This is the 3rd time our family has financed a car with VIP Auto and they never disappoint. We purchased a Volkswagen Passat in 2014, great car and we still have it. My wife purchased her Audi Q3 in 2020 with Kevin and he gave her a great deal. Kevin was very friendly, professional and transparent. This year we purchased a Ram 1500 and we worked with Mike, and he also made sure we received a great deal; he was also very professional, friendly and transparent. Kevin and Mike have been awesome through our purchasing journey and we a so thankful for them and VIP Auto. We always have such a wonderful buying experience at this dealership, especially in Maple Shade location. We bought and traded a vehicle with Jim and it was one of the best experiences we have had buying a car. With us being located in Maryland they made the buying process incredibly easy. They offered top dollar for our trade, paper work was less than 10 minutes online and we told him where we needed to be with numbers and the first call we got was below that number. There was zero back and forth or wasted time. They even arranged delivery of our new Range Rover for the next day. They called at 9 am and by noon we had our new vehicle and they picked up our trade. The vehicle was EXACTLY as advertised, passed our state inspection with flying colors and they even commented on how the previous owner had meticulously taken care of the maintenance.We would recommend VIP and Jim for any car buying experience no matter where you are located!!

The sales manager here and sales associate Mike were incredible! They made the process of buying my first car amazing! Hi everybody, just wanted to let everyone know that VIP auto outlet is top notch. I live out of state NY and I seen this car online. I call up and talked to Mike about the car and we did the deal right over the phone. He was great and very friendly, and the car was everything he said it was. They delivered the car right to my house like 250 miles away for free. It s a little scary buying something that you haven t seen or driven but I am happy I did !!! Thanks again Mike I love it

I recommend VIP outlet for your very next car search. I'm an astute car shopper and tried various places before coming to VIP and I will admit, I should have come here first. "Edwin" gave me a deal in which I left there feeling like I didn't get taken advantage of. He REALLY knows this business and numbers. Edwin won't steer you wrong. He also has a user-friendly personality and doesn't remind you of the typical shark- type car salesman. Give him a shout when you are in search of your next auto purchase to see what he can deliver for you. I would be a return customer again at VIP outlet.

Highly recommend VIP auto outlet to anybody that is looking for a high quality used vehicle. Real quick I was told by my personal mechanic that my SUV had some serious issues with the underside of the vehicle that could pose a safety risk to the occupants in the vehicle in the event that motor mounts breaks and other related issues, this SUV was my family vehicle . I did do some research as to what it would cost to cure the problem the finding was not what I expected it would have been a 3 to 4 grand price tag and there were no guarantee of a good outcome, this is all my wife had to hear with that she sought to just find something comparable without breaking the bank. Lord and behold she finds thru AutoTrade I believe this beautiful 2011 Nissan Armada platinum at a comfortable price, upon inquiry my wife spoke to a gentleman named Kevin who confirmed availability the following day I ventured to VIP auto outlet in Marlton and right away I saw this gorgeous Armada. Upon salivating over this vehicle I was met by Mike Calderon who greeted me in a professional manner, concern for my need and listened to my story as to why I m in the market for a new vehicle. Mike assured that that he would do everything possible to make this experience pleasant like VIP both Mike and Kevin answered all my questions and even trusted in me and allowed for me to have the vehicle inspected by my personal Mechanic. After all said and done and having my mechanics two thumbs up Mike and I with the support from Kevin began finalizing the deal over this gem. Both Mike and Kevin treated me with respect and I felt very comfortable throughout the deal no haggling they were straightforward, honest, courteous and everything in between. Bottom line I will definitely buy from them again and refer anyone looking for another vehicle, great inventory as well.Thank you guysLuvin my ArmadaAnthony

Had the best experience at VIP with Mike and Kevin! Extremely knowledgeable and both gentlemen are a credit to their profession! We had our two young daughters with us and they made sure it was a smooth and swift process! I love our new Honda Ridgeline and totally recommend getting your next vehicle from VIP. They will not disappoint! Looking forward to future sales with them! Ask for Mike, he is such a genuine, non pushy salesman. Everything we did was at our own pace and that s one of the best points I loved about our experience.

