Of all the service departments I ve been to, Holman s Quick Lane is by far my favorite! Unlike the others, the staff seems much friendlier and welcoming, causing me to believe that the service will be performed with honesty. I drive over 30 miles to get to visit this Quick Lane and have taken Merceds Benz, Nissan and Toyota cars for service here.

They should rename their service because it was anything but quick. I called to see if I would have to wait as the manager suggested I do after stopping by last week and was told it would be around 1-1/2 hours for the service.. She said to come in because I wouldn't have to wait long. I guess 'long' is subjective because after 2 hours and 10 minutes and me inquiring as to why I had to wait so long(to which I didn't get an answer other than 'they are working on it' ) I finally got my truck back. So, a warning to anyone planning on using 'Quick" Lane, you may want to go to a local service station that does oil changes, which is what I had done in the past and waited maybe 15 minutes and, for less money, get your oil changed. I will Never go back!! I must mention that this was at Holman Ford in Turnersville

I was told there was no wait, which there wasn t, however the oil change took an hour and a half. This also included a tire rotation. While checking my tires, they found a small finishing nail in one of them and tried to charge me $50 to plug it. They already had to take the tires off for the rotation. I drove across the street and Pep Boys plugged it for $10. Overall, the wait was too long and the repair prices are much higher than other Ford repair shops.

Every time I go in they are fair honest and up front with the work needed. Great communication and give updates along the way. Wouldn't hesitate to take any of my Ford products there

I do not like that you now have to make appointments for oil changes and that they stopped placing stickers to indicate when you should get your next oil change done.

Always a great experience here. Complimentary shuttle to and from the quick lane while your car is being serviced.
