehicle. You can even bring your own parts if you choose.

The entire staff and office manager were nothing but kind, courteous, and professional. I was given a quote, and they honored the it, even when it turned out that a little more repair was needed. This speaks to just how honorable and entrenched they are in this community. Today is Saturday July 8th. I came to get an oil change. Owner proceeded to say an oil change will be $85.00. Synthetic. My car is an 2002. I never pay $85.00. I don t even do synthetic oil.I told him I wanted a regular oil change. He said I don t know what s a regular oil change. Huh?Then proceeded to tell me I only get paid $12 an hour. What does that have to do with me and the price of an oil change? I don t charge below $85.00 for oil change. That s fine. Just be aware this is over pricing folks. For no reason at all. Just because he wants to.I usually pay around $50 for my oil change. Never $85.00 and I will not start.Very rude and unprofessional. Don t even waste time with people like that.

Vinny was an OG for real. He didn t care about our booked online appointments, at all! Lol. He confirmed such by saying these new age care about the internet but I m not an internet person. Just tell me what you need done to your car! From that he did a thorough inspection of our car and told us we edit t need brakes, especially not rotors like another shop had insisted we needed and attempted to charge us $855 for. Vinny did our regular maintenance and sent us on our way. The integrity he displayed is rare and I love it. We ll be back.
