Got my steering wheel replaced. They answered my inquiry email very quickly and got me set up for a date to have it put in quickly as well. Service was completed for a fair price and they have a friendly staff. No complaints. I recommend them.

Had starter issues and got car towed in that morning. They had my car ready that day and came in clutch. Also I had recently replaced my battery on my Honda and couldn t find the radio code. They took care of it! Awesome job guys thank you for the great service

They repaired another shops mess up well.They didn t call me to authorize repairs, and just did them. I had to follow up 5 hours after drop off and was told work is done, here s your bill.I could tell they didn t test the work, bc my car still shook at high speeds.Careless customer service to do repairs without quoting me, and not calling me when done. They fixed another guys useless work; but didn t fix my problem.I took it to the dealer who diagnosed the rattling issue finally and repaired it. For those 3 reasons I can t recommend these guys at least for major work.

Nothing but good things to say about this shop. They do quality work at a fair price, and go out of their way to do the right thing. Never had them try to upcharge me or suggest any work that wasn't needed, but at the same time, if something is messed up that you didn't come in for, they'll let you know. If you decide to have them fix it, cool, if not, that's cool too.

What a great experience. No one wants to take their car to the shop, it is usually expensive and there is also the trust factor. My experience at Maple Shade Auto was excellent. I was treated with respect, there was great communication and they did a fantastic job even with difficult issues. My car is purring like a kitten. Don't hesitate, if you need work on your car, this is a trustworthy business.

I heard about this place from a buddy of mine and I went once last year and again this year. [Tax refund time lol] i had my rear main seal done last year and was so happy with the results i came bacm again for a rad, motor mounts, and my transmission was leaking. They fixed it all and in an awesome time frame. I did have an issue of leaking fluid after service but i called up and they repaired again with no issue and no stress on my part. I highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff and are always kind and very courteous. Great pricing and very far. I will return and will send as many people as i can to them. 10/10

Do not take your car here! I took my car for a rear brake replacement and brake fluid flush. They said they would inspect the vehicle for any other issues. Later in the afternoon I received a call telling me they discovered another $4000 worth of issues!!! I told them only to proceed with the rear brakes and fluid flush. I took the vehicle to another reputable shop and they found nothing wrong with the vehicle. The brake job that was performed was fine but this shop can not be trusted. Do yourself a favor and find another shop that you can trust.

I had a tire that was losing air rapidly. They told me to bring my car right over. After I dropped it off one of the men at the front offered to bring me to work around the corner since it was rainy. A very nice gesture that he didn't need to offer. The tire was replaced in a reasonable amount of time and the price was fair. A coworker had recommended them to me since he had a good experience with them also.

First visit Very professional and courteous . Second visit they replaced the lower control arm and the instructions specifically say Do not tighten until the car is leveled ,mechanic tightened up control arm and destroyed the upper control arm bushings and refuse to replace the damage caused by the shop, caution, do not take your car here.shady dealings and you will have more problems down the road because improper installation of Auto parts if you decide to take your car here for service .the joke will be on you.

Customers, please take a picture of the area of work before and after repair.I had my brake lines repaired twice over a 2 year period. Brakes then failed. Cause was located to a repaired line with compression fitting installed at MSA. Rated for low pressure only. Illegal in many states. This is not best practice or responsible service. Check and verify yourself. Youtube could help to learn in DIY sections. Avoid accident. Practice using your emergency brake if you had this service from them. Obtain Inspection from brake mechanic and install proper Union fittings or direct lines line EZ-fit Ni-Copp from end to end.

my car was bring them too many times and still not fixed! Now, they said they can't fixed and won't give me money back!!! So I had bring to another auto shop and they done the job in few hours. Won't recommend to any one.
