Have been a long time customer of Maple Shade Mazda. Best part of purchasing a Mazda in Maple Shade was the lifetime oil changes. The service department is always professional and efficient. Really like the inspection videos the technicians share. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is the cost of most services and scheduling repairs. That said, all work is done professionally-- never had an issue.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This dealership has the rudest customer service and service center workers. Their limited hours and inconvenient 1950's attitude made me drive to another Mazda to purchase our second Mazda. Free oil changes should not be a reason to buy Mazda here. Spend your money at a Mazda dealer who appreciates your hard earned money. I just called about a recall and was rudely dealt with on the phone. Julian actually hung up on me. I will never go back there. Please find another Mazda dealer and save yourself the aggravation.Service: Side view mirror repair

If there was a possibility to leave a negative star I would. I brought my daughters 2016 Mazda 3 into the shop because we were experiencing intermittent electrical issues and we needed some assurance that she could reliably use the car as she drives back and forth to school. From the minute I spoke to the representative I knew there were going to be issues. They expected me, the customer, to explain to them exactly what I needed repaired. Instead of attempting to diagnose the problem I was told that the only way they could figure out what was wrong was to drive the car continuously until the car produced the issue, at a rate of $165/hr or I could replace the entire electrical system which would cost between 10-15k. Then I was told I should cut my losses and just buy a new car. Ironically I took said car to another mechanic that was able to fine the electrical short and repaired the issue for a fraction of what this shop told me it would cost. Honestly their customer service is appalling and borderline rude. My overall feeling was that unless it was a simple fix or an oil change, they didn t want to be bothered. I would take the drive and find any other shop to do your work because you will be overcharged and manipulated.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service department is horrible! I had to spend hundreds on a rental car thanks to this place, their usuless mechanic and poor communication. They don't want to work on any car unless its brand new, and judging by the other bad reviews, even if your car is new, you may still have issues getting them to do any work.I was going on a trip and scheduled my car for service the week before the trip. I had to call to schedule a month in advance thanks to their extended backlog. I brought it in for an oil change, but mainly because I had a slow leak from what MIGHT have been the transmission (keep in mind that I didn't know for sure) and it was causing the clutch to be stiff, although the car was driveable.They refused to even diagnose the problem, let alone fix it, since it's a 2008 Mazda. The mechanic told me that if there is something wrong with the transmission, it would cost more than the car is worth, and I'd have to spend an enormous amount of money and that I should just get a new car. I said why would I do any of that when you haven't even diagnosed the problem yet! It could be something far less expensive to fix!In any event, they refused to even look at the car to diagnose the problem. This isn't actually a bad thing since I wouldn't even trust them to be honest after the conversation I had with the mechanic. However, it would have been nice if they had told me they wouldn't fix it when I scheduled the appointment a month before! Then I could have taken it somewhere else well before my trip.The timing of the whole ordeal left me with a major problem because I was going on a trip later that week and my regular mechanic couldn't do it until the following week. I had to get a rental car for the trip which cost me hundreds.The best part? The problem didnt end up even being the transmission! It was with the clutch/break hydrolic system fluid which was slowly leaking into the break booster. My mechanic was able to fix it for far less than the car is worth. The Mazda mechanic was entirely wrong, and no wonder because without even looking at it to diagnose the problem, he might as well have used a crystal ball!Never take your car to Maple Shade Mazda for service! Horrible experience.

I went to maple shade Mazda service because the car would not fully shut off .I was told it was $215 for them to just look at.Once they identified the problem a faulty shifter replaced bulb and switched.The bill was $660.The labor was $500 maybe I m not aware of cost but this was amazing to me.Needless to say will not be going here again.

I went in for a Oil Change and other minor maintenance work.I was immediately greeted by Jacqulynn C. She was very pleasant and worked closely to get a part and labor at a price that was doable.I would highly recommend Mazda for all of your Car Maintenance.

We love our Mazda and at 128,000 miles it is still going strong. We only trust Maple Shade Mazda to do any of the repairs( which happily have been few). Very nice service department, the people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. M36322LK

I had the worst experience EVER when trying to pruchase a mazda cx-9 at this location. They are dishonest and not forthright with how they do business. They tried to keep a 5k check I put down. They were upset that I talked the salesmen down below a price they wanted to sell at so they did not want to sell the vehicle. I think alot of the reviews on here are fabricated because they were all unbelievably shady that I know there are more like me that had a terrible experience. I brought a acura mdx instead the day they gave my 5k check back. I had a terrific experience at the Turnersville auto mall. Ironically this review was somehow removed. In an effort to keep the system honest I have re-posted. I have also noticed other reviews I read here that were poor for this dealership have also been removed. If they spent as much time making customers experiences great as they do managing Google reviews they could save their creditability. Shameful business practice.

Service department is easy enough to work with and have performed regular maintenance as scheduled, however, they absolutely would not comply with my request to investigate abnormal sounds coming from a brand new vehicle purchased by this location. The first attempt they blamed my sunglasses being in the sunglass-holder. Immediately after leaving from the first attempt the armrest nearly came apart due to a screw they removed and misplaced. Never did get it back, had to find my own screw. Second attempt they stated it was the jack positioning in the rear of the vehicle.Third attempt I bluntly shown video evidence of the noise from the steering wheel/column of the vehicle and requested that they investigate the area for loose parts, which was denied since they could not "replicate it during one test drive".Called Hamilton Mazda and they immediately suggested and agreed to keep my vehicle for a couple of days and to provide a loaner vehicle while they investigate the issue. That made me realize just how stubborn the staff is at Maple Shade Mazda to care for their customers.

Over charge and the service is bad. They couldn't fix the squeaking noise coming out from my rear seat. They charged ne twice for same issues even though they couldn't fix the issue the first time. I mentioned that my serpentine belt if shredded, instead of investing the cause, they simply put a new belt and the problem occurred again on the same day. I took it back to them, now they investigate and found and cause and I had to pay for the belt again. I think they should have investigated the cause the first time. Another thing I am happy with them is their diagnostic fee which is $135, it is outrageous, that's more than some high end vehicle like Infiniti. I am never going to this dealership anymore and would not recommend people I know who drives mazda.

I am so happy that I bought a Mazda 3 instead of a Honda Civic. Pete Janus, Patrick, and Carlos could not be any nicer. The service I received thus far from Mazda has been nothing short of outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Mazda to my friends and family.65240AE

Constantly complaining they don't have openings - I call to get problems solved not to listen to complaining from the woman who answers the phone. We own two Mazdas but I wouldn't buy another because of dealing with this service center.

Just leased a new car from Yuriy down in Turnersville. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Very professional and easy to deal with. Got what I wanted in the price range I wanted. Would highly recommend Turnersville Mazda for anyone looking for a quick and easy car buying experience.

Maple Shade has a wonderful service department and buying a car from them was a great experience as well. Najee was more than helpful and very easy to work with. I would recommend that anyone shop here or bring their vehicle in for service.

This is the worse place i have ever have to deal with. Car went in for specific thing which they never did and charged $138 dollars to clear the check engine light. I dont recommend this place to anyone.