Came across VIP Auto Outlet online when trying to find a used vehicle for my son. So happy I found this place. We had the best experience with one of the best salesman, Kevin. He made the transaction so smooth and made us feel very comfortable. Very knowledgeable as well. We purchased the vehicle and they had it delivered the very next day. What more can you ask for. I also had some interaction with the owner himself, he was very nice and professional. They all work very well to make their customers happy. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I was looking to sell my car and I m so glad I went with VIP Auto Outlet. I worked with Tom and he was amazing! He made the process so easy. He came to my residence to appraise the car. It was quick and efficient. He had an offer for me later that day.Most importantly, though, I really appreciated Tom s transparency. He was honest from the get-go, and his goal was to get me the most amount of money, regardless of what anyone else was doing. He actually proactively ended up getting me more than the original estimated quote, without me having even countered yet! When has that ever happened when dealing with car people? He did, in fact, get me the most money for my vehicle by far, so I am a happy camper. They ll be the first people I reach out to in the future when I need to buy or sell another car. Great experience in selling my car. Tom Rescinito reached out with a very straightforward and courteous email. ONE email. Didn't call or text 50x's and annoy me. I got there and he explained everything to me. Took 20 min to look over my car and for him to research going rates. Gave me a very fair offer and I was in and out with check in hand in less than an hour. Highly recommend Tom Rescinito at VIP Auto Outlet if you are looking to sell your car.

These guys are great. I drove close to 4hrs each way to get there and I'd do it again when im ready for another vehicle. They went above and beyond to make the deal happen. I wasn't the easiest customer to make the vehicle I wanted fit my budget but they did everything they could and made it happen. There prices are extremely reasonable, very clean environment, And Edwinn and Lou where a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience selling our old car--didn't even have to leave the house. Had an in-hand offer from CarMax that was higher than I'd expected and Tom Rescinito from VIP reached out via email after I submitted a KBB valuation form online.Tom's email was simple, straightforward and he didn't hassle me with any calls. I was upfront with him about the offer I had and he was confident he could beat it (which he did). He came to my house that afternoon, took a look at the car and came back with a higher offer than CarMax.When my new car came in a couple of days later and I was ready to sell, Tom came back, we did the paperwork, he handed me a check and told me to hold onto the car so I'd be comfortable that the check has cleared and to call when I was ready for pickup. A couple of days later I called and two guys came that day to pick up the car. Couldn't have been easier. Quick, painless and fair. Thanks Tom!

Made my experience very easy and painful.There very knowledgeable and did everything they could to help me find the right car and the payment I could afford. Lou was my sales rep . What can I say one of the most professional non-sleazy like most car places you just think sleazy car salesman this is the opposite with this man this man is a class act all the way goes above and beyond to accommodate and literally delivered the car to my front door with the papers to sign it was all done in less than five minutes also was making arrangements for things like mats which were not in the car he s treating me to those and also found a junkyard for my car that was hit by a deer. I recommend Lou as your sales go to man you won t be unhappy! Oh and did I mention nobody could beat the prices . The car was thousands less for a 2017 mini Cooper with all the bells and whistle s I love it

I just purchased a vehicle from vip outlet and the process was enjoyable from beginning to end. I purchased from out of state and Mike was super helpful and kept checking in with me along the way. I purchased a 2015. Lexus RX F series and I m in total love love love with my truck .. Kevin over at VIP auto took care of my needs via o and internet being as tho I purchased my vehicle from the comfort of my own home !!!! That s right .. I found the car I wanted .. Kevin handled all my paperwork..& do to Covid .. Kevin had my vehicle delivered to my front door . Str8 from New Jersey to Baltimore Md!!!!! From tags , title , warranty , delivery and service just alone was impeccable.. the pricing was accurate (I Kelly blue book everything and use edmunds) the Miles were amazing , I have not one complaint!!!
