This was the smoothest, most enjoyable car maintenance experience I have ever had. I had been going to another ford dealer for years because it s closer to my home. This was my first time using Holman Ford and WOW what a difference!!! I have never been offered a ride before, or received a video of my vehicle. I will definitely be recommending Holman.

This was definitely a Five Star Experience - If I could, I would rate my experience even greater! Joseph was exceptional and I worked with Gary on the financing and warranties. Purchasing a car is usually something I dread but my experience with Joseph and Gary was wonderful and I definitely will purchase again in the future when in need of a new vehicle. The work was done well, and i always appreciate your videos showing what was found, etc. But, in this situation...more communication was needed as days went by. Sounds like there may have been staffing shortages in service center when my car was there. I did receive calls from someone else who said he was calling to make sure needs are being met. He was very nice but was not helpful as he wasn't involved in work being done on my car.

Dean provided excellent service and advice when requested. He went above and beyond and identified an SUV traded in that day that met my requirements even though it was just in the process portal. Dean was meticulous and prepared for all discussions regarding Ford and Lincoln products.Chris provided a list and explanation of maintenance package options for our consideration.They also scheduled a touch up for a few minor damaged areas of car exterior surfaces.Overall a professional and friendly transaction that was painless on my end.Congratulations and Thank You.

Our experience at Holman Maple shade has been excellent from sales to service over the years and this time was no exception. Kevin was courteous, professional and prompt. He had a car for us and kept us informed of the repairs to the braking system. As usual our car was serviced with video of the process and washed. Thank you, Kevin and to the people that worked on our car. This is why we drive 150 miles to have our car maintained.

Long wait in car line for my 7:30am appointment. A dozen cars were there and many had the same 7:30 time appointment. Surprised I would wait that long. I thought that was my individual time like other places. But good service once in there.

The courtesy pickup and loaner car is exceptional. We are in our 70's and live more than an hour away from Holman Maple Shade. every driver is so courteous and friendly. Having technicians provide a video of the inspection of the car is very informative. These are the reasons I continue to allow Maple Shade staff to service my vehicle. I do believe some charges are too expensive and the additional cost of miscellanies is unacceptable.

I honestly don t know what is even happening at this point!? The collision department is ghosting me. Had an accident the first week of May. Had to wait weeks for parts just for them to find more damage that needed more parts before they could even put the original parts on. Huge oversight. I was told my car would be ready by the 4th of July holiday. It s now the 23rd of August and I ve been calling a few times a week leaving messages and straight up being hung up on. It s been absolute radio silence for WEEKS! There s been no regard for my livelihood as I ve lost my job having no transportation for so long with no explanation. I m almost convinced they accidentally sold my car after fixing it at this point. This collision shop has had a negative impact on my actual life. Hopefully they call me back after this review.

From my initial phone call to a quick final wash, your staff did an exemplary job of managing my expectations. Customer service is at the forefront of every experience for me and your staff never skipped a beat! Although a little more expensive (staff made sure I was aware of the possible cost every step of the process) than I had hoped, the experience made it less painful. Thank you!

I want to say I have received top quality care and customer service from Holman Ford Lincoln Maple Shade. I want to personally thank Kelly Carney and Joe Foley who went above and beyond to meet my needs for my vehicle. In today s world, dealing with vehicle issues can be filled with stress and anxiety. However, Joe & Kelly relieved me of that with step by step updates of my car along with fulfilling the required work.
