Dino Di Paolo was very friendly, helpful and efficient. There was no pressure, he explained everything and gave me time to decide. The paperwork was handled efficiently and I was able to drive away in my new car a little over two hours after arrival. I am 75 and this was my most pleasant car buying experience ever.It was an Exceptional Car Buying Experience!

I don't write reviews, but in this case I am making an exception because the team at Holman Ford is far and away the best in the business. They are upfront, honest and are transparent about fees and stick to agreements which is a rarity nowadays.Mike Cefadi and Chris Cox were outstanding to work with. The entire order/purchase process was as smooth as possible and Chris and Mike went above and beyond to make the truck buying process easy as possible.I will definitely be back and recommend you give them a call if you're looking for a Ford or Lincoln!

I was hesitant to come back to this location because of the lack of service provided. I chose to come back to this location specifically because of the convenience and location in proximity to my home/work. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the oil change and 20k mile service provided quickly and efficiently, but the video that came with the invoice was AMAZING. Communication was great and when there was an additional cost I was able to review it and accept it quickly. I could not have been more thrilled with this new addition. It gave me insight to my own vehicle. The tech Josh was knowledgeable and friendly and had a great personality. I highly recommend this location as well as the employees in the service department!

I am very pleased with our experiences with Holman Ford. My Son purchased an off lease 2018 F 150 in 2019 and was treated very well. Admittedly I was a bit jealous of his new truck (I was in a 1999 E 150 that was fantastic for over 20 years) and in '21 I purchased a new F 150 for myself. A year later I took it in to Holman Ford for service and had a pleasant experience. The truck was serviced quickly and I was out the door in just over an hour. My Son took his '18 F150 back to Holman and traded it on a new '22 F 150 that he had built to his preferences. Again, he was treated well and was given a nice deal on his trade in and new purchase. Overall Holman has provided a hassle free experience with excellent results.

Our salesman, Michael Cifaldi, was the best car salesman we have ever dealt with in the 34 years we have been married. He was so helpful and courteous. We thought shopping for a vehicle during this most difficult time in the auto world would be a nightmare. Working with Michael was a dream come true. And Chris was most helpful with the financing process. My husband Tom and I are not the best when it comes to modern technology so Michael and Chris helped us a great deal. They had great patience with us. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. I applaud them both and will highly recommend Holman to our friends and family. My husband Tom loves his new vehicle, the Ford Maverick. It is just what we were looking for.

2022 Ford Transit Connect.Fred and Dean were amazing to deal with. Very professional and down to earth! Finance manager was very informative and a pleasure as well. Every1 was honest and straight to the point with pricing. Bought a Tacoma from their sister dealership Holman Toyota and recommend the Holman dealerships.

After shopping at several dealerships over the past two months, I found some good, some bad, but Holman Ford Maple Shade was by far the best!Between the pre-appointment coordination for my new car and trade-in, the incredible customer service of Dan Kane, Sales Consultant, and David Osman, Finance Consultant, the welcoming show room, and clean fleet of vehicles, this has been my best car buying experience!Looking forward to my next opportunity to shop there again!

John is simply amazing. I work in sales with a high focus on customer experience. He made my wife and I s experience extremely remarkable. We both tested positive for Covid and we re worried that the car we were interested in may sell. We committed to purchasing the car and he did a house call and brought everything to us, including our new car! Later that night, Chris dropped off our signed paperwork to our doorstep. Greg Somers and AJ were so awesome. They were very kind, knowledgeable, returned phone calls and texts within minutes and they made the car buying process so quick and painless. The last time that I bought a car, I was treated pretty badly and was put on the spot. There was none of that at Holman. No pressure at all. I was buying a car for my about to be 17 year old son. He was the first to contact Holman. They even treated him with such respect when most would've just dismissed him because he's just a kid. Sometimes with my crazy work schedule, I needed him to contact them. My son quickly loved the car and I knew I had to get it for him. I found your dealership to be very reputable, the car is certified pre-owned, Greg took his time to go over the car fax with us and I felt very confident in our decision to purchase this car from Holman. I would definitely come back just because I've never had such a quick, easy and friendly car purchase ever. It's an hour away from my house but well worth the drive. I thank Greg, AJ and Holman Ford for everything. I actually brought the car home a week from initially seeing it with my son and I kept it a secret from my son that I bought it. The look on his face when I pulled up in it was priceless. You made me feel like a hero! Thanks again!

So, disaster averted. I had booked a service appointment online for an oil change. It said that someone would call me about the appointment. Never happened. I showed up regardless at the date/time I booked. At first, I was told I wasn't on the schedule and Holman was only taking appointments. However, your service rep reviewed things and scheduled me for the oil change. Honestly, that service rep's positive customer experience, changed my rating from 1 star to 5 star. That's the difference I get when I go with Holman. Extraordinary service. Way to go!

I am a return client to Ford and BMW. I've tried to book a service appointment in NY and Delaware without luck. I was pretty anxious and obnoxious in my email but they were unphased and remained VERY PROFESSIONAL. I would like to publicly apologize for my juvenile behavior and thank Dave, the service manager, my Tech and Kelly Cundiff who has always been a pleasure. I'll see you all very soon for my 4th purchase.

Mike Cifaldi was absolutely outstanding. He worked with me through a tough ordering process on the new Bronco and provided guidance and assistance the entire 1+ years that it took to reach delivery. I can't picture a representative doing more to help someone than Mike did for me. Joe Trivett was also extremely influential towards the end of the process and was excellent. The teamwork and level of service Joe and Mike provided was absolutely top notch.

Great service. Alan, our Salesperson, was very transparent with us, and kept us abreast of the time in which our car was in production. When the car did arrive, it was exactly what we had ordered, and our son is very happy with the vehicle.

Nice staff. With appointment waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got in my vehicle, all the tire pressures were off. I walked in and was greeted by Mike Cifaldi and he walked me through everything. Told me what I could get and what I couldn't. He never lied to me or tried to sell me something I did need or want. It was a very hard decision for me to make. It was my husbands truck who passed away. I was torn in what to do. My salesman Lou Petti, who I have bought the truck off of, was sooo caring and did not pressure me into anything. He was my life savior in this transaction. Everyone that was involved, I could not be more grateful towards. I truly love my 2019 Explorer XLT and would highly recommend Holman Ford to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Holman Ford, you have the Quick Lane service lane, so I'm confused as to why I would have to make an appointment for an oil change and wait an entire week?Also, last time I changed my tire they did not replace the tire valve as I requested and valve cover was missing.

Made the service appointment online and called to add a ride to work. I was given a 7:30 am first appointment and a Lyft ride too my work which got me to work before my 8;00 pm start time. I received a text that my vehicle was ready at 10:30 am and picked it up during my lunch time. Couldn't have gone any better. Thank you, Holman Ford!

Every car advertised on their website is unavailable ever! They use the Ford stock photos and say "in transit" but when you ask about it they know nothing about them. Are they coming? When are they expected? If it appears to be "in stock" it's not. It's already allocated to someone. So why is it On the website?
